It was just before the summer holiday season when we visited, and since there were fewer guests, they kindly upgraded our Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a Room with an open-air bath, so we could soak in the Onsen many times and felt truly refreshed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The spacious garden was in hydrangea and rose season, and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful grounds. It was an early summer vacation for us—thank you very much!

I love Tokyo’s night views, so I choose places to stay with beautiful scenery at night. I stayed in the Ryogoku area a few years ago and was impressed by the rooftop terrace night view. Since then, I’ve wanted to visit the Kaminarimon area someday. The rooftop night views are hard to compare! However, the views from the lobby and restaurant were even more impressive here. Just one thing: I sat in a back seat at breakfast, but there was no 안내 about where to find drinks like orange juice near the counter right after entering. I only noticed on my way out and felt disappointed. The IKYU Platinum benefit—unlimited coffee at the restaurant anytime for two days—was an excellent perk. I’d be happy if other hotels offered this benefit too! This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

In February, this was my third stay here. The front desk staff are as kind and courteous as ever, making check-in pleasant and giving me the feeling of coming back to a second home. In addition to the lotion and cream I receive at every check-in, I was also given a mini lip balm. The large public bath is available from 15:00, and you can check how crowded it is on the in-room TV, so it’s great to go when it’s quiet. (You can also check the coin laundry.) There were many international guests, but most seemed to follow good manners. When I requested cleaning while I was out, everything was cleaned perfectly—thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Kyoto.

We stayed as a couple for one night with breakfast included. The twin room was very spacious and clean. The large public bath allowed us to relax, and the breakfast was delicious, making our stay very enjoyable.

This was my second stay this year. I was able to relax in the same well-cleaned Room as always. Also, although this is not an issue on the Hotel’s side, it was disappointing that some Southeast Asian guests were noisy when coming in and out of their Rooms.

I stayed here on a business trip to Kyoto, and it was close to Kujo Station, so I had a very comfortable stay. I plan to use it again on my next business trip to Kyoto.

This Hotel was recommended to me by ChatGPT, which understands my preferences and personality, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. Not only were the building and interior design wonderful and stylish, but the staff were also very kind and pleasant. Breakfast was served in such a beautiful space that it took my breath away, and everything was delicious—especially the scones, which were outstanding. As this trip was for my husband’s birthday, we used the anniversary Plan. They prepared non-alcoholic champagne and a very tasty cake, making it a lovely surprise. Neither of us drinks alcohol, but if we had more time, we would have liked to visit the bar as well. Perhaps because it was a weekday in May, there were many foreign visitors both in town and among the guests. Since it rained, being able to borrow the coin laundry facilities and a shoe dryer was incredibly helpful. If I had to mention one thing, it would be helpful if there were guidance on how many minutes are needed for roughly how much laundry. (At 100 yen for 25 minutes, I suspect even one T-shirt might not fully dry...) I initially thought the price was per person but then realized it covered two people as well—which surprised me even more. There’s nowhere else where you can get this level of quality and satisfaction at this price! Thank you for such a wonderful day.

We stayed on a last-minute Reservation with my elderly parents and my sister, four of us in total. We arrived a little before our scheduled 3:00 PM check-in, and we were delighted to be warmly welcomed by the Accommodation staff lined up to greet us. The Room we were shown to was old, but very clean and comfortable. We went to the Onsen first, but my mother unfortunately felt unwell from the hot bath and couldn’t make it to dinner at 5:30 PM. Even so, everyone was incredibly kind—preparing rice porridge for her and checking in on her even if they weren’t our assigned staff member. We were truly grateful for their thoughtful care. Thanks to that, she recovered by evening—enough to enjoy the Onsen again. Of course, the other three of us were still able to fully enjoy the delicious meal. We also only found out after arriving that it was the day of the Atami Fireworks Festival. My parents were able to watch comfortably from an open Room on an upper floor of the Accommodation, while my sister and I walked about 15 minutes to the beach and were guided to a guest-only viewing area right in front of us. It was an amazing experience. This was our first time staying here with a sudden Reservation, but we were deeply impressed by the heartfelt hospitality from such wonderful staff. Thank you very much. My mother says she would love to enjoy your delicious dinner next time as well, so we hope to visit again soon!

Above all, the milky-white free-flowing Onsen from the source was outstanding, and soaking at a leisurely pace felt truly luxurious. I always stay at Naganohaku. The breakfast was as good as ever. The sake tasting in front of the front desk was nice with snacks, but it would have been better if I could have tried four varieties. I will stay again.

This was our fourth stay including Hatago, and each time we have chosen a different type of Room, enjoying a truly wonderful time. Every Room has its own character, and this one was spacious; the private open-air kinsen bath attached to the Room was also very comfortable. It was such a lovely stay that I’m already looking forward to returning and wondering when we can visit again. The cuisine, which has always been delicious, felt even more refined—beautiful to look at, enticing, and deeply satisfying. Watching the chefs finish the dishes right in front of us and being able to speak with the kitchen staff directly was a delight. At breakfast, I asked all sorts of questions about how to make dashimaki tamago properly (something I never manage well), and although I may have been a bother, they kindly taught me tips in detail—I was truly impressed. My husband has an egg allergy and had avoided eggs for many years despite loving them; however, he recently found that he is fine as long as they are not raw. When we mentioned this, you cooked them thoroughly for him, and he happily finished everything. Also, when I noted at the time of Reservation that it was a birthday trip, you prepared a beautiful watermelon garnish with celebratory lettering. We were touched by everyone’s thoughtful attention to detail, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much. P.S. After working hard decluttering my home during Golden Week, I decided on a last-minute treat—let’s go to an Onsen! So I made a Reservation the day before and stayed at this Accommodation. I hadn’t planned the trip in advance; I just wanted to relax with delicious food and an Onsen. I happened to find this place through a search, and it turned out to be truly wonderful—an unforgettable reward and a great memory. While chatting with the staff member who welcomed us in the parking lot, we mentioned Sora Terrace. After check-in, the attendant surprised me by bringing over a brochure, saying, “I heard you’re going tomorrow.” I was genuinely touched. Even though it’s a historic Onsen area, the younger staff were working hard, and everyone—from the dining staff to the front desk—was cheerful and friendly throughout our stay. It was an Accommodation filled with heartfelt hospitality that naturally brought smiles. The Room had been renovated in a modern Japanese style. There were plenty of power outlets everywhere (including by the bed), so charging devices was never an issue. I also loved being able to enjoy coffee, tea, and cold tea in the complimentary lounge area. Dinner served in a private room was excellent—not only delicious but also beautifully presented with small touches that made it even more enjoyable. I came hoping to unwind at a Ryokan, but exploring nearby public baths in yukata and sandals was also great fun. Since we went without much prior research, it made the holiday even more memorable.

Whether in the lobby, guest room, restaurant, or large public bath, we enjoyed breathtaking ocean views throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and many unique services won us over right away—it was our first visit, but we quickly became fans. We’d love to return again soon.

This Accommodation is perfect for those who enjoy a good drink! The rates were affordable, and the meals were delicious. I also appreciated that the snacks changed depending on the time of day—it was very thoughtful. If I have the chance, this is my number one Accommodation I’d like to stay at again.

The Room came with a private Onsen, and it felt wonderfully luxurious to soak whenever I wanted, as many times as I liked. Relaxing in the bath while gazing out at the lush forest right in front of me felt like enjoying forest bathing and an Onsen at the same time—truly soothing for both body and mind. Most impressive of all was the dining. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Each dish was so beautifully presented that I couldn’t help but say “Wow!”—like a work of art, a feast for the eyes as well. The pairing with four wines was excellent, and every course made the most of high-quality ingredients, allowing me to savor each plate slowly. In this quiet space surrounded by nature, I was healed by the Onsen, delicious meals, and pleasantly scented amenities, and enjoyed the ultimate time to unwind. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

Because a typhoon was approaching on our last day, they kindly recommended that we move to Naha and quickly processed a shortened stay due to the weather. I’m very grateful to the female staff member who provided such pleasant and appropriate guidance. They also happily cut up fruit we bought at a local market and stored it in the refrigerator for us. We felt so comfortable that we wanted to stay until our final day in Okinawa, but we’ll be back!

The Onsen was great, and the source spring was a moor Onsen. The relaxation area (Therme no Mori) was also very nice. It’s a Facility like a large public bathhouse, so it can get crowded, but it’s still a place where you can truly unwind. It felt like the kind of Facility where you could happily spend the whole day just melting into relaxation.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

It was my first stay in several years. At check-in, the front desk staff member from overseas explained everything very politely, which was great. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room size, the spacious bath, the strong shower water pressure, and the bath additive among the amenities were all excellent. The cleaning was spotless as well. Even though they were busy at breakfast, all the staff greeted guests and spoke up when replenishing items—everyone was energetic and it felt great. There was a wide variety of dishes; the pork miso soup with plenty of ingredients (not seafood) and the hearty curry were both delicious. The location is also great, within walking distance to Susukino. With this level of satisfaction, the Accommodation Fee feels like a great value, so it’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. It had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel I was this satisfied with.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made a Reservation because I couldn’t rest right away after moving. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was fantastic. I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!
