This was our first stay at this Accommodation, and we really liked it—the atmosphere was great, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. It’s also close to Yubatake, so getting to Yubatake in the daytime and when it’s lit up at night, as well as shopping for souvenirs or grabbing a quick drink or meal, was no problem. Since it isn’t right around Yubatake, we were able to spend the nights quietly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kusatsu.

I was scheduled to give a lecture at the Uji Botanical Garden in June and stayed here at that time. Unfortunately, heavy rain led to the training being canceled, so I visited sightseeing spots such as Byodo-in Phoenix Hall before heading home. This time, I had another lecture at the Uji Botanical Garden. Since I had stayed here before and knew the amenities were well stocked, I didn’t bring any toiletries with me. Last time it rained, but this time the weather was clear. The day before, I visited Tofuku-ji Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine and arrived at the hotel in the evening. After stretching my legs and taking a break, I searched online for recommended dinner options nearby. I also knew there was a supermarket close by, so I bought bread and tea for lunch on my lecture day. Then, based on good reviews, I had dinner at a nearby restaurant that grills hokke over charcoal. The next morning, since I knew there was a convenience store near the station, I went there to buy breakfast. There is coffee available at the front desk, so I enjoyed a cup as well. When heading to my training session after checking out, they kindly stored my change of clothes and other items at the front desk upon request, which was very helpful. After the training session, I picked up my luggage from the hotel and returned home to Osaka from Keihan Uji Station. Twin room used as single occupancy. It would be nice if the hotel offered something like a breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

This is a newly built, spotless Hotel. After soaking in a warm bubble bath before bed, I slept soundly through the night without waking up at all. The Simmons mattress was also exceptionally comfortable.

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

This is my second stay this year, and I am very satisfied with both stays. The biggest deciding factor is "having a separate bath and toilet at this price, and being able to soak in the tub." I would love to make it my regular accommodation whenever I visit Matsuyama!

We looked for an affordable place to stay for a couples’ motorcycle trip to hike up to Takeda Castle and catch the sea of clouds the next morning. It was excellent value for money, and just as the reviews said, the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. The covered motorcycle parking was essential when the sea of clouds appears, and we appreciated having it at the back of the second floor of the parking area. The only downside is that dinner is not served on holidays, so you need to go out. We went to a Chinese restaurant about a 10-minute walk away; it cost ¥3,000 for two including drinks, and it was tasty. This hotel is perfect for a sea-of-clouds touring trip and highly recommended. This was my first visit to Fukuji Onsen, and I really enjoyed the simple, rustic charm unique to a hot spring nestled in the mountains. At Sansui, I was able to relax and unwind in a calm, traditional atmosphere. The meals were excellent—especially the Hida beef—and we could fully enjoy local specialties, so we were very satisfied with the overall value for money. The owner and all the staff were friendly and welcoming; it’s an inn I’d love to visit again.

We stayed here in spring as well, and came back again in autumn because we wanted to enjoy the delicious meals once more. It’s a truly wonderful inn. We’ve stayed several times, and it’s always the best. On our way home, the staff kindly recommended a great shop for us to visit, and we’re so glad we went. Once you stay here, you’ll want to come back again—now we really understand why it’s so popular. It really is the best. Thank you very much for taking care of us again this time.

The large public bath, open 24 hours a day, was perfect for refreshing at any time without worrying about the clock. With its nostalgic, welcoming “classic Showa-era health spa” atmosphere—along with well-equipped baths and sauna and plenty of relaxing spaces—it has an irresistible charm.

Having read the Reviews in advance, I was aware of what to expect, but my companion was very surprised by the contrast between the front desk atmosphere and the impression of the Room. The day-use bathing area feels lively like a busy public bathhouse, while the guest Rooms were calm and comfortable. Because we visited on a weekday, the large public bath was not crowded and very relaxing. The only thing that bothered me slightly was seeing someone brushing their teeth at the washing area. Even so, I was truly impressed by the abundant flow of free-flowing Onsen water straight from the source. When I visit around Nagano Station for work in the future, I would love to stop by again even just for a day-use bath. The Room was flawlessly comfortable, and the private indoor bath was very spacious. I was also amazed by how much hot water it had. Dinner was served in-room, so we could relax without worrying about others, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes with thoughtful touches. The staff member who served us was friendly and made it a pleasant time. At breakfast, it was also nice to be able to choose between rice porridge cooked with Onsen water and regular steamed rice. Please note that there are no amenities provided in the large public bath area (including makeup remover), so bringing your own is recommended. The in-Room amenities are also provided for one use (one day) only, so if you plan to bathe multiple times, it may be reassuring to bring extras. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

Within walking distance of the fireworks festival venue. Until the fireworks started, we relaxed and took a leisurely nap in our ice-cold, air-conditioned Room. After the fireworks, it was great to rinse off in the large public bath—an amazing trip overall. Free parking was also incredibly appreciated.

The room and the view were both great, and the Hotel staff were kind. The breakfast buffet included Nagasaki dishes, and we enjoyed Hatōshi and castella. Everything was delicious, so I ended up eating quite a lot in the morning. It’s a shame it’s not close enough to visit casually, but I think it’s a wonderful Hotel that I’d like to stay at about once a year.

The ocean view is spectacular from everywhere—your Room, the lobby, the Onsen, and even the private dining room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we arrived and rainy the next day, so we missed out; I’m sure it would have been an amazing view in clear weather. When I mentioned that a family member’s birthday was coming up soon, they arranged a surprise for us, which made both of us very happy. Some parts of the building do feel a bit old, but everyone—from the lobby staff to the servers—was genuinely pleasant. We were also treated to a complimentary welcome drink (including alcohol), and coffee was available free of charge. With all these thoughtful touches and warm service, our overall satisfaction more than made up for anything else. Highly recommended especially for those who enjoy sake. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day to enjoy the sunset.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays for a three-generation family trip. Maybe it was a special Obon event, but there was an ambayashi and shaved-ice corner, and we ended up relaxing in the lobby for quite a while. We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room, and it was clean and nice. The building is clean as well. I especially liked the open-air pot bath. We were also able to use the large public bath without it feeling crowded. They offer shampoo rentals, but since it’s first-come, first-served they run out quickly, so I wished there were a system that would allow more guests to use them. We also appreciated having diaper trash bins and board games available to borrow. For dinner we chose the private-room Plan, and it was a very spacious Room that could probably fit around 20 people; tables and chairs were set up on both sides. The individual boat platters for each person were gorgeous—we were very satisfied. We ordered a kids’ meal for our 3-year-old; the website showed udon in the photo, but what came out was soba. Since we hadn’t given our child soba yet, udon (and pudding) would have been easier—perhaps it’s meant for slightly older children. At breakfast there were two kinds of miso soup (seafood and mountain vegetable), and you can choose; we tried both and they were delicious. This is an Accommodation we’d love to return to if we have another chance!

It’s a perfect 5 out of 5 for me! The bed springs suit my body well, and having a double bed all to myself is the best. All the staff are very friendly as well. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you in advance.

This was our second stay, as we stayed here last year as well. We loved the all-you-can-eat crab, so we came back again this year!! All the other food was also delicious, and I ended up having plenty of salmon roe even more than crab! The bath was wonderfully quiet when we went in early. I’m sure we’ll be back again next year.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

[A Wonderful One-Night Stay] I stayed here for one night during my trip to Kyoto. The lobby atmosphere and the staff service were excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable to use. The bathtub was deep, and the water pressure was strong, so it filled up in no time. For breakfast, I used the buffet. Perhaps because it caters to international guests, it was quite cold and I felt chilly. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I was satisfied with the meal. Thank you very much.
