The building and room were very clean, and my family was satisfied. Thank you very much.

My wife is currently undergoing medical treatment, so I contacted the property in advance with two or three requests. They kindly accommodated them, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were also very courteous.

As a truly remote hot spring, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful inn well worth the effort. Surrounded by rich nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the hot spring while wrapped in peaceful nature—it was truly an unforgettable moment. The staff were wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm and welcome. At dinner, they kindly moved us to a window-side table so we could savor delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you for a lovely stay.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

Both the interior and exterior are new, clean, and functional. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to park. The beer and sake after a bath were excellent. I tried four types of sake, and all of them were delicious. All the meals were delicious as well—the Tamba black soybean tempura was outstanding. They also had everything I wanted to drink—beer, sake, wine, and shochu—so I ended up drinking a little too much.

It was so close and convenient that I almost walked past it, thinking it might be a bit farther from the station. The Room was spacious and clean, and I’d like to stay here again.

The front desk staff were polite and genuinely caring. The room was spacious, with a two-tier refrigerator, a large TV, plenty of power outlets, and USB charging. The chair was big like a gaming sofa and very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation. I chose the Japanese set, and I was surprised that the rice was served in an ohitsu wooden tub. The side dishes were delicious, and there was coffee after the meal—nothing to complain about. I chose this hotel for three reasons: the low price, free parking, and breakfast. I was satisfied with all of them. I’ve been traveling solo to various places recently, but this is the first hotel where I felt it was a shame to leave after just one night. As mentioned earlier, not only the front desk staff but also everyone in the dining area provided pleasantly courteous service that made me feel great. I’d like to come back when I try again to see the whirlpools (Uzu-shio). This stay became one of my favorite travel memories. As for the hot spring/bath facilities, I only used the shower, so it was neither good nor bad for me personally. The facilities aren’t new, but as noted above, what satisfied me outweighed everything else. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your kind support. We used to stay with our pet often. After our pet passed away last year, my spouse and I have been using your villas and condominiums to relax and enjoy our time together. We always appreciate how clean the Room is, and we hope many more guests will stay here. Wishing you continued success. Thank you very much.

We arrived a little early and were able to relax with a welcome drink. Our room was on the 8th floor, and the ocean view was amazing—such a great feeling! Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and we were very satisfied. The highlight was breakfast: the build-your-own seafood bowl where you can add as much as you like. We were also happy to receive two bottles of wine and some snacks when we left. We’d love to come again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Each room has a private indoor bath and an open-air bath. You can choose premium ingredients for the meals, but even the standard ingredients are exceptionally delicious—especially the dashi. The menu changes with the seasons, and the seasonal kaiseki cuisine is outstanding.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were truly satisfied. We’re glad we chose a plan with meals included—thank you very much. All of the staff provided excellent service, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay again. Thank you for everything.

The Room is new, and the bathroom area is spotless. The staff were very courteous, and above all, I was amazed by the high quality of the breakfast. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, there were also local specialties such as chilled soup (hiyajiru), chicken nanban, and shiso tofu, plus even a trolley service—quality you wouldn’t expect from a Business Hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, but close to the downtown area; it was a wonderful Hotel where I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Miyazaki next time.

I stayed alone, and I was pleased to be assigned to the women’s floor. I felt safe and slept comfortably. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you for taking care of us the other day for my wife’s birthday!! In a word… it was amazing!! The Room, bath, sauna, food, hospitality, and views were all perfect. The weather was a bit iffy, but we were very satisfied to catch a brief break in the clouds and see Mt. Fuji. My wife was happy too!! We would definitely love to visit again!!

Soaking in the wonderfully heated, wood-fired bath and relaxing let us truly enjoy the essence of a hot spring inn. Above all, we were impressed by the meals. The vegetables and fish were very fresh, and you could tell great care was taken with the ingredients. Breakfast was a first-time experience for us—we could grill fish and other items ourselves and enjoy them piping hot. There was also a wide variety of dishes, and we couldn’t stop eating rice. We also loved being able to dine in a private room without worrying about others, at our own pace. I’ve already recommended it to friends.\n\nWe’ve added this to our list of hot spring inns we definitely want to visit again.

Last autumn, my wife (73) and I (75) both underwent surgery, and we were completely exhausted both physically and mentally. After the New Year, once things finally settled down, we planned an easy one-night trip nearby to relax. I always use IKYU to book travel, and after searching with various criteria, I found a reasonably priced Hotel with excellent Reviews. That was Hotel Green Core Bando, where we stayed this time. And the result... it truly was a wonderful Hotel just as the ratings suggested. The staff were very attentive, and the Room was impeccably clean. We stayed in a twin Room; it felt more spacious than expected, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was fantastic. Amenities are brought in by guests at check-in as needed, which I think is efficient and waste-free. And breakfast the next morning... simple but perfectly well-balanced selection—just as its reputation promised. I was surprised to see stewed offal on the breakfast menu, but it was outstanding. And of course—this is Ibaraki—natto was delicious too. It seems this Hotel does not serve dinner, but there are surprisingly many restaurants nearby; the izakaya we visited this time was excellent as well. Around the Hotel there are also many shops such as Japanese confectionery stores, pickle shops, and soba restaurants—and there’s even a supermarket right close by. The local people were down-to-earth and friendly, and without exception everything we ate was delicious. This time it was only one night, but there are many historical sights related to Taira no Masakado as well as numerous shrines—far too much to cover in just one night. Next time we would like to stay for two or three nights and enjoy traveling at a slower pace. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here because I had a concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. It was in a convenient location and easy to reach from the station without getting lost. The Hotel was clean overall, but there was one disappointing thing... The TV remote control was so dirty that I hesitated to touch it, and that was the only downside. The free massage chairs were perfect for relaxing my tired legs and lower back after the concert. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I will stay here again when there is another concert at Gorilla Hall Osaka. I rated my satisfaction as 4, hoping for improvement with the remote control. Thank you.

Spacious and affordable—very helpful for us. Sorry to mention this in a comment, but we found the key plate we had misplaced. Thank you for looking for it. We will use your place again.

The beautiful mountain views and clear starry sky were wonderful. Since it was my first time camping, I chose the hands-free plan with meals included. The staff kindly showed us how to set up the tent, so we had no problems. The tent groundsheet and sleeping bag were quite thin, so we used items we brought with us. It was very cold, but we were able to warm up in the hot spring and rest well. There were a few disappointing points—such as not enough gas for the stove and paper plates that were too flimsy (stored in the same box as the cooking utensils)—but the staff were very kind, so I felt it couldn’t be helped. Next time, I’d like to visit your newly opened affiliated facility. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay and our first time visiting as a family trip. No matter how many times we stay, it’s wonderful. We truly enjoyed the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and having a barbecue by the poolside. We chose the C-type Room. It was very clean, and we already want to come back again. It’s a villa Hotel that makes you feel like you could live there forever. Our family was thrilled. We’ll definitely be back.
