From check-in to check-out, your attentive and kind hospitality made our trip truly wonderful! We were a bit anxious because we were traveling with our dog, but we had no inconveniences at all and were able to stay comfortably—thank you so much. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating our request to adjust the meals. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I booked this Hotel after researching various options because I was visiting an acquaintance in Toyohashi, and it said there was a large public bath available on a time schedule for men and women. However, on weekdays it was for men only, which was a bit disappointing. I was happy to have complimentary shaved ice, drinks, and alcohol. Near the Hotel there was a Toyohashi specialty—miso dengaku tofu shop—which was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Kobe.

The location is close to Sarusawa Pond, making it convenient for sightseeing. Naramachi is also nearby, so you can enjoy dining and shopping as well. The Hotel itself is not new, but it has everything you need, and the Room size feels just right. The staff were kind and courteous, and they also helped with recommendations for places to eat. I chose the plan with breakfast included. It was buffet-style, and everything was carefully prepared—delicious and enjoyable. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. I arrived by rental car, but there is no dedicated Hotel parking lot. You can park at a flat rate in the adjacent (Mitsui) coin parking lot, but if it’s full you’ll need to find another option yourself. I spent the mornings exploring within walking distance and drove farther out in the afternoon, then returned in the evening to park again. At that time of day, it seemed like day-trippers were leaving, so it worked out well for me. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Nara.

This was my first stay here. Although it was listed as “limited availability due to exterior construction,” it didn’t bother me at all. (The view from the large public bath was more than enough!) The Japanese-style room was spacious, and I felt truly pampered. The 15 m pool was small but still very satisfying, and the hot-spring public bath and sauna were excellent. I love walking around town, so I explored the covered shopping street from Ito Station on the way—and it felt like, “Wait, I’m already at the hotel?” I’d like to make this my regular place to stay whenever I visit Ito.

It was my first visit in a while, and the Onsen was wonderful as always. There were so many options—hot stone spa, sauna, indoor baths, and open-air baths—and I really enjoyed them. Dinner’s pork shabu-shabu was delicious, and the wine was reasonably priced with great value for money. For breakfast, I could relax in my Room and enjoy my favorites: boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, bread, and coffee. I’d love to come again.

I stayed on a weekday and was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The sauna and hot stone spa, in particular, felt private, so I could unwind without worrying about others. The meals were also generously portioned and very satisfying. I’d like to stay again when I want to take it easy.

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms, and it was outstanding. The open-air bath and the view were wonderful, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in a fantastic atmosphere with exceptional hospitality. This is an inn well worth coming to Ibusuki for on its own. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The Hotel was spacious, the Onsen was almost private, and we could enjoy our meals quietly. The staff were very considerate, so we were able to relax and have a restful stay. I did think it would have been nice if they provided at least a toothbrush, but other than that, everything was enjoyable. It was great since it was my son’s birthday.

I stayed here during my first visit to the Shima Peninsula, for an Ise pilgrimage and a visit to relatives. The moment I entered the room, the breathtaking view right in front of me made all my fatigue melt away. The hot spring was very relaxing and the view was wonderful, which I really enjoyed. However, there was a slight odor that bothered me. I’m not sure whether it was the smell of the hot spring or something in the room, but it did stand out. Aside from that, everything was excellent. All of the meals were delicious. For breakfast, I was thrilled to have miso soup with spiny lobster first thing in the morning. If possible, I think it would have been even better if there had been some locally made dried fish as well. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. We look forward to staying with ibis Styles Sapporo again next time. Thank you very much, everyone. It is an excellent Hotel.

One minute from Musashi-Shinjo Station? I’ve stayed here many times. When I stayed in March this year, breakfast was included. It didn’t used to be, so I was happy! I stayed in March, May, and September. Just staying overnight is enough—the room is perfectly adequate. They also provide a variety of amenities such as coffee, which is very helpful. I look forward to staying again!

It was in a wonderful location very close to Sarusawa Pond. From our room we could look out over the pond, and it was great to enjoy different views in the evening, at night, and in the morning. The five-story pagoda was under renovation so we couldn’t see it, but my husband was very happy with how close it was—he could go jogging and visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Nara Park early in the morning. Since my husband has a shrimp and crab allergy, they accommodated this as well, and we also requested an additional surprise birthday cake for him. We were truly impressed by the service from all of the staff. We chose a room with a hinoki cypress bath, so we were able to relax both in our room and at the large public bath. After checking out, we fed deer crackers to the deer near the hotel and then left using our rental car parked at their affiliated parking lot. We had a wonderful, fun, and delicious stay. Thank you very much.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to Odori Park and very convenient for sightseeing. The Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. It was disappointing that the room wear was yukata-style; I think samue-style would be more comfortable since there is no need to tie a sash.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a large public bath—plus free parking—was fantastic! Since the price was low, I had no expectations at all, so it pleasantly exceeded them. I was surprised at how great this Hotel was! I’d definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

Although the hotel seemed fully booked during Golden Week, the service was attentive and well organized. There were numbered tickets for breakfast, but people appeared to come in regardless, so they didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which was a bit disappointing.

This was our second stay. The three of us stayed in a detached room, which was spacious and came with an air purifier. It would be nice to have one more mirror in the wash area. The bath was conveniently close, and the water (a radium hot spring?) felt great. When we all used it at once, the shower pressure dropped, but it was fine when we staggered our shower times. A great place to stay!!

The location was amazing, right in front of the ocean. The food was delicious and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Himakajima.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price during the Obon holiday period. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It feels like many of the guests are international travelers.
