My husband said it was the first time he had experienced such a well-maintained large public bath, and he was very satisfied. We were able to stay very comfortably as well, and we would definitely like to stay again.\nNext time, we’d like to spend more time relaxing at the Hotel and also visit nearby izakayas. Looking forward to staying again gives us motivation to work hard until then.\nWe are grateful for the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I booked a 3-night stay for the ayu fishing tournament with No Meals Included, but thank you for accommodating my request to add meals for two days. The variety of baths helped me relax and recover from fatigue. Personally, I would be happy if there were a coin laundry available. I’ll do my best so I can come again next year. I’m very satisfied.

I stayed for 13 nights in May and June and had a pleasant experience. The building was not particularly new or clean, but the large public bath and breakfast were very satisfying. If I have work or leisure plans near Hachioji City again, I would consider staying here despite the slight distance.

First, take the ferry from Toba to Toshi Island—an amazing, travel-filled experience. (Be sure to park your car in the First Parking Lot and bring the parking ticket to the Accommodation.) If you contact them in advance, they will provide Shuttle Service to Wagu Port. I wanted to buy chirimen, so I walked from Toshi Port; it’s also very close on foot from Toshi Port. The chirimen shop in front of Toshi Port is highly recommended. The Ryokan feels a bit inconvenient due to its older exterior and the lack of an elevator, but inside it is clean, and both the Room and the large public bath have been renovated, making for a very comfortable stay. From my Room, I enjoyed a luxurious time just gazing at the sea beyond the fishing port. The Onsen doesn’t have a view, but it’s clean; even after soaking for a long time I didn’t feel tired, and my skin felt wonderfully smooth afterward. I liked it so much that I ended up bathing four times during my stay. For dinner, I upgraded to include Matsusaka beef steak and shabu-shabu, and also ordered abalone sashimi as an extra dish. The spiny lobster and sashimi were fresh and springy; the extra abalone had a wonderful ocean aroma and was outstanding. Everything else was well seasoned and delicious too. Breakfast featured an incredibly rich spiny lobster miso soup—I ate far too much rice first thing in the morning. Excellent value for money—truly fantastic. The owner, his son, and all staff were very pleasant throughout my stay, making my island time comfortable from start to finish. Thank you very much. Next time I plan on bringing fishing gear for a Multiple Night Stay—thank you again in advance.

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

I’ve stayed at this Accommodation quite a few times recently, and the Onsen after hiking really helped relieve my fatigue and left my skin smooth. I also enjoyed a proper morning bath—it was pure bliss. The accommodation fee is reasonable, and this was my first time choosing yakiniku for dinner; both the beef and pork were excellent. One thing I noticed was that the ventilation in the dining area felt a bit weak. For guests who aren’t eating yakiniku, having other dishes in that environment might be somewhat uncomfortable. That said, I really liked the Room and its atmosphere—it suits my taste, and I can relax and spend time at ease—so I’d love to stay again next time. I’d also like to try staying in a Room with an open-air bath inside! Thank you very much.

The best thing is how quiet it is. The front desk is not staffed at all times, and you don’t need to leave your key when you go out, so you can stay here without any hassle. The single rooms are also larger and more comfortable than those in a Business Hotel. There is a coin laundry and a public bath, and parking is free. You can reach Yonaha Maehama Beach right away by walking through the property, making early-morning or sunset strolls wonderful.

We stayed as a family of five, and the hospitality was outstanding. Although they call it a welcome drink, the drink corner was available almost all day throughout our Hotel stay, and until dinner there was even unlimited sparkling wine. In addition to the dagashi (Japanese snack) buffet service and amenities such as lotion, they also offered rentals like a baby formula maker and board games—everything you could ask for. The manga corner wasn’t just about the number of volumes; it also had sofas and cozy hideaway-like spaces, so we spent blissful time there. There are sofa reading areas and kids’ spaces throughout the building, making it truly relaxing.\nThe breakfast and dinner buffets didn’t use luxury ingredients, but there were many delicious, well-thought-out dishes. Alcohol was also all-you-can-drink, and we could compare local sake varieties. The kids-only buffet area and automatic pancake oven were fun, and we also enjoyed local specialties such as hoto hot pot and Fujinomiya yakisoba.\nThere were many international guests as well, but plenty of multilingual signs were posted around the Hotel, and everyone followed Japanese manners, so there was no stress at all.\nBecause the building has some age to it, it had a Showa-retro feel; however, Facility such as the toilets were updated to modern models, so it didn’t bother us at all for a family trip.\nWe would love to come again with our whole family.

Thank you for letting me stay for nearly 2,000 yen less by making a Reservation through Yahoo! online instead of by phone. I was a little confused about how to use the faucet in the unit bath, but I was able to rest well and was satisfied. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within easy walking distance, so you need to walk a bit. The mineral water and tea helped me relax. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your prompt and courteous assistance with our last-minute Saturday Reservation. The Facility was clean and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. We look forward to staying again.

I forgot to submit the survey, so I’m leaving a comment here. I stayed this summer. The meals were excellent, especially the fish. The portions were generous and left me completely satisfied. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. Some parts of the Facility seem a bit old, but the location is convenient and it stays cool, so I was able to unwind. I’d like to stay again in summer.

We used the hinoki bath, and the amenities were excellent—shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, and more—so my family was very satisfied. I don’t drink alcohol, but there was a great selection of snacks and alcohol sets, which I think would be wonderful for guests who do. The staff at the pension were also very courteous, which we truly appreciated. I’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Nasu.

The only disappointment was the air conditioning. The Room was a bit hot, and I wanted to lower the temperature, but only heating was available. Other than that, everything was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. This was my second stay, and both the Room and the bathroom were clean and quiet. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, we were very satisfied! However, we really couldn’t tolerate the smell in the elevator, so we mostly used the stairs. It was a bit disappointing that the meals were almost the same on both days. But everything tasted really delicious! On the first night, the staff member in charge of our meal seemed a bit bothered and spoke rather casually, which concerned us. On the second night, however, the staff member was very polite and made us feel comfortable. The view from our Room was amazing, and when we returned from going out, we were able to relax and unwind.

We chose the BBH Group for the first time based on our junior-high and high-school children’s wishes: they wanted a buffet-style meal and, if possible, karaoke or table tennis. The Reviews here were very helpful. We arrived around 2:30 p.m., and we were able to check in; Happy Hour had already started as well, which we appreciated. There was no explanation about karaoke, so we had to ask ourselves, but we were able to make a Reservation. Badminton and table tennis could be enjoyed without a Reservation. We brought our own badminton rackets. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed BBH’s signature Happy Hour oden and drinks, the buffet meals, and the late-night soba served from 9:00 p.m. We also enjoyed items like minced tuna and salmon at breakfast, though I felt they could have been offered at dinner as well. Since everyone seems to have dinner at the same time, waiting for the only elevator took a while, so we used the stairs. Even if it’s not used often, there was far too much dust buildup. In the game corner as well, there were visible streaks of dust on top of surfaces. With 30% PayPay points applied, our out-of-pocket cost came to just under ¥10,000 per person, which felt reasonable.

Great value for money and very clean.

When I entered the Room and looked outside, the brilliantly shining Tokyo Skytree was right there—I don’t get to visit Tokyo often, so seeing it made me very happy. Thank you for this dreamlike stroke of luck.

All the staff were very kind. The Room was a studio, but since I only needed it for sleeping, it was not a problem at all. Breakfast had all my favorite foods, so I ate too much. Thank you.

When I arrived at the Hotel, I was surprised by how old the exterior looked, but I pulled myself together and checked in. The lobby was filled with all kinds of quirky decorations—toys, masks, stuffed animals, and countless clocks that were each slightly out of sync—making it feel like I had wandered into another dimension. The guest room also felt dated, but it was kept clean and tidy. Best of all, the Pacific Ocean stretched out right in front of me; with Inubosaki Lighthouse to the left and the sound of waves close by, it offered an outstanding ocean view. The baths also included an open-air bath that felt seamlessly connected to the sea, which was very relaxing. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and satisfying. There are several library rooms inside the Hotel, well stocked with a huge selection of manga magazines, collected volumes, and general books—I could even lose myself in reading while looking out at the ocean. “Chospo” (Choshi Sports) was also an entertaining newspaper. It’s not a place you’d call spotless or modern, but in its own way it feels stylish—a unique Hotel where you can enjoy something out of the ordinary.
