It was my first time visiting Tsuchiyu Onsen, and since it was located in Oku-Tsuchiyu Onsen, a bit further into the mountains from the onsen town, I was able to enjoy the soothing sound of the river and the fresh mountain air, which was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the accommodation were all polite, kind, energetic, and warm-hearted; I felt truly healed by their hospitality. My son was deeply impressed by the tea incense burner in our room and delightedly mentioned how its natural fragrance was much better than detergents or sprays like Risesh. The meals were delicious no matter what we had; you could feel they were carefully prepared with great hospitality. Please continue doing your best with your lovely cats!

I stayed one night to view the cherry blossoms at Takato Castle Ruins Park. As a Business Hotel, it had all the necessary Facility and amenities without excess. The service was professional and reliable. The meals were typical of the Route Inn Hotel chain—nothing special, but perfectly acceptable. I think it couldn’t be helped that breakfast was crowded and there was a line. Above all, I appreciated having a large public bath where I could relax.

The moment I fell in love with this Hotel was when a staff member noticed I was at the wrong bus stop, ran out, and waved to get my attention. It really shows that a Hotel is supported by its people. The floors are wooden, the bed is made with crisp white linens, and the space feels wonderfully clean—simple whites and natural wood tones, accented beautifully by calligraphy. Everything is functional, impeccably maintained, and it made for a very comfortable stay. Miyazu is also a fascinating area with a rich history. It may not have the flashiness of Amanohashidate, but its understated charm was exactly what I liked.

As the title says, it was a great Hotel. I rated it 4 because there was no bathtub, but the shower was refreshing and left me feeling clean. If this Hotel is available on future trips, I will choose it without hesitation. Thank you.

I’d been curious about it for a long time, so I was happy to finally stay here. The dinosaur at reception was so realistic that when I came back to the Hotel, it startled me for a moment and made me laugh—but the lack of pressure from having no staff around actually suited me. The bath and toilet were separate, and having a sink in the sleeping Room felt unique and was surprisingly nice! That said, I noticed an unknown bug on the wall right after entering, and due to the wallpaper design, a bit of dust stood out. Overall, it was very good! Also, I accidentally went to the Osaka location first, but a staff member kindly gave me a map and I was able to make it to the Shinsaibashi location. That reassured me that there’s no need to worry even though it’s unmanned. I’d like to use it again.

It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. As expected in Tokyo, the Room was not very spacious, but it was clean, and the staff were very kind. I would love to stay here again.

Conveniently located with easy access, and check-in was seamless. The Room was clean and quiet. Although the breakfast area is small, I was impressed by how well everything was provided! Excellent value for money.

A Hotel in the city center with parking is a great bonus. *Please note that the parking system requires self-operation as per instructions. Would definitely love to stay again if timing allows! If I had to mention one thing: There were no outlets near the unit bath or full-length mirror, which made it inconvenient for using a hairdryer (the desk position doesn't provide good lighting).

Being close to the station was a huge help in an unfamiliar area. Especially in the extreme heat! The Room was quiet and new, and I was able to relax well. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

I stay here every time I visit Suzuka Circuit during race week. It’s about 40 km from Suzuka, and Hotels around Suzuka—sorry to say—are outrageously overpriced during race week. Since I take the Meihan National Highway, the drive doesn’t feel long, and even during race week the rates here stay reasonable with no big price jump. There is a large public bath, free parking, WOWOW, and the Room is clean, so I can stay with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet also has a great variety and is very satisfying. Even after paying for gas, it still works out to be a great value Hotel. These days I don’t even search around Suzuka—I make my Reservation at this Hotel only.

I stayed the night before visiting a grave on the equinox holiday, and I truly appreciate your courteous assistance despite my late-night check-in. I stayed in the West Wing; you briefly have to go outside when using the passageway from the main building, so it was a bit cold, but acceptable. The Room was clean and a good size, and the soundproofing was excellent—although my Room faced the road, it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was also pleasant, though it is not a natural Onsen. Breakfast was enjoyable as well for a Business Hotel buffet. If I had to mention one drawback, it was that the parking area was hard to find. I used a lot a short distance away as instructed by the Hotel, but it seemed like there might also be parking behind the Hotel... Since it was still quite cold, I would have preferred to park as close to the Hotel as possible.

Even during the busy Obon season, I was allowed to use a room by myself, and it was very comfortable. The staff were also pleasant, making it a welcoming Accommodation. The bath was spacious and very relaxing.

The meals were absolutely delicious. Among all the guesthouses we’ve stayed at so far, this one was outstanding by far! We were also surprised by the very reasonable prices for alcoholic drinks. We were moved by the silhouette of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset from our Room, and by the moon and stars in the night sky. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I stayed here during the Lantern Festival. When I asked the front desk staff how to get to the venue, they explained it very kindly and thoroughly, and I was able to get there without any trouble. Thank you. The Room and amenities were consistently satisfying as always. There are various parking lots (paid coin-operated parking) nearby, but the fees vary more than expected, so I recommend comparing options.

I stayed for one night because a family member was being discharged early in the morning. It’s very convenient since it’s close to both the station and the hospital. I booked a non-smoking Room, and I wasn’t thrilled to learn there was a smoking area on the floor, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell. The unit bath was fairly spacious, and I also liked that the sink area was separate. However, due to my misunderstanding, I thought Kikonai also charged an Accommodation Tax, so I asked a male staff member at the front desk what the difference is between places that charge it and places that don’t. His response was basically “Why are you asking me?” When I looked into it more closely, it seems all of Hokkaido may be subject to an Accommodation Tax. I’ll check later, but since it’s a Hotel-related question, I would have appreciated an answer (sorry for my ignorance). Also, I wasn’t told that there were no amenities in the Room and that I needed to pick them up at the front desk. It was a hassle to go get them, but since I had stayed at a friend’s place until the day before and still had some with me, I used those instead. I’m glad I kept them with me rather than packing them away. There were cars with license plates from many different areas around Hokkaido, but the Hotel itself was quiet and nice. There are convenience stores and izakaya nearby as well, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. If I go to Kikonai again, I’d like to stay here again. One thing I found strange is why staying on Monday costs more than staying on Sunday. (Sorry again for my lack of knowledge.) Most other places are cheaper on weekdays—just something I wondered about.

We truly enjoyed everything—from the meals and hospitality to the conversation and even the magic show. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who would like to interact with local people.

This Accommodation sits at the highest point of Arifuku Onsen in Gotsu City, Shimane Prefecture. I stayed here eight years ago and returned this time. It used to be a historic, retro inn, but after the renovation it has been transformed into a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that beautifully blends tasteful interiors with a nostalgic atmosphere. Dinner was a full-course meal at a nearby Italian restaurant included in the Plan. Despite being stylish, they also provided chopsticks, and every dish was carefully prepared with delicate seasoning—everything was truly delicious. Breakfast was also very good, though I would have liked one more side dish (such as dried fish). The Onsen water has a silky, slightly slippery feel—perhaps that’s why it’s known as “beautifying” water. I’ve visited many hot spring areas, but this texture is quite rare. There is also a glass window in the dining room floor where you can see the source spring. On Saturday nights, it seems you can watch Iwami Kagura at the nearby Kagura hall just steps from the Accommodation. Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t on a Saturday so I couldn’t see it, but next time I’d like to make my Reservation for a Saturday.

I stayed here for a live show at Tokyo Dome. It was convenient—about a 15–20 minute walk to the Dome!! The Room was spacious, which was great. It’s set back from the main road, so it was quiet and relaxing! I added breakfast at check-in; you can choose Japanese or Western, and there’s also a buffet selection, which was nice. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. Even though I made an unusual Reservation, the staff handled it very kindly and carefully, which really helped me. They even called to Check Reservation after my stay—thank you so much!! I’d like to stay here again when I attend another event at the Dome.
