My child wanted to see Mt. Fuji, so we chose this place because you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji even from the Room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we could only see Mt. Fuji on the morning of the second day, but we were happy to catch even a glimpse—it made the trip from Osaka worthwhile, and the kids were delighted. Just like the Reviews said, it was a very clean and lovely Room, with stylish amenity sets, complimentary drinks and chiffon cake, and all of the staff were friendly and kind—our whole family loved it so much that we’d like to come back every year. We ate on the terrace while looking at Mt. Fuji, and enjoyed fireworks at night—our children made wonderful summer vacation memories.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Tokushima. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is truly my favorite. I sleep so well, and it helps me start work the next morning feeling refreshed. The breakfast is also genuinely delicious. The menu changes every morning, so even on a Multiple Night Stay I never get tired of it—I look forward to waking up and thinking, “What will they have today?” Above all, the staff are wonderful. They are always cheerful and welcoming, and I’ve been impressed many times by their thoughtfulness—remembering casual conversations and even small details. Whenever I come back to the Hotel, I naturally feel at ease. The biggest reason I keep coming back may be the staff. More than “I want to stay again,” it’s “I want to come see everyone again.” It’s a Hotel I truly love. Thank you always for everything.

The ocean view and sunrise were amazing, the room was spotless, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. My elderly mother was also very happy. If I had to mention one thing, breakfast is limited to one hour, but it was very crowded and the line moved slowly, so we couldn’t finish everything. It would have been perfect with 90 minutes.

This was my second stay. Since it is away from central Nara City, the surroundings are quiet and you can relax. The drinks in the 8th-floor lounge while watching Mt. Unebi at sunset are wonderful. The Room has a unit bath, but I also recommend the spacious public bath nearby. This time, there were dishes from many countries, and everything was delicious. With Asuka and Fujiwara Palace designated as World Heritage sites, I expect more tourists in the future, but this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

It was a hotel my husband and I had enjoyed on our own, but this time we came back with our daughter and son-in-law and our grandchild. As soon as we entered the hotel, everyone was delighted by the complimentary drinks and snacks. Our 2-year-old grandchild ran around to their heart’s content in the play area on the first floor, and on the second floor they tried kid-friendly sweets for the first time. At dinner, the buffet also had food for young children, so everyone was very satisfied. Even if we were a little noisy, there were other families with children around us, so it felt like we could relax and enjoy dinner comfortably. That evening, our daughter and son-in-law also enjoyed spending time in the lounge. The next day, we played on the outdoor playground equipment before heading home very happy. We were already asked to come again soon. I don’t think there are many hotels at this price that are so considerate of toddlers and their parents.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay. As it was just after the reopening, the Facility felt brand new, and we were able to spend our time comfortably in a clean environment. In the large public bath, the scent of wood instantly helped us unwind, and the ocean view through the full-height windows was breathtaking. Even though we were on the east side of the Boso Peninsula, we were surprised to be able to see the sun setting—and it was so beautiful that we couldn’t take our eyes off it. It truly deserves its place among “Japan’s 100 Best Accommodations with Sunset Views.” The rooftop open-air bath we used before bed was softly lit with indirect lighting and had a calm atmosphere. Soaking while listening to the sound of water flowing into the tub made all our everyday fatigue melt away, and we could relax from the bottom of our hearts. It was a wonderfully soothing moment. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The new dining venue had a Japanese-inspired design, creating a lovely atmosphere and a comfortable space. Dinner was served half-buffet style. We were first served sashimi, beautifully presented with an impressively fresh taste. We were also surprised to be served abalone and splendid alfonsino (kinmedai). The abalone remained tender even when grilled, and the kinmedai had an elegant flavor. The buffet also featured an excellent live kitchen: tempura was freshly fried, and there was even Kazusa beef steak. Both were tender, making for a highly satisfying dinner. Breakfast was also buffet-style, and we were amazed by how extensive the selection was. In addition to standard items like salads, there were also sashimi and overnight-dried fish. The turban shell curry (sazae curry) left a lasting impression with its rich flavor, and the nikujaga comforted us with its gentle taste. At the live kitchen they made omelets for us—large portions with great volume—another very satisfying dish. Our Room was spacious and spotless. Above all, through wall-to-wall glass windows stretching across one entire side of the Room, there was nothing but ocean—so much so that we found ourselves sitting in chairs simply gazing outside for quite some time. Fireworks were launched from right in front of us at the fishing port as well—it was incredibly powerful up close. We had never seen fireworks from such close range before, making it an unforgettable experience. And most impressive of all was truly the service provided by your staff. We felt thoughtful attention everywhere throughout our stay; their hospitality was consistently attentive. It made for an extremely comfortable visit—a day we were completely satisfied with. When we visit Kamogawa again, we would love to stay here again.

Everything was great except that the Room was so hot I could barely sleep. There was a fan in the Room, so I should have turned it on, but I couldn’t be bothered to get up, plug it in, and switch it on, so I just endured it until morning. After taking a bath in the evening, I enjoyed 4 of the 12 kinds of complimentary shochu in the lounge. Then live music started as well, and it was such a lovely time relaxing on a comfortable sofa. For the shochu, ice, cold water, and hot water are provided, so you can drink it however you like. As is often the case with buffets, it was quite crowded at mealtime, but there were also Kagoshima local dishes, which made it fun.

I went to the bath at 5:00 a.m. Walking through the airport with no one around... There was already a line at the bakery that’s usually hard to buy from without waiting, which surprised me! Thinking it would be easier to line up for an afternoon flight, I took my time and enjoyed the bath. The water was wonderful. After that, I had breakfast— I topped a small bowl of rice with sashimi to make it like a seafood rice bowl. It was delicious.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

I stayed for two nights starting on 9/18. As it was my first stay, I wasn’t used to operating the machines and caused some trouble for the staff, but they assisted me each time with great care and kindness, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, and there were takoyaki (perhaps unique to Osaka?), which made for great conversation and a pleasant start to the day. Since I was staying multiple nights, I used the coin laundry; it was a very convenient system, and I truly appreciate how quickly and politely they responded to additional requests. Because it was a four-person room, it felt a bit cramped for four adults, and it was inconvenient that there was no wash basin in the bathroom. Thanks to the location, accessibility was excellent, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

First time visiting. All the staff were kind and courteous, and check-in was quick, so we were able to get into our Room early and relax. The steak and roast beef set meal brought to our Room was very delicious. In the morning, we also enjoyed breakfast, including egg dishes such as a tasty omelet. The large public bath and open-air bath felt too hot for me. Even the indoor bath somehow felt a bit hot as well. There was also a sauna and cold plunge pool, so we were able to enjoy the Onsen. Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained, and we could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere.

This was my first time staying here. At first, I later realized that luggage storage needed to be requested in advance, and I felt sorry about that. However, the staff helped me with a smile without showing any displeasure or making a fuss, which I truly appreciated. Every front desk staff member was kind and courteous. The hotel is close to the station and in a great location, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the large public bath, complimentary drinks, separate loungewear, and the clean room. My companion was just as happy, and thanks to you we had a fun and wonderful trip. There wasn’t a single negative point! I would definitely like to stay again! Next time, I’m also interested in trying the breakfast—it looks delicious! Thank you again.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet in particular had a wide variety of options and was excellent. One thing I noticed was that the water in the large public bath felt quite hot, and it stung a little when I first put my feet in. However, it warmed me up well, so overall it was good. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Thank you for taking care of us during our son’s graduation ceremony. The service, the Onsen, and the meals were all wonderful. This time, we enjoyed visiting Rurikoji Temple, where the construction was completed in half a day, and touring the foot baths. With a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, getting around is very convenient. Everyone was so kind that we came to love Yamaguchi even more.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were more than sufficient, the bath was spotless with a great view, the staff were courteous, and the food was amazing—there’s no end to what I could praise. We didn’t specifically mention that it was her birthday beforehand, but when we filled in our names and dates of birth on the day, they noticed and gave us a handwritten birthday card during dinner. That surprise meant so much to us. If I had one small concern: at dinner, we informed them of a dairy allergy and they kindly accommodated it. However, since the course included items like grilled spiny lobster and cake, I would have felt even more at ease if they had added a brief note such as “no butter used” or “made with soy milk” for those dishes. That said, both of us were truly impressed—we had an incredibly satisfying trip overall.

When I arrived at Sapporo Station, it was drizzling, but I didn’t feel like taking an umbrella out of my luggage. I crossed the crosswalk without one, and the entrance was right there. It was very convenient to plan my schedule with the station as a starting point for getting anywhere. The staff were also very kind and helpful, so I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

It’s unbelievable to get complimentary drinks and breakfast at this price. The view from our 10th-floor room was also wonderful.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a detached guest room with an open-air bath, and the Facility, bath, hospitality, and meals were all excellent. The Japanese garden is also beautifully maintained—truly an outstanding Accommodation. It is well worth spending a little extra to stay here.
