Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

We stayed with our dog on a family trip. With the windows closed, we couldn’t hear other dogs at all. Being able to enjoy the Onsen 24 hours a day and use the footbath until midnight made for a truly luxurious time. We also bought extra seafood and grilled it for a BBQ. However, there were no basic seasonings provided, such as soy sauce or salt and pepper, which was disappointing. We went to a nearby convenience store to buy some.

Although it’s a small property, the service was excellent, and breakfast was great with plenty of variety and local specialties. The housekeeping staff always greeted me when we passed in the hallway, and when I left my Room with my suitcase, they noticed I was heading downstairs and pressed the elevator button for me. I really appreciated those thoughtful little gestures. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

I stayed for three nights. It was my first time staying here, and the staff were wonderful, and the Room was very clean. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality—please keep up the great work! Thank you very much.

I was looking in Umeda, but many places there are far from the station, so I chose this one, just one stop away. It’s a lively area (lol). There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores packed in between here and the station—more convenient than Umeda! The lounge had drinks only and no food. Maybe it was just when I visited. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the clean Room, and the delicious buffet. The paella was especially tasty. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn’t crowded, and I was able to enjoy plenty of alcoholic drinks. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

We stayed here for a family trip. It was within walking distance of the Gozaisho Ropeway, which made sightseeing convenient. We enjoyed breakfast while watching the ropeway, and it was great that adults and children had separate menus, making it easy to eat. The Onsen was almost private, so we could soak and relax at our own pace, and we had a very restful stay.

I’ve stayed here several times. There are so many great points: it’s close to downtown, parking is free, there’s an Onsen, breakfast is inexpensive and delicious, and the staff are kind. If you’re going to Takayama, this is the place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable for business use, with a separate bath and toilet as well as an independent washbasin, which was very convenient. The desk was equipped with several types of chargers, including Lightning and Type-C, which were extremely handy. Desk work in the room was comfortable, and the proximity to the station made it very convenient!

I stayed on the vote-counting day for the Nagano gubernatorial election, and people connected with the incumbent’s camp were gathered there. I’m not familiar with Nagano, but being chosen as a venue for that kind of event made me feel it is a Hotel with a certain level of prestige. The Hotel is divided into several wings, such as the Tower Wing and South Wing, and it was a bit of a walk from the Tower Wing where I stayed to the breakfast restaurant. The restaurant was essentially a banquet hall, featuring mainly local Nagano dishes. I enjoyed oyaki and sansai soba (buckwheat noodles with mountain vegetables), among others. The Hotel seems close to places like the prefectural office, but it’s a little far from Nagano Station—something to keep in mind.

This is my second stay at Hanakoyado. I became a repeat guest because this is where you find the answer to whether high-quality Onsen and gourmet dining can truly be enjoyed at a reasonable price. The traditional wooden building and tiled bath are full of classic Onsen atmosphere. Even more luxuriously, the Kinsen flows continuously, and when you sink into the tub, the overflowing water swirls as it runs off. I also enjoyed a steam bath using the high-temperature source spring. The rice cooked in the okudosan is delicious, and the fish and meat carefully grilled over charcoal with radiant heat are more than satisfying. To top it off, curry rice is served at the end as well. There is an Onsen experience and cuisine here that feel wonderfully untouched by modern times.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and the location, price, and staff service were all excellent. With the eco Plan, there was no room cleaning, and we could exchange towels at the front desk, which made things easy. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so it’s very convenient. The building and Facility feel like an older Business Hotel, but it has been renovated and the exterior looks clean, so it didn’t bother me much. If you care a lot about small dust, torn wallpaper, or an older bathroom, this may not be the right place for you. I would be very happy if the coin laundry dryer were gas-powered. It was a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you.

The top-floor spa offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea—it was amazing.

It was a cold day with snow in Toyohashi, but I am grateful for being able to stay comfortably.

First time staying here as a family of three for an event at Intex Osaka. The Facility was clean. We arrived at 9:00 PM on Saturday, and there were still parking spaces available. There is a 7-Eleven within a 1-minute walk, so we were able to stock up easily. We would like to stay here again next time.

The building is old, but it felt clean. There were paintings displayed everywhere, which was lovely. The Hotel staff were also very courteous. However, after checking out, I stopped by again in the evening because I decided there was a souvenir from the Hotel that I wanted to buy. When I told a man at the front desk—someone I had not seen before—that I was not a guest with a Reservation for that day, his attitude felt a bit cold, so I deducted one star. The female front desk staff were all polite and helpful. Thank you very much.

Enjoy glamping in a dome tent, and the Facility also features an extra-large kids’ play area. It kept the kids happily worn out all day, so we could relax and enjoy some quiet time together in the evening—an excellent place overall. The meals were quite tasty as well, with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options to enjoy. In the evening, they even offered complimentary handheld fireworks—truly thoughtful service. We stayed for two nights this time; one night would feel rushed, so we recommend two nights as just right.

Arrived tired... The natural Onsen bath was wonderful! The staff's courteous service was very helpful. I also enjoyed the soba noodles for breakfast.

The Room is compact yet equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, especially the customizable seafood rice bowl, was delightful and highly satisfying. Guests can also enjoy Dormy Inn's signature night soba noodles and post-bath services, ensuring a classic Dormy Inn experience. Additionally, some rooms come with a washer-dryer, making it very convenient for long stays or travelers looking to pack light. On the other hand, the sauna-equipped large public bath can get quite crowded depending on the time of day, which might be slightly disappointing. As this is a popular Hotel, it may be best to plan visits during less busy hours for a more relaxing experience. Overall, this Hotel offers an excellent balance of location, service, and dining options and serves as an ideal base for sightseeing or business in the Namba area.
