The Room was spacious and comfortable. It was disappointing to see ants even though it was on the 4th floor. Overall, I think it was good value for the price.

I made a last-minute Reservation for one person, expecting to stay in a single Room, but I was accommodated in a larger Room—perhaps because one was available. The building felt a bit old, but the Facilities and cleanliness were excellent, making it more than satisfying for the price. I didn’t get to eat because I left early in the morning, but the staff were very friendly, and it’s an Accommodation I’d be happy to stay at again if I have the chance.

This was my first stay. The building is a bit old, the stairs are somewhat steep, and there are some steps, but the interior is well maintained and the hospitality felt warm and homey. Dinner was the “Uni Full Course,” and every dish was delicious—I was very satisfied. Since the bath is not an Onsen, I went to a nearby Onsen instead. I’d love to visit again.

I enjoyed the soothing tranquility and the feeling that time flowed slowly; the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We enjoyed crab as a family. The Onsen was small and didn’t feel like a special getaway; it felt like a bath at home, and only two people could use it at a time, which was stressful. The service was good.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

I stayed at this Hotel because it was the closest option for my plans at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. The room was properly cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. However, the bed did not suit me; it was quite soft, and I didn’t sleep well. Overall, I think it offers good value for money.

Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived 2 hours before check-in and planned to leave my luggage and go out, but I was allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. Perhaps because it has become part of the Marriott group, the overall service seems to have improved. Had breakfast, but the quality remains unchanged. I would like to use this Hotel again when on a business trip to Hakata. Thank you very much!

Thank you for accommodating my last-minute Reservation. Although I checked in late, the front desk staff were polite and kind. Everything I needed was provided, and the Room was spacious and clean. I also really appreciated that breakfast was included. The Hotel is close to the station, with convenience stores and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it’s easy to get to central Tokyo and the Omiya area—an excellent location overall. This time my stay was short due to the sudden trip, but it’s a Hotel where I’d like to stay longer next time.

The Room was clean and had a smart TV, which we enjoyed. The front desk had a bright, welcoming atmosphere as well.

You can see the sunrise from both the room and the bath. The weather was nice, so it was a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

I stay here for business trips. I really appreciate that parking is free, and because it’s a flat surface lot, even mid-sized vehicles can park without any trouble. There’s also a gas station nearby, and since the property faces a wide road, getting around is easy. For traveling around Izumo by car, I found that staying a little outside the area around the station offers more flexibility. Highly recommended.

I made a reservation with the Kamameshi Tasting Plan. The portions were larger than I expected, but the taste was so delicious that I finished it quickly. Considering the rising price of rice, staying for less than 10,000,000 yen per person is incredibly cost-effective. I would love to come again.

We stayed on a pet-friendly Plan for our dog’s first trip. The building with the pet Plan Rooms felt a bit old, but it was kept very clean and didn’t feel unpleasant at all. We really appreciated having pet amenities in the Room, such as a crate and a trash bin. Both dinner and breakfast were served as set meals, and everything was delicious. Our child, who usually doesn’t eat much, said it was tasty and ate heartily! The portions were more than enough—my big-eating husband was completely full and very satisfied. All of the staff were friendly, so we had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: at check-in, we didn’t receive an information sheet with details such as facility guidance, business hours, or meal times/locations. I wish there had been one (we couldn’t find the bath hours in the in-room information file either, so we had to go all the way to the bath area to check). Still, it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return—next time with our eldest child as well—and stay as a family of four plus our dog if we have another opportunity.

I stayed on the middle day of a three-day holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that free juice, beer, alcoholic drinks, and snacks were provided. However, the beer and snacks were gone by around 8:00 p.m., so I recommend going early if you want to enjoy them. There was also a kids’ corner, and the children looked like they were having a great time. The staff were polite and attentive, and I was very satisfied with the service. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed with the Room cleaning. There was enough dust on the desk and in corners of the floor that it felt like it had been quite some time since the last thorough cleaning. In particular, dust had heavily accumulated in the sliding window tracks. With more careful cleaning, I think guests would be able to stay more comfortably. The price was reasonable and the services were excellent, so I would definitely like to stay again. If housekeeping improves, I believe this will become an even better Hotel.

Room: The room and other facilities are old, but they have a charming atmosphere that added to the experience. Bath: Located in a separate building across a picturesque garden, the bath was delightful with excellent hot water. Meals: Mostly seafood dishes, including abalone sashimi. Everything was delicious and highly satisfying.

The facility was clean, and the Onsen was excellent. The Onsen includes an open-air bath and a sauna. When my husband requested to go for an early morning run before the official opening hours, the staff kindly accommodated his request. Breakfast was buffet-style with a satisfying variety of dishes. The warm simmered dishes and dried daikon radish were delicious, and there were plenty of drink options as well. The milk, likely from the local Yatsugatake area, was rich and flavorful. The autumn leaves around the Hotel were stunningly beautiful. I would love to stay here again!

I wanted to get into Toba Aquarium first thing in the morning, so I looked for the closest Accommodation and chose this one. The building is a bit old, but it has been renovated regularly and is kept very clean, so it didn’t bother me. I really appreciated being able to stay at a reasonable price. The view is oceanfront. The large Onsen bath was also great. The meals featuring local seafood were very satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were kind and helpful!
