I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking room, but thank you very much for changing it to non-smoking. I truly appreciate it! Also, if possible, I would be happy if breakfast could start from 6:00 AM. Thank you again, and I appreciate your help.

10% OFF with a Reservation made 45 days in advance! We stayed on the Plan featuring Yamagata beef and Yonezawa pork shabu-shabu. The Room was an open-air bath Junior Suite, and a complimentary platter of cut fruit and sparkling wine was prepared for us. The Yamagata beef at dinner was incredibly tender and outstanding. Also, since it is all-inclusive, unlimited alcoholic drinks were included, which we really enjoyed. One small concern: the fence around the open-air bath is low, so we worried it might be visible from the houses in front. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

I’ve stayed here many times. I understand how the system works. There were no issues with the Room, and I have no complaints at all. The cleaning staff are great as well—if you offered a frozen meal service like a certain trailer-house Hotel group, it would be even better! Having front desk staff on-site would be even better, too.

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

This was not my first time staying at APA, but during check-in, I was told it was a Plan requiring registration, so I had to provide personal information, which took some time. Although I booked for one person, they upgraded me to a twin Room, which was spacious. APA Rooms usually feel quite compact, but this one felt roomy. The bathroom was also relatively large. There is a supermarket nearby, making it convenient. Even late at night, the surrounding area is well-lit and safe.

We stayed here for our club’s training trip to Miyazaki. The front desk staff kindly helped us with changes to meal times and our Room, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you! Also, the breakfast here was unbelievably delicious! I sincerely wanted to come back privately and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included.

As soon as I thought it would be tough to carry my luggage up because the entrance is on the second floor, a staff member came down to meet me, which was a big help. Both baths were great, and the one on the 7th floor in particular had a wonderful view—I really enjoyed a refreshing morning bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied from the start of the day. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if complimentary water were provided in the Room. It was a very nice Accommodation.

It was my first time visiting Shodoshima. The two-meal Plan at this price is an excellent value. Sashimi was served with five different ways to enjoy it (local soy sauce, olive oil, etc.), and every dish made with local ingredients was very satisfying. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the Room, the bath, the views from the restaurant, and the wonderful service from all the staff greatly increased our overall satisfaction. Thank you very much for taking care of us. I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay here (date of visit: August 17), and it far exceeded all expectations—it was a truly wonderful experience. We arrived around 4:00 p.m., and the staff welcomed us with warm smiles. From the moment we arrived, even before check-in, we could already feel their exceptional hospitality. I was also impressed by their thoughtful attention when they told us “today’s sunset time” as they guided us to our Room. We took a walk along the beach right in front of the Accommodation before sunset, and the pleasant sea breeze made it the perfect refresh. After our walk, we enjoyed the bath in our Room with a view of the beach. The sunset over the Genkai Sea from there was simply breathtaking—an incredibly beautiful panorama that left us speechless! We also bathed at night and again in the morning; spending time surrounded by clear ocean views and soothing wave sounds was pure relaxation at its best. The sushi kaiseki dinner “MURASAKI” was outstanding from start to finish, filled with careful craftsmanship throughout. Every dish showcased seasonal ingredients beautifully—such as lightly seared grunt fish from Genkai, steamed longtooth grouper custard-style, and overnight-dried sweetfish whose charcoal aroma stood out wonderfully. The main course of Saga beef grilled on magnolia leaf with miso, a comparison tasting of three kinds of tuna, and tilefish served with citrus vinegar were all exquisite—and I was completely satisfied all the way through dessert (Karatsu milk and cheese pudding). Breakfast surprised me even more. Beautifully arranged dishes were presented in a two-tiered jubako box; everything tasted amazing, with a level of luxury and quality far beyond what you’d expect from “breakfast.” Thanks to how attentively and kindly the staff checked on us throughout, we started our day feeling truly happy. With its location, spectacular baths with incredible views, superb cuisine, and warm hospitality—all perfectly delivered—this is an exceptional Accommodation. I will definitely return.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

Both the front desk service and the pleasantly clean guest room were very comfortable. From now on, this will be my only choice when staying in Machida!

Considering the price, both the breakfast and the bath offer excellent value for money. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a weekday. Amenities were available to pick up next to the front desk, and there was a good selection. I personally liked that they had bath salts and black tea bags. The Room was also very nice, with plenty of outlets—six in total (one USB type). The bathroom was spacious as well, which helped me recover from travel fatigue. I also appreciated being able to check in from 2:00 PM.

This was my first time staying here. It’s about a 2-minute walk from Hommachi Station (is Exit 17 the closest?). I chose it because it’s close to the station, a new Hotel, and affordable. There’s also a Lawson on the first floor, which was very reassuring. I couldn’t find a body towel for use in the bath among the amenities, which was a bit inconvenient (maybe it was there and I just missed it). Pajamas were also placed together in front of the elevator. The Room TV could stream YouTube and Netflix, which made my stay very comfortable. It was more comfortable than the price suggests! I’d like to stay again.

Although it was a last-minute Reservation, the staff were very kind and helpful. The meals were delicious! The Onsen was hot and left my skin glowing. I love a hotter Onsen, so I was really happy. I’d love to stay again. The nearby beach had very high waves, but that was fun in its own way. After getting out of the sea, I appreciated having showers available to rinse off the sand.

It was my first stay, and the front desk and breakfast staff were all very pleasant and welcoming, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and choosing what to eat was part of the fun.

I stayed in a budget single room on a solo trip. I was able to relax in the bath, and for dinner I enjoyed the fair’s Japanese Black Wagyu hamburger steak, rice topped with whitebait, and kenchin-jiru soup. I also used the karaoke, and the next morning I took another bath before breakfast. With Hakone so close by, I was very satisfied for 10,000 yen.

Free parking, and the view from the Room was quite nice. We stayed in a double Room, and it was clean and spacious, which was great. However, the bathroom and toilet are small. Also, there is a smoking area right outside the Hotel entrance/exit, and it smells. For non-smokers, I’d prefer it to be placed at a back entrance or somewhere with less foot traffic. It was unpleasant every time we passed by.

Conveniently located near the remote island terminal and bus terminal, with a shopping street and restaurants just nearby. The Hotel staff are very kind and welcoming. The freshly made rice balls prepared on the spot are excellent. Even on a Multiple Night Stay, it was a nice touch that the miso soup and rice ball fillings were different each day. There is also a gallery, and the rooftop is wonderful. When I come to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to stay here again.

I chose this Accommodation because I was planning to stay near Cape Irago for a motorcycle event. As others have written, the food is unquestionably delicious and plentiful. I was especially satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the sashimi. They served many other dishes as well, but I still felt full from the Iekei ramen I had for lunch, so I couldn’t finish the simmered fish or the hot pot—and that was truly disappointing because everything tasted so good. Next time I stay, I think I should skip lunch. Since we were leaving early the next day, I couldn’t eat breakfast, which was a shame, but the rice balls they prepared for us were very tasty—so it made me think breakfast must have been great too... The bath was out of order, so we used a day-use bath at a Hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I was tired and would have preferred using the Accommodation’s bath, but the Hotel’s large public bath felt great as well, so overall it balanced out and I gave 4 stars. I heard our Room would be on the third floor and thought climbing stairs might be tough, but there was an elevator, which was reassuring. The Room being a Japanese-style room felt comfortable for me. The toilet and sink area seemed to have been renovated; they were bright and clean—and of course there was a washlet toilet seat. Since we’re coming from Kyushu, it’s not easy to visit without a motorcycle event, but if there’s another opportunity, I’d like to stay again.
