I stayed in a non-smoking twin room with breakfast for one night. It is conveniently located about a 5–6 minute walk from Iyotetsu Takashimaya, and I was surprised at how affordable the accommodation was. The facility is not new, but it is kept clean so it didn’t bother me. The Hotel staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I would like to stay again.

As I arrived late and had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi from Haneda Airport. From the moment I got out of the taxi, the staff welcomed me and helped carry my bags. My arms were sore, so it was a big help. For my Room, I chose one with access to the Executive Lounge. You can choose where to have breakfast, but I wanted a calm setting—and if there are too many options, I end up eating too much—so I chose the Executive Lounge. It was just right. I didn’t realize there was a separate shower booth in the bathroom, so I ended up searching around for shampoo and other items. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the front desk staff. I felt this Hotel might be geared toward international guests, but they provided plenty of towels, which really helped. There is no toner or emulsion in the Room, but if you ask, they will provide single-use ones. The items in the refrigerator seemed to be chargeable since there was an itemized list. I could have had them, but breakfast at the lounge was satisfying, so I’d like to try them next time. The service felt almost like “Is it really okay to do this much?” So if you value hospitality and the view (you can see Odaiba), I recommend it. I was considering staying at another Hotel, but someone I trust recommended this one, so I decided to stay here. It was a short stay, but it was very satisfying. Next time I stay, I'd like to check in earlier. Thank you very much.

I stayed for a refreshing getaway. It was conveniently located just steps from the station, so check-in went smoothly. I mistakenly made the Reservation under a male name, but thank you for kindly accommodating us and preparing the Room afterward. We could see the ocean from the Room, and it was very quiet both inside and outside, allowing us to relax in peace. The open-air bath in the guest room was at the perfect temperature, and I enjoyed it five times during my stay. The meal was excellent—the sashimi platter was especially luxurious and delicious. The recommended abalone we added was large and thick; since it was steamed and grilled, it had a pleasant firmness without being tough, making it easy to eat. It was truly delicious with melted butter on top. Thank you for your attentive service from check-in to check-out. I would love to stay again.

We stayed in a Room with a private pool at SideB. Both the Room and the pool were spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The pool, which seems to have been newly built this year, is large enough for serious swimming. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and chatting at the café and during breakfast became one of our highlights. It’s a wonderful Hotel, and we’d love to come back.

I have stayed at Hotels across the whole country, but this stay was truly memorable. What impressed me first was the hospitality of the staff. It wasn’t a formal, scripted service—each person conveyed a genuine warmth that made it clear they truly love this town and this Accommodation, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. For dinner, we went to a restaurant called “Nao,” which the Hotel recommended, and it was absolutely the right choice. It wasn’t aimed at tourists; it let us experience local charm, and it allowed us to enjoy not only our stay but also the city of Otsu itself. I think this is a unique value that comes from a Hotel that treasures its connection with the community. In the past, I also stayed with a large group at Matsumoto Jujo, another property in the Jiyujin Hotels group (I organized that trip). Matsumoto Jujo was highly satisfying as well, but personally, HOTEL Ko Otsu Hyakucho left an even stronger impression. The reason is the space and hospitality created by making use of traditional townhouses designated as Registered Tangible Cultural Properties. Rather than simply staying at a Hotel, it felt like living in the town for a while. While preserving the character of these historic buildings, comfort is fully ensured, creating a distinctive sense of calm. It offered an appeal you can’t get from large-scale Hotels or luxury Ryokan. If you’re looking not for flashy services or extravagant Facility features but to enjoy local culture, streetscapes, and encounters with people, I highly recommend this Accommodation. It was one of those rare Hotels where staying there becomes part of the purpose of your trip.

We stayed during the Obon holiday season with my parents and my child, and the connecting rooms gave us plenty of space to relax. The magic show was really entertaining, and my child loved it! The Facility had just been renovated, so everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a Reproizer hair dryer in the large public bath, which was a nice touch for women. I did notice the shampoo didn’t lather as well as I expected, so I wish I had brought my own. There were many families with children, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere where we could enjoy ourselves without feeling self-conscious even with kids. We had a wonderful time as a family. We’d love to come again!

We searched for a well-reviewed Onsen with an ocean view and decided to stay here. From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meals, the staff always served us with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were very luxurious and absolutely delicious. The ocean-view terrace was also beautiful, and we were able to relax at our leisure. This is a Facility we would love to visit again.

Registering as a member was great because it extended checkout to 12:00.

Although it is a long-established Hotel, it was clean just as the Reviews said. We made good use of the water dispenser and microwave. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here.

It was very comfortable. The front desk and restaurant staff were cheerful, courteous, and efficient, and the Room and restaurant were clean with excellent air conditioning—an outstanding Hotel in every way. The next morning’s breakfast buffet menu was posted in the lobby, which made me look forward to it from the night before. The signature jingisukan (grilled lamb), curry, and fried fish cake with corn were all delicious. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here again.

This time, we stayed in the Jinshiro Room. As always, the in-room bath was incredibly relaxing. The meals were delicious too!

I’d rate the bathroom size 0.1, but I was satisfied with everything else.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I chose this place while looking for a nearby destination I could reach by car with my father (85), as it may be our last trip together. I wished I could have brought my late mother as well, so I came with her photo. It was about a 90-minute drive. Surrounded by greenery, we stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, which suited our schedule. There is an elevator, and the seating is comfortably spaced. Dinner was a kaiseki-style meal, with vegetables prepared deliciously. Breakfast was buffet-style, but they do not let in too many guests at once, and the small-dish presentation was great. The rice was also delicious, and the seasoning was just right. I would like to visit again casually. There are activities that children will enjoy too, and next time we plan to come with our grandchildren’s family.

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much for taking care of us for two days.

It was my first stay in a while. Aside from handling check-in and check-out yourself and picking up only the amenities you need at the front desk, everything was unchanged, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room was set to a pleasant temperature when I arrived, which made me forget Kyoto’s heat. This time, my purpose was to visit the Gojo Wakamiya Pottery Festival. It took less than five minutes on foot from the Hotel to Keihan Sanjo Station, so I could go by train and take my time looking around at the venue. It is also close to Pontocho and Kiyamachi, so finding places to eat was never a problem. Breakfast is buffet-style, and in addition to Western options, there were obanzai dishes, pork shabu-shabu, spice curry, and other satisfying choices. Despite being in such a convenient location, it’s also quiet and relaxing, so I would like to stay here again.

I found this Accommodation while looking for a one-night stay in Osaka this summer for my family of four. Since I searched around May and made a Reservation early, we were able to stay in a spacious Room for four at a much lower price. The lobby was spacious, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. I’d like to make this our regular Accommodation in Osaka.

I’m satisfied because I’d always wanted to visit Misasa Onsen, where my parents went on their honeymoon. Both the Onsen and the open-air bath were very good.

I chose this property because it is close to the station. It really was very close, which was a huge help during the extreme heat. Thank you for upgrading my Room since one was available. From the Room, I could watch planes coming in to land, which was exciting. All of the staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again next time.

The bath photos were wonderful, so I made a Reservation. Right by the sea on the island, the location is excellent. Meals were served one after another despite how busy you must have been, so we ended up finishing quickly and could cut back on drinking. Aside from the bath and location, it’s a truly quiet and simple place. The bath had a slight chlorine smell. The tea service was excellent. The Room was also renovated, and we were able to stay in a comfortable environment.
