The hot spring water is simply wonderful. I soaked in the Onsen at night and again in the morning, and was amazed at how smooth my skin felt. The Accommodation staff were kind and supportive, offering helpful advice and speaking gently to our children, which made us feel truly welcomed. Dinner hot pot came with more meat than we could finish. The menu featured many local specialties, which adults enjoyed, though some dishes seemed a bit challenging for children. The Facility has a sense of history, but it is fully air-conditioned, so we stayed comfortably cool.

Not only were the cleanliness and comfort excellent, but I also felt this was a wonderful Hotel thanks to the staff’s attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and teamwork. As we were traveling with my elderly parents, I contacted the Hotel in advance about a few concerns, and they kindly offered helpful suggestions. On the day of our stay as well, they showed such considerate care and checked in on us so often that I almost felt sorry for troubling them. Although it was a Saturday in the last week of May and I’m sure there were many guests, it was very quiet. There was no crowding at meals or in the baths, and our Room—spotlessly clean—was very comfortable. Even my father, who usually uses an Onsen only once wherever we go, said “My body feels so much lighter!” and went in twice—both evening and morning. We were also very grateful for the private bath. My sister had been avoiding Onsen because she was self-conscious about her surgical scars, but thanks to this stay she was able to enjoy an Onsen again for the first time in a long while, which made her truly happy. Thanks to Itoen, our whole family was able to relax comfortably and have a wonderful time together—we are filled with gratitude. I will strongly recommend it to friends as well! Thank you very much.

There were children’s toys in the manga area, and our child was able to play in the Room. At the breakfast buffet, there were also children’s cutlery and high chairs. A staff member came over, carried a high chair for our child, and set it up at our table! The affiliated parking lot was easy to find and conveniently close.

A Hotel about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Toride Station. The route is straightforward, so you likely won’t get lost, but the front desk is on the second floor. If you have a suitcase, you can use the elevator located to the left after going up a short flight of stairs. Either way, you do have to climb a few steps… I ended up checking in after midnight, but since I had contacted them in advance, the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. For female guests, they provide an amenity set including skincare items (makeup remover, face wash, toner, and emulsion), bath salts, a sheet mask, hairbrush, cotton set, and a disposable body sponge (or possibly a towel). The skincare items were placed next to the front desk as well, so guests who want them can likely pick them up. At the back left of the front desk area there are self-serve coffee/tea stations (coffee black tea green tea), available freely during your stay. Free newspapers are also available. The Room is typical for a Business Hotel—nothing particularly good or bad. The air conditioner is old and only has simple “low–middle–high” style controls by the bed, which made me slightly uneasy at first; however even on low it worked well enough. There’s probably no timer function. Breakfast is free: in the morning you pick it up in front of reception and eat it in your Room. You receive two sturdy reusable bento-style containers—one with side dishes and one with white rice—plus instant miso soup and stick-type tea separately. Some Reviews say breakfast isn’t good; this time it included salmon fry fried egg chicken sautéed wakame side dish and natto It wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either I appreciated it Note that breakfast cannot be taken off-site The morning staff were also cheerful and pleasant Even on Saturday I was able to stay for just over 6 000 yen with all these services making this an excellent value Hotel

If you don’t mind the price, there are probably Hotels closer to Tokyo Dome, but when I searched on Yahoo! Travel, this one was reasonably priced. To get to Tokyo Dome: it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to Okachimachi Station (I walk slowly), then from Okachimachi you transfer once at Akihabara to Suidobashi, and after that it’s about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Dome (again, I walk slowly). They stored my luggage in the morning, there was a microwave right outside the elevator, and they cleaned the Room even during a Multiple Night Stay. There was also a bedside clock (I didn’t check whether it had an alarm function). They said there were women-only services; at check-in I received one-time pouches of each item—face mask sheet, makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and serum—as well as bath salts. You can receive one set per stay (once per Accommodation), but you can get one of each type. I was especially happy about the face mask. The shower water pressure was neither too strong nor too weak, and there were no issues with toilet flushing. Of course there was a washlet and a hair dryer (the airflow is slightly weak but it’s quiet and also has a cool setting). The “cleaning needed/not needed” sign was magnetic, so I could cover and block the peephole as well. The lock is an auto-lock card key system (card must be returned when checking out); inside the door there is only a thumbturn lock. I would have been even happier if there had been a trash bin near the sink. Occasionally I heard water sounds like someone flushing in another Room. I’m not sure whether anyone stayed next door; as for voices, I only faintly heard staff talking while cleaning in the hallway. Also on the morning of day two, for some reason my Room sometimes smelled like grilled fish. What bothered me most is that the Hotel entrance has stairs with no ramp, so you need to lift heavy luggage. All in all, it was more than sufficient for traveling for a live show. Overall, I think it was good.

I stayed here on a trip to Yamagata. It’s a comfortable distance from Yamagata Station, and walking there was not a problem at all. There’s also a convenience store nearby—about a 5-minute walk, based on my impression. The building and rooms aren’t luxurious, but everything was properly cleaned and the whole place felt very tidy. It was quiet enough for a restful stay, and I was able to relax comfortably. What I especially liked was the large public bath and sauna. Both were well maintained and clean, and I could use them comfortably, including the cold plunge pool. It was great for easing fatigue after sightseeing or long-distance driving. Sauna lovers should be satisfied as well. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. Considering the reasonable price, I think it offers excellent value for money. This isn’t a Hotel for those seeking luxury, but if you want clean rooms at an affordable price and would like to relax quietly while enjoying the large public bath and sauna, I think it’s a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Yamagata.

The Room was spacious, the kitchen Facility was well equipped, and everything was very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. We spoke twice by phone, and your support was excellent. It was great to be able to stay at this price with services such as a large public bath, massage chairs, welcome drinks, and complimentary late-night soba. The location was also convenient, and I’d like to stay here again when traveling to Ishikawa Prefecture.

I stayed at this accommodation during my visit to Kanazawa. The meals were all truly delicious, with a refined taste that highlighted seasonal ingredients, leaving me deeply impressed. This small accommodation with only 7 rooms offered a very quiet and peaceful stay, and the staff's warm hospitality was exceptional. Its proximity to Kanazawa city and the tranquil surroundings allowed me to enjoy a relaxing time. I would love to visit again.

The full panorama of the Yatsugatake Mountains was beautifully visible from the window, and the small birds that came to the birch trees were soothing. Since the price was casual, I didn’t expect much from the meals, but the beef was tender and flavorful, and both the enoki mushroom tempura and whole grilled trout marinated in miso were surprisingly delicious. The staff were also very pleasant. With wonderful views and food, this was an Accommodation I would visit again and again if it were closer. I don’t usually write a Review, but this time I felt I had to write one to say thank you.

I stayed here on a Fukuoka food tour. Udon, yatai food stalls, ramen, gyoza, motsunabe hot pot, and yakiniku were all easily accessible from this location. Since my Room was riverside, I could also see the yatai area and was very satisfied. The sweets we enjoyed with in-dining were also very photogenic and excellent. I think it’s a great choice for staying with young women.

Stayed on the day of travel from Haneda to Naha I was able to use it with a very affordable plan The bed was very large and comfortable, and the sofa was also bed-like, providing a spacious and cost-effective recommended hotel The location is very convenient with a convenience store and supermarket nearby! I enjoyed spending time at the supermarket, exploring local Okinawan food and small souvenirs I am very satisfied with the stay that exceeded the price I would like to use it again

I stayed here after a concert. They kindly stored my luggage before the concert, which was very helpful. I was also happy to enjoy the complimentary drinks in the lobby at that time. The Room was clean, and I especially liked the shower head in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, and all of the staff were kind, so I would like to stay here again.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We also enjoyed the wide selection of local sake. The open-air bath under the clear blue sky was absolutely wonderful.

Since we had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, the parking lot was far away and it was difficult. We also had to make the sheets on the bunk bed ourselves, so checking in late at night and doing that was tough, and I didn’t have the energy to go to the large public bath (lol). However, we were very satisfied with breakfast and the early-morning bath in the large public bath. It completely washed away our fatigue from the night before. Next time, since we will have a Child Sharing Existing Bedding again, I would like to request parking closer to the Hotel. Thank you for your kind support.

Reliable AZ every time In August, I stayed 10 consecutive nights at various AZ locations. Every AZ was excellent. This quality at this price—simply the best.

The room was very clean and spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The meals were delicious, and the large public bath and open-air bath offered both hotter and slightly warm options, making it easy to enjoy for extended periods. Despite being early September, cicadas were chirping, creating a nostalgic atmosphere to savor the end of summer while relaxing in the open-air bath. Thank you to all the staff for making it a memorable experience!

I stay here every year when I return home. I’m very satisfied that the price doesn’t change even during the Obon season. I plan to stay again next year.
