The dishes were well-seasoned and delicious. The variety of dishes was just right and very tasty, making it a perfect experience. Additionally, the desserts such as pudding, ice cream, and zenzai were delightful. The staff's service was excellent as well. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during the Obon holiday. I came thinking, “The view looks nice, and as long as I can sleep well, that’s enough,” but in the best way possible, my expectations were completely exceeded. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room before the renovation, and it felt very clean. The futon was fluffy, and above all, the view from the window was amazing. The Onsen wasn’t overly large and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, so I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality from the wonderful owner couple and all of the staff. Of course the Accommodation itself is very comfortable, but I think what makes you want to come back is this kind of genuine warmth from people. On top of that, at check-out there was an exclusive service for guests: a photo shoot by the owner, who is also a professional photographer! The beautiful photo data were later sent by email as well—it became an unexpected and very happy memory. I also heard they are continuing to renovate parts of the building little by little even now, so it’s exciting to see how it changes with each visit. I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of Accommodation it will become in the future. Even though I went planning “just to stay overnight,” I came home with wonderful memories—including the scenery, the Onsen, and meeting such kind people. I would definitely love to visit again. *This isn’t directly related to Hotel services, but please note that the entrance from the street can be a bit hard to find, and some parts of the road leading up to this Accommodation are narrow. If you’re coming by car, it may help to drive carefully on your way here.*

Being a public accommodation, the price for two meals included is exceptional. The food is delicious, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset nearby, making it very satisfying. Next time, I look forward to enjoying the restored onsen and staying here again.

The hospitality, meals, and 24-hour Onsen helped melt away our fatigue after hiking.

Three friends and I stayed here. Although it is a guesthouse, we were glad the Room had a private bath and toilet. Dinner came with crab and grilled fish and was delicious, and we were very satisfied with breakfast as well. We would like to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights from September 19th. The Room was clean, the bed was large, and I had a comfortable rest. The front desk staff were very accommodating, leaving no concerns at all. While the first parking lot is small, there is also a second parking lot available. Although it is a bit far from Okayama Station's center, hotels near Okayama Station often charge for parking or have other issues. This Hotel offers free parking and reasonable rates, making it a hidden gem! I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

A very lovely accommodation with a historical atmosphere! A kind elderly lady assisted us, and the meals were delicious. Staying one night with breakfast and dinner included for 7,500 yen was a great deal! The onsen was especially relaxing in winter, allowing us to enjoy the winter scenery. I would love to stay here again.

I found this place while searching mainly for an Onsen, and since it also offers Accommodation at a reasonable price, I decided to visit. The Onsen was spacious and had a sauna, so I could relax. The entire Facility was kept very clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming—I was more than satisfied for the price. I don’t get to come to this area often, but I’ll stop by again next time.

I visited during a solo motorcycle trip. Since it was near a ski resort, it seemed off-season, so there were few guests, and I was able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. Although I chose a no-meal Plan, I received complimentary coffee and freshly baked croissants in the morning. The croissants were freshly baked and delicious. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I stayed here mainly for the breakfast. Since it’s a sushi restaurant, I was surprised to be served octopus sashimi, and I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again. If you’re staying here, I recommend choosing the Plan with breakfast included.

Next door is Sabakoyu, and across the street is the historic Nakamura Ryokan. At night, we enjoyed an in-room meal, then were moved by the owner’s shamisen performance and kouta songs. In the morning, the sunrise glowed through the shoji screens; when we opened them, we found a perfect location. The steam rising from the ohitsu rice at breakfast whetted our appetite even more. We were seen off by the proprietress and owner—hospitality that makes us certain to return.

I’ve stayed here so many times I’ve lost count. The best part is how spotless everything is. The owner and staff are also the best—always so pleasant and welcoming. It’s within walking distance of the remote island terminal, bus terminal, shopping, and restaurants, and there’s a bus stop nearby—everything is convenient. Even as an 83-year-old traveling alone, I feel no anxiety at all. They welcome me with a real “welcome home” feeling. A very friendly guesthouse.

I stayed here after being captivated by the night-view photos of the Onsen. Since this was a family trip with small children, I wasn’t expecting a luxury Ryokan, but because it’s located where you can take in a sweeping view of Toyama City (and even across to Imizu City), I never got tired of the scenery—sunrise, sunset, and night. Honestly, this location is truly one of a kind and priceless; it was far better than staying at some mediocre high-end Ryokan. I’ll upload my clumsy photos, but in person it’s 10 or 20 times more impressive. On the way to the Onsen there is a corridor explaining the history of the Kureha Hills, and I could really feel how much care and affection the staff have for this place and for this Hotel. The Facility is certainly Showa-era in style, but that actually made me feel even more attached to it. I felt genuinely happy to have discovered—and stayed at—this kind of Hotel. I also want to mention the breakfast buffet. Above all, I was amazed at how delicious the rice was. That wonderful white rice with miso soup and grilled fish in the morning—along with sides like okra and vinegared dishes—was something I truly enjoyed. Depending on where you’re going, if you plan to visit Toyama City or nearby Imizu City or Takaoka City, this is definitely a great choice. My kids absolutely loved Kodomo Mirai-kan at Taikoyama Land, so we’ll probably go back to Toyama next year—and when we do, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again. It seems like an apartment converted into a Hotel. The space was very spacious, and the cleanliness was perfect. With a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and kitchen, it felt just like being at home. The mattress on the bed was firm, allowing for a comfortable sleep without straining my back. It's relatively close to the airport, so I would love to stay here again! (Only giving 4 stars because the bathroom only had a shower.)

The Facilities are old, but everything is well cleaned, and the price is affordable, making this Hotel a great choice for solo travelers or business trips. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a supermarket, gas station, restaurants, and bento shops.

The staff's service is very kind and excellent. The highlight of this Hotel is undoubtedly the sauna bath! With clean and well-maintained facilities, it provides relaxation for both body and mind. After warming up in the hot bath and sauna, step out onto the outdoor balcony, sit on a beach chair, and gaze at the night sky—it reveals a stunning view of sparkling stars.
