We stayed as a family on New Year's Eve to escape the year-end hustle and bustle. The small hall was crowded with guests, but the front desk staff and attendants welcomed us warmly with smiles. The room was not very spacious but was clean and comfortable, equipped with coffee and mineral water. The silver shiny walls, full-length mirror closet doors, and compact yet renovated bathroom showed thoughtful design throughout. Although the public bath wasn't very large, I had perfect timing to enjoy it all to myself, which made me very satisfied. However, it might feel cramped during busy hours. The women's colorful yukata were stylishly designed, while the alphabet-printed yukata for general use featured vibrant colors and patterns that added a cheerful touch—especially contrasting against men's typically darker attire—enhancing the travel experience's charm. Meals were served in our room; dinner was flavorful and delicious. On New Year's morning, we enjoyed traditional osechi breakfast along with otoso (spiced sake), poured in order starting from younger guests as per custom—a refreshing moment to start anew. It was my first time trying Kyoto-style white miso soup with round mochi for ozoni; it marked a wonderful beginning to Reiwa Year 8. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Nishiki Market—with nearby sweets shops and cafes scattered around. Unfortunately, many stores seemed closed on New Year's Day itself. Surprisingly enough though, we couldn't hear any temple bells ringing at midnight but managed to sleep soundly right after welcoming the new year. While Kyoto has many hotels available, staying at a ryokan truly offers an exceptional experience!

Is the Accommodation named Ryugu Palace, with Otohime as the first-floor restaurant, and are guests treated like Urashima Taro? Otohime’s meals were delicious, and nearby there are: Hamburg Club within walking distance Cafe Daibosatsu Pass a few minutes away by car Both are fascinating places—I feel like I could end up eating about five meals a day.

I was in Nayoro for work, but since the hotels there are outdated and not very affordable, I chose to stay here even though it's a bit farther away. The facility is overall new and clean. The staff at the front desk and dining area seem to add a touch of hospitality in their words. You can enjoy Gomi Onsen for free, but it takes some time to get there by car. Breakfast is a light meal with bread, but it's appreciated that it's included.

We stayed here for a family trip. The children had a great time playing in the play area inside the Hotel. Additionally, all the staff members were very kind, which made us very happy. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you very much!

It was a Room with a private toilet and bath, and I was able to use it comfortably. The amenities were also replaced each time upon request.

We stayed in the largest building (01) with 4 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was spacious, including the washing area, which was very convenient. The jacuzzi was relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. There was only one set of bath salts and lotion provided, so bringing our own turned out to be a good idea. For dinner, we enjoyed a barbecue with plenty of meat but fewer vegetables. The sauce was delicious, and everyone used it generously—almost running out! If you eat a lot, bringing extras like sausages might be helpful. We brought some salads this time, which made for just the right amount of food. The grill had weak heat and seemed designed to be used with the lid closed. The gaps in the grill mesh were large enough that smaller pieces of meat fell through, so we ended up using an iron plate for cooking instead—resulting in more steamed dishes than grilled ones. Next time, we'll bring finer mesh for grilling. Breakfast included about 10 varieties of savory and sweet bread rolls (two pieces each). All were delicious and there was plenty to go around! Bringing kitchen scissors would allow everyone to share small portions and try different types more easily. One child in our group is picky about food; we realized afterward that requesting simple options like plain rolls or croissants would have been better. Overall, everyone had a great time—we were very satisfied! We couldn't hear any noise from neighboring buildings despite having kids who got quite loud at times; it felt nice not having to worry about disturbing others or being disturbed ourselves. Having toilets on both floors (1st & 2nd) was also very convenient. We’d love to stay here again!

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

We stayed as a family of four with our pet. The four-person room, pet-friendly policy, and the ability to dine with our pet were excellent. It was especially helpful since our dog is elderly. Thank you for handling the forgotten item as well. It was a delightful stay for all four of us together after a long time.

On the day, we, a couple, and each of our mothers (elderly) used the facility for a total of four people. We arrived after 1 PM but were kindly allowed to leave our luggage and checked in at 2 PM. We went to an outside bath (there are baskets available for visiting outside baths), and for dinner, we bought Tsuiyama crab from a nearby fish shop and enjoyed it in a hot pot. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils and seasonings, allowing us to cook without any inconvenience. Of course, both the Room and toilet were very clean. All four of us left very satisfied with our stay.

It was great. When I contacted them about a possible late check-in, I couldn't get through, but when I reached out to Hotel Kanazawa, they responded promptly. The Room was spacious, and the bedding met my expectations; even though I'm not used to futons and usually find it hard to sleep on them, I slept soundly. I would like to use this service again if given the opportunity.

The place had a warm and homely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. As we had heard from reviews, the meals were made with local ingredients, offering a variety of dishes that were delicious and highly satisfying. The location was also excellent, with a public Onsen just nearby.

We were truly impressed by the hostess’s warm and wonderful personality. The Room, toilet, and bath were all kept very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. She also recommended a popular local bakery, which we were able to visit. We even got to see her daughter in a yukata, which added an extra touch of charm to the summer fireworks. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again.

I chose this place because the Reviews were highly rated. As expected, I was very satisfied with the staff and the Facility, but it was disappointing that the open-air bath was in a separate area. This may depend on the guests that day, but at check-in we were told, “There is a shaved ice service in the kitchen space.” I looked forward to having some after dinner, but a group of about six people kept getting refills and occupied the area for a long time, so I couldn’t have any. They also spread plates out and left food they had brought in around the kitchen space, making it difficult for others to use when trying to eat. Also, while I was drying my hair in the large public bath area, a foreign guest came out of the bath wrapped in a bath towel and tried to go to the open-air bath. They asked me “OK?” and when I said “No,” they looked confused. I think it would be helpful to have written instructions or signage explaining proper etiquette.

I love wild boar and travel around to enjoy it. The miso soup with plenty of mushrooms was incredibly delicious! The sashimi and salt-grilled char were also excellent. I came for lunch as well, and the soba noodles were tasty (soba is also served at night). There are two baths, and since there was only one other group of guests, I could use them whenever I wanted—lucky me! It was very relaxing. The futon was fluffy, allowing me to sleep soundly and recover from fatigue—it was perfect. Besides basic amenities, the bath area had many items that seemed like forgotten belongings from other guests. There were few power outlets in the Room. For sightseeing, a waterfall is within walking distance; arriving early to relax might be a good idea! Perhaps because my Room was in the back, the Wi-Fi signal was weak. Overall, I had a wonderful time here! I'd love to visit again!

A standard Business Hotel. The interior and building are not too old and were clean. The Room was of average size, and while the bathroom was small, it was clean and acceptable. Having a microwave in the Room is definitely a plus. I walked from Ikebukuro Station with a carry cart, but it was a bit tiring as the elevator and escalator exits are slightly far away.

We stayed as a family and found the Room very comfortable. It was also great to have the bath all to ourselves. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.

It was very clean and comfortable. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, so I hardly needed to bring anything except underwear, and I was able to stay for two nights with just a small bag. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no housekeeping service, but if you leave your used towels outside the door, they will be exchanged for fresh ones, which was convenient because I could go out without packing up my belongings. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it was very quiet and I slept well. It would have been even better if there were a convenience store nearby. I will use it again when I visit Nagoya, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Nagoya.

This accommodation provided an environment for dogs that felt as close to home as possible, something we had never experienced before. Both our dog and family were extremely satisfied. The service was excellent as well.

I arrived early and was worried, but they kindly stored my luggage. I made the Reservation to see the starry sky, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see it. I'll come back for a revenge visit! Thank you very much.

A crystal-clear sky filled with countless stars, a deep blue sea shimmering in the light, a magnificent banyan tree, refined local cuisine, and staff who embody true hospitality and grace—along with spotless guest rooms and seamless, sincere support for last-minute activity Reservation requests and various Shuttle Service options—made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The quiet, peaceful time we spent at this Hotel became our best memory of Amami Oshima—the true luxury of doing nothing. We left feeling refreshed and ready to take on everyday life again. When we’re tired, we want to come back here. Thank you for all the healing moments. *As it’s an east-facing ocean view, the sunrise over the horizon was breathtaking and deeply moving.*
