I was cautious at first because the building is pink and the Facility has a distinctive look. However, due to a typhoon-related change of plans, I ended up staying here—and for the same Accommodation Fee range, it had everything I wanted: 1) two beds (twin), 2) separate bathroom and toilet with a bathtub, 3) a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, 4) a washing machine and gas dryer, 5) plenty of free on-site parking, 6) a microwave, 7) a balcony, and 8) provided tableware. In addition, since my Room was on the 4th floor, it had an ocean view. From the corridor side, I could also see the sunset over Irabu Island. The beds are slightly soft—below what you’d expect at a luxury Hotel—but they are large enough. The provided shampoo, body soap, conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid were not poor quality. The building and Facility are not brand-new but relatively new. Everything was cleaned well. However, it seems that requesting cleaning during your stay costs extra. Room access is via an electronic key; I received a five-character code (numbers and letters) by email. The location is on the Miyakojima side at the base of Irabu Bridge, making it convenient for getting anywhere. If you have a car, there are many restaurants and large stores within about 10 minutes. Accommodation Fees and prices in Miyakojima are higher than on Okinawa’s main island or Ishigaki (though you get experiences worth more than that), so being able to stay at Pink Hibiscus at an affordable rate was great. There aren’t Hotel-style services here, but it’s very practical—especially if you spend all day at the beach or swim in the morning, come back to shower and rest for a while, then head out again in the afternoon.

The location was great, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. Everything was well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. Since it was the ReFa trial Plan, I was surprised when I was handed a large cart at the front desk with a hair dryer, hair iron, and roller inside, but it gave me plenty of time to try them out. They were so good that I’m considering buying them.

With the No Meals Included plan, you can enjoy a great-value stay. They also provided us with a Room with a wonderful view, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bath temperature was just right—was it free-flowing natural hot spring water? As some other reviews mentioned, the kind manager seems to handle everything solo, from front desk service to cleaning throughout the property. I couldn’t help but worry what would happen if he were no longer there. Next time I’d like to stay longer, and I hope he’ll be treated well—perhaps by adding enough budget to hire two or three part-time staff members.

We stayed here during a beach trip. All the staff greeted us with kind smiles throughout our stay. The building was very clean and spotless. The bath was also very relaxing. We stayed in a Room with a private bath, and both the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The meals were luxurious with many dishes, and we were completely full. Since we stayed with our child, we were able to enjoy fireworks at night. They provide a fireworks gift, and you can borrow a bucket and a lighter. Breakfast was delicious as well, and we enjoyed coffee after the meal and spent an elegant time until check-out. The free massage chairs and water in the lobby were also very helpful. Small creatures (like tree frogs and crabs) sometimes visit near the Ryokan entrance, which delighted our children. We made wonderful memories to start our summer vacation. Thank you very much.

Very nice Hotel.

This was our second visit to this glamping site. Being able to enjoy glamping with no preparation and light luggage is a huge plus for those without camping experience, and the Facility felt clean overall, making it comfortable and reassuring for everyone from children to adults. Each Room dome has its own concept; the color schemes were beautiful and the amenities were well equipped. There were a mini fridge, electric kettle, instant coffee/tea/green tea, air conditioning/heating, plug-in insect repellent, a Bluetooth speaker, outlets with USB ports, blankets, a hanging rack, an external toilet & shower room (strong water pressure, adjustable temperature settings, and a washlet toilet), as well as a BBQ space. We chose the Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Everything was extremely delicious—and there was more than enough food. At night (depending on the weather) there was also a campfire option, which really added to the camping atmosphere. For future improvements, I’d love to see more activity options such as bamboo dragonfly toys or cup-making using bamboo; an athletic play area; seasonal events like fireworks or water-gun games; snowball fights or roasted sweet potatoes; or hands-on experiences like working in nearby rice fields or vegetable gardens. There is also a simple lookout platform in the bamboo grove that I don’t think was there last year. If the weather and timing are right, you can apparently see the ocean, townscape, and sunset from there. Outdoor voices tend to carry slightly into the domes, so I felt guests may need to be mindful of each other at night. The free-drink area was relatively close by and convenient to use. The beach is nearby as well—an ideal place if you simply want to relax. They also offered free rentals such as badminton sets and board/card games. We would love to come again.

The Accommodation is well equipped with the Facilities and amenities you need for a stay with your dog. The meals were generous, and we left feeling full. There is also a dog run, which I think our dog really enjoyed.

I visited with friends on a trip. The green-themed glamping interior was adorable! We chose a meal-included Plan, and the Shiga beef barbecue for dinner and the bread for breakfast were delicious—the bread was enjoyed while watching the sunrise. The Facility staff were very friendly, making our stay comfortable! There were kiwi fruits growing on the premises, and we heard they might be ready to eat around November, so I’d love to visit again.

Although the accommodation is somewhat far from the station, it was very quiet. This was my first time staying at a hotel renovated from an apartment building, but I found it to be perfectly sufficient for a business trip. The staff were very polite and accommodating to various requests. The bedding and sleeping comfort were satisfactory. While the bathroom, separate from the toilet, wasn't particularly spacious, it met expectations. Due to facility limitations, there was no light switch near the bed, which was slightly inconvenient. I would like to stay here again in the future and also try other hotels in this chain as they seem promising. This is unrelated to my evaluation of the hotel itself, but many foreign guests appeared to be staying here as well. Unfortunately, empty boxes from sneakers or souvenirs they purchased were piled up outside near the entrance, which left a negative impression. It would be appreciated if guests could take such items with them when leaving. Perhaps better communication about waste separation and guest etiquette during booking or check-in could help address this issue effectively?

The Room was spacious, and the bathtub made it easy to relax. There is also a convenience store across the street, which was very convenient.

We stayed for two nights before and after our trip to Iriomote Island. At first, we were a bit confused about checking in and entering the Room using only the codes provided, but once we got used to it, it was easy and convenient since we didn’t need to carry a physical key when going out. The building seemed to be an older one that had been renovated, but the Room was spacious enough, clean, and perfectly satisfactory. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that adjusting the bath/shower temperature was difficult (since it wasn’t a mixer tap) and that there was no bidet toilet seat. Even so, thanks to its location and Facility, we would like to stay here again if we have the chance.

We stayed here as a family of four. To enter the Accommodation, you need to enter a code on the electronic lock. We didn’t realize that the unlock code had been sent to the email address used for our Reservation, but when we called the number posted at the entrance, they were very helpful and responded quickly. There is also a paid parking lot nearby, making it a convenient location. Although it’s close to the railway tracks, it was quiet and we were able to relax.

When we visited Kamogawa Sea World as a family, we stayed with the No Meals Included plan. After the in-house explanation, we were able to relax in our Room. Timing can be tricky for the bath, but it was more than sufficient since we could lock it and use it privately. The host was kind and very helpful, and we would like to stay again.

While walking from Miyako Station, a tsunami warning sounded. Feeling anxious, I asked locals where it was safe and evacuated to higher ground, but still arrived in about an hour. It’s a slightly older Hotel with a great oceanfront view. It stood firm through the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami and still looks impressive. My Room was on the 5th floor, and the Hotel staff told me it would be safe even if a tsunami came. The large public bath is on the 6th floor; I relaxed while looking out over the coastline under the tsunami warning, though I left earlier than usual. The set dinner was delicious with plenty of seafood. Thank you to the staff for all your helpful advice. It was very good overall.

The best value in Chichibu—an Onsen is available next door. The sheets are fluffy, and the Facility has been beautifully renovated. The Room is clean, stylish, and a Japanese-Western blend, and each Room is named after a famous author. I stayed in the Junichiro Tanizaki Room. Meals are bring-your-own; you can use the refrigerator and kitchen. Cup noodles and ice cream are also available for purchase. It was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely stay again!!! Check-in and check-out are self-service; the key is kept in a locker at the front desk.

The only Hotel with direct covered access to Saga Station, so you can arrive without getting wet in the rain. Clean and comfortable—I keep coming back.

The food was delicious and plentiful, and the service was excellent—everyone, including the staff from Myanmar, was very attentive and always smiling. We were extremely satisfied!! The baths were also wonderful, as expected of Hirugami Onsen. The water quality was great, and we could soak anytime throughout the night—this was another big highlight! We could also play in the nearby river, and our grandchildren were thrilled and splashing around with joy. As a personal interest of mine, it felt like a truly special place watched over by a shrine. It’s about an hour by expressway from the Nagoya area with a great location, so we’d definitely love to stay again!!

I stayed here to watch the Hashi Festival fireworks. The building is old, but everything is clean; the Room is spacious, with well-stocked amenities and Facility, and the Onsen is at a perfect temperature—an Accommodation with nothing to fault. All staff were naturally friendly and kind, and I was especially impressed by the approachable, warm driver of the Shuttle Service. I also stayed in July at a certain Ryokan in Ito that is said to be very popular among Onsen enthusiasts and hard to get a Reservation for, but I definitely preferred this one.

This was my first stay, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and comfortable. The parking lot was right next door, and I was able to exit using a free voucher. With many Business Hotels charging extra for parking, this felt like a great value. The Room facilities, amenities, and internet environment are all well equipped. I think this is what a true Business Hotel should be—services that match the price.

Thank you for taking care of us for two days. The free parking was very helpful. There was a supermarket nearby, which we used. It was conveniently located for getting to other places.
