Everything was beautifully picture-perfect, and we spent two very peaceful days enjoying coffee and drinks. Even on a rainy day, the garden greenery and the pond’s surface looked even more vibrant, making for a wonderfully relaxing time. Thank you for arranging the birthday card. We would love to visit again.

The Facility was beautifully maintained with well-kept trees and flowers, giving it a tropical vibe, and it was fun to stroll around while music played. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety and were delicious. I’m glad we chose a Room that included tickets to a nearby Onsen. It had many different baths, was spacious, and was excellent.

The Onsen is the main highlight, and with a full range of comfortable amenities, I was able to enjoy a truly fulfilling day. After working up a sweat at the gym, I played a little table tennis and felt like a kid again. The sauna is spacious and made of wood, and there is also a mist sauna—I did five rounds in total. To finish, I relaxed in the shallow pool and took a break with a draft beer. The large public bath left me feeling refreshed.

Everything was great! Although it was a smoking Room, there was no odor and the Room was clean. The large public bath was excellent as well. We stayed during the Obon holiday so it was crowded, but the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that we couldn’t get a mobile signal in the Room, but Wi‑Fi was available so it wasn’t a problem.

This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get anywhere without worrying about exact schedules. The property was clean, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.

It was a lovely, relaxing Accommodation. When my shoes got soaked in the heavy rain and I didn’t know what to do, you kindly took care of them separately, so I was able to go sightseeing the next day without any discomfort. Thank you very much. The food was also delicious, and for just the two of us (my daughter and me) it was quite a lot—but it was so good that we ate it all. Just one thing… Since the forecast low temperature was in the low 20s °C, I turned off the air conditioner before going to sleep, but I ended up drenched in sweat. I turned it back on and got back into bed, but because the yukata fabric was fairly thick, it still felt hot. Thinking about it calmly afterward, this is a cold area in winter, so I completely forgot that the Room would be well insulated. Still, it’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

I stay here often when visiting Miyakojima. It’s especially convenient because it’s close to Miyako Airport, so I almost always choose it for my last night. Even though it’s in the Business Hotel price range, there’s a pool and you can still enjoy a true resort atmosphere. Since it’s new, both the Room and the facilities are very comfortable. If you have a car, there’s a large supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. It also feels equally close to all the main sightseeing spots, so I never find it inconvenient. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating my sudden request due to a flight cancellation. I will stay again.

Twice a year, our family takes a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, but considering the location and the Room, the price was so reasonable that I felt a bit uneasy. Still, with its great location near the shopping street, after much deliberation we decided to stay at Kajikaso. Until we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I found myself thinking we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious and bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right. Dinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered on a tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. There was also a karaoke room, and breakfast was great as well. Everything about our stay was wonderful. My husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!

Conveniently located next to the station, making it very easy to use. The cleaning staff were very polite in their interactions. One concern was that the hairdryer had some dust or debris tangled in it. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent and very convenient with parking available. The area is perfect for exploring and dining, so you'll never have trouble finding something to eat. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing—too basic, to be honest. Considering Utsunomiya's specialty is mainly gyoza, it might be understandable, but overall it was still a good Hotel.

The interior had a stylish retro atmosphere. The Onsen was spacious with excellent water quality, and even after bathing I stayed warmly heated to the core for a long time. The staff were also very cheerful and provided pleasant service, making for a wonderful holiday. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was very clean; the Room was neatly prepared and comfortable. The amenities are well stocked, which is why I choose this place.

I stayed here on short notice for a trip to Tottori. I couldn’t find the location of the affiliated parking lot, so I called the front desk, and they kindly helped me—I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious enough, there were free drinks on the first floor, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. It’s close to the station as well, which was truly convenient. Thank you very much! I’d love to stay again.

I chose this place because the breakfast looked appealing. The Room was on the top floor and close to the bath, so I was very satisfied. As the Reviews said, you need to go early for breakfast or you’ll have to wait in line, but the food was delicious. The bath was a bit disappointing due to the crowds, and the changing area was small, so we had to take turns getting changed.

The Room was cleaner than I expected.

This was my third stay, and each time I leave thinking, “I’m glad I stayed here—I’ll come back.” It’s a Ryokan where the artwork in the lounge and the amenities in the guest rooms are all wonderful traditional tools that showcase Japanese craftsmanship, and I’m happy to discover different pieces each visit. I was a little worried after hearing the chef had changed, but it was completely unfounded—the flavors and menu were both excellent. Since we stayed the day after my birthday, they prepared a beautiful dessert plate for me. I was impressed by the skill of the young pastry chef. The wine pairing was also great. Breakfast was thoughtfully arranged as well, and I think I’ll always remember how delicious it was to grill Onomichi ingredients over a hibachi. Every member of staff is pleasant, and I truly appreciate how they stay close while keeping just the right distance. We’ll be back in winter—thank you in advance.

We stayed here to enjoy swimming at Shirarahama Beach. Before check-in, they let us use the changing room and paid lockers, and we reached Shirarahama Beach in just a few minutes on foot. They also have an air pump for float rings, of course. After swimming, we could rinse off the sand with the outdoor warm-water shower and then head straight to the Onsen, which was great. Both the Room and the Facility were clean, and there were free drinks available throughout the property—we enjoyed them after bathing and while waiting for the elevator. The plum soda was delicious. The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was tasty. It was also nice that freshly cooked steak and tempura were brought directly to our table. Since our buffet time slot was later, we were able to go see the sunset at Engetsuto Island before dinner. Even after checkout, they offered parking for 1,000 yen, and told us we could use the paid lockers—and even use the baths after 2:00 PM—so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy an Onsen after coming back from the beach before heading home. If you’re going swimming at the beach, this place is absolutely “Musashi”! It was that good. All of the staff were kind, and it made for a truly great trip. Thank you very much.

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I decided to try the ladies-only floor, and it was excellent. There were basic skincare amenities, and there was also a bottle of cleansing oil in the bathroom. The Room had a hair iron, and I was impressed to find an electric foot massager as well. This may be available on other floors too, but there were free dispensers in the hallway for tea and a sports drink–style water, so I didn’t need to buy bottled drinks. The Room was clean, the location was convenient, and it offered great value for money. I’d love to stay here again.

This time, the three of us—my father, my first-year junior high school son, and my fourth-grade elementary school daughter—stayed here. All three of us were very satisfied overall. Here is what we liked most, in ranking format. No. 1: The wide variety at the dinner buffet. The sushi and desserts were especially great. Breakfast was also a buffet, and we left completely full. No. 2: The baths. There is a large public bath on the property called Katata-no-Yu. There is also another bath facility off the property (about a 20-minute walk), and if the timing works out, there is Shuttle Service by HiAce van. We received bathing tickets for each guest, and as long as it was within business hours, we could bathe as many times as we wanted! No. 3: We were given a ride by cart from the front desk to our Room, which made it easy to carry heavy luggage. Getting around the property on foot—to the dining venue, baths, etc.—also let us enjoy a resort atmosphere that felt like staying in a tropical destination. No. 4: It’s conveniently located close to Adventure World, Shirarahama Beach, and Toretore Market. No. 5: All Rooms are cottage-style units, so we didn’t have to wait for elevators inside a Hotel building and rarely ran into other guests. Next time, we’d like to visit again with our whole family—including our eldest daughter and my wife, who couldn’t come this time due to upcoming high school entrance exams. Lastly—and this is just a small wish—we understand that each guest receives one bath towel and additional towels cost extra; it would be even nicer if extra towels were free!

True to its name, the baths were excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath in the Room was a comfortable size, so we were able to fully enjoy the baths. The meals also offered a wide variety; we had rice with simmered golden eye snapper and left completely satisfied. The rice was especially delicious, and we ate more than we should have. We would love to stay again.
