We stayed as two adults with a small dog. We usually enjoy camping in a tent, but we wanted to simplify setup and packing up, and while looking for a place a bit farther away, we found the ideal cottage. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, and we were worried because it rained so heavily that evacuation alerts came through on our phones the next morning, but we were able to head home without any issues. Because of the rain, we couldn’t enjoy the view, the starry sky, or a campfire, but we thoroughly enjoyed BBQ on the terrace. Since BBQ is basically all we ever do for meal prep, you kindly allowed us to use the on-site BBQ area as well. During our Onsen visit, you even looked after our dog—thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of us in every way. We brought various supplies for our dog, but aside from food, none of it was necessary—you had everything covered for dogs too... There were plenty of insect-repellent measures prepared, and the amenities were more than sufficient. The bedding was also clean. We definitely want to come again on a sunny day!!

I stayed here again last month. It’s 17 minutes from Hakodate Airport and a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, and the views are great on the upper floors. The large public bath is fed by free-flowing natural hot spring water, and there is also a sauna. Breakfast was carefully prepared in both Japanese and Western styles and was very delicious. The Japanese breakfast included sake and wine in the morning, while the Western breakfast offered three types of wine—white, red, and rosé. Meat was served live daily with rotating options such as beef, pork, and lamb. Public bath hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next morning (available anytime during these hours). The staff were very kind, with proper greetings and attentive service. For this price, it’s an excellent place to stay, so I would like to use it again.

We were satisfied with everything, including the food, hot springs, and service. However, the road from the main road to the main building was hard to find and very narrow, and at times it felt uncomfortably close even for pedestrians, which made us uneasy. Aside from that, it is an inn we would definitely like to visit again.

This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

For my first trip to Ishigaki, I chose ANA for the last two nights of a four-night stay because I wanted more of a resort experience than sightseeing. I booked the Club Wing and it was absolutely the right choice. I debated until the very end between Fusaki and ANA, but I have no regrets—clean rooms, beautiful views, great food, and a highly satisfying lounge. ■ Pool The Club Wing’s private pool is an infinity pool—perfect for adults who want to relax in peace. Many guests were reading or napping on the loungers in swimwear, and maybe it was just luck, but it truly felt like a “quiet” resort scene and was very comfortable. Since the private pool closes at 6:00 PM (short hours), we also used the Sunset Pool (Bay Wing), which is open until 8:00 PM; at certain times it was lively with small children, which reminded me again how calm the Club Wing area is. ■ Breakfast You can use both SALTIDA and the Club Lounge for breakfast, so we tried both. If you’re traveling with kids, prefer a large buffet selection, or want Japanese options like steamed rice and natto, SALTIDA is recommended. However, if you’re staying in the Club Wing, I strongly recommend having breakfast in the lounge. You can choose a main dish such as Yaeyama soba or taco rice (daily specials), and you’ll definitely leave full. The overall selection is smaller than SALTIDA’s buffet, but with a main dish included it’s more than enough—and above all you can enjoy breakfast in a calm, quiet setting. ■ Dinner If you enjoy drinks or don’t eat much, cocktail time alone will likely be filling enough (canapés, cheese, prosciutto/hams, etc.). On our last night we decided to try SALTIDA’s dinner buffet as well—and that turned out to be a great choice too. Each item was high quality and there was plenty of variety. Rather than being a typical “fun” buffet style meal (in that sense), it felt like content geared toward adults—ethnic dishes and excellent beef steak among others. The only slight disappointment was that there weren’t Japanese dishes or noodle options like at breakfast (no hot noodles). It would have been nice to have Yaeyama soba. ■ Location It’s some distance from the Ocean Wing (main building) where convenience stores/shops and an indoor pool are located. For activity plans with transportation included, pick-up is usually in front of the Ocean Wing entrance at ANA. From the Club Wing you’ll need to take a cart ride there—but if you ask at reception they arrange transport right away—so it wasn’t inconvenient at all!

Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful time. Ahead of my daughter’s overseas trip, we stayed here before her departure. This was our second stay, and once again we were able to spend a very comfortable time. As my birthday was coming up, when we entered the Room there was an adorable towel cake and a gift of sweets prepared for us. I was truly moved by the unexpected, heartwarming surprise. Taking photos with my daughter around the towel cake also became one of the lovely memories of this trip. Through your thoughtful, understated kindness, we could really feel your warm hospitality toward us as guests, and it made us very happy. Once again we had a pleasant stay, and it reaffirmed that choosing this Hotel was the right decision. I sincerely appreciate the attentive care shown by all the staff. We would love to stay again.

Because our room was on the top floor, the view was simply amazing. The weather was great, and we could clearly enjoy the beautiful night scenery. There was a large hot spring nearby, as well as a convenience store, pharmacy, bookstore, and more, which made it very convenient. It was also close to the station and easy to find. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated that they provided a hair dryer, curling iron, straightener, and ReFa items. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka.

The shuttle bus between the hotel and Maihama Station runs earlier than those of other hotels, which I really appreciate. This time I booked a last-minute room-assigned plan, but I was very satisfied—the sink area, toilet, and bathroom (with a separate washing area and bathtub) were all in separate rooms.

Five of us across three generations stayed in the Annex Family Room. The room was spotless down to every detail, and we had a very comfortable stay. As a perk of staying in this room, you can use the Sky Top Terrace on the rooftop of the new building. It isn’t a huge terrace, but it’s spacious enough for several groups, and you can relax with your favorite alcoholic or soft drinks while enjoying Lake Shinji and the sunset. It was a truly wonderful experience. The next day, we joined the hotel’s optional Izumo Taisha tour. This tour includes round-trip transportation between Matsue and Izumo Taisha as well as guided commentary at Izumo Taisha. Starting from Inasa-no-Hama Beach, we were able to visit while hearing explanations of key points along the way. They also handed out materials summarizing the names of the deities, which made even confusing mythology easy to understand. They prepared everything needed for Inasa-no-Hama as well, which was a big help for our not-so-well-prepared family. Joining this tour greatly deepened our understanding of Izumo Taisha. Overall, staying at this hotel became one of our family’s wonderful memories. The staff were kind, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It was a bit disappointing that renovation work was underway during our stay, but it also makes us look forward to seeing everything renewed on our next visit.

I stayed here the night before heading to Miyazaki during Silver Week. The reason for staying overnight in Kumamoto was to have dinner at a certain Italian chain restaurant that has since disappeared from Fukuoka Prefecture. What made me choose this hotel was its great location—just a few minutes’ walk from that restaurant—and the fact that it’s a hotel where even members of the Imperial Family have stayed, with a wonderful view of Kumamoto Castle. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice! The room is a bit dated, but it’s spacious and has an upscale feel, and you can see Kumamoto Castle from the window at a perfect angle. Fresh flowers were displayed in the lobby and by the elevators, which made me happy. The restaurant we wanted to visit was just a short walk away, and the Kamitori arcade was also nearby, making it very convenient for sightseeing. And above all, breakfast was delicious!! I felt that each item was high quality. In particular, the curry bread wasn’t greasy at all—it was crispy and honestly the best I’ve ever had! I couldn’t believe how light it felt even in the morning. My husband, who loves coffee, also said the coffee was excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant also looked great, so next time I’d like to come to Kumamoto specifically to stay here. Thank you!

I enjoyed the Club Floor last time, so I came back again right away. The Room was as spacious as ever, and with the projector I was able to relax and watch a movie. However, compared with my previous stay, the club lounge felt less impressive. The Häagen-Dazs was gone and there were only frozen crepes, and dinner also had fewer menu items, which was disappointing. Even if Häagen-Dazs isn’t possible, it would have been nice to have at least regular ice cream. Since the selection of alcoholic drinks is limited, I’d be happy if you could add options like umeshu as well. It’s still a great value for a Club Floor stay, so I will stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.

We stayed at Sanraku to celebrate my husband’s and my 70th birthday anniversary as a couple. First, we were comforted by the attendants’ lovely smiles. At mealtime, we were deeply moved to find a wonderful hand-drawn plate by the manager displayed on our table. We also heard that the menu card was hand-drawn by the manager as well. They even prepared a purple celebratory vest for our 70th birthday celebration and took commemorative photos for us. In the bath area, we were surprised by the wide variety of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. In the changing room, there was also an assortment of high-end skincare products, which my daughter was able to use. It was a truly attentive Hotel in every way. My daughter and I are already talking about staying at Sanraku again. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here several times, and the location is convenient and easy to access. This time, I was upgraded from a standard single room to a ladies’ double room, which made my stay even more comfortable. I recommend this Hotel in Sendai to anyone.

First of all, the staff’s respectful sense of distance was wonderful. I couldn’t book dinner at a convenient time, so I only had breakfast, but everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. The Serta bed was also very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well at just the right level, so I slept soundly. The large public bath was clean; although it’s an artificial hot spring, it was very nice. However, as noted in the warnings, the floor is very slippery, so you should be careful. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The in-room bath and open-air bath were wonderful and felt amazing. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was full and satisfied—it was delicious. I’d love to visit again.

I stayed here on a business trip to visit the Mie Prefectural Government Office. At first I considered staying near the station, but many hotels there don’t have parking. This property offers free parking, and I was also interested in the private bath. They had an affordable room with breakfast included, so I chose to stay here. I accidentally drove past the parking entrance and entered from the MaxValu side. Since there is a 24-hour supermarket next door, there aren’t many restaurants nearby (unlike around the station), but you can easily buy meals next door. I had no trouble finding dinner or something sweet. The private bath was great—I could relax and really enjoyed it. You reserve it by calling the front desk, which is a nice system. Breakfast also exceeded expectations: it seems to be mainly a one-plate set plus egg-over-rice and curry, and everything was delicious. The white rice in particular was excellent. There was a poster saying it comes from contracted farmers; I think it would be even better if that were displayed more prominently. Just one thing: I didn’t realize the bread was placed further inside, so I missed it—too bad. I’d definitely stay again when I come back to Tsu City. By the way, “Shell Reine,” a Mie souvenir madeleine, is also sold at the MaxValu next door, which makes buying souvenirs convenient as well.

We stayed on September 27. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time with both the Facility and the meals. The baths offered a variety of styles, and we were very satisfied. Our Room had a sauna, a cold bath, and an outdoor air bathing area, which was soothing throughout our stay. We are truly glad we made a Reservation at Sennen-tei. If we have the opportunity again, we look forward to staying with you.

I stayed here a year ago. Last time, there was a water outage early in the morning, so I couldn’t use the toilet or even wash my face—it was very difficult. This time, I’ll write a proper review. First of all, thank you very much for accommodating an additional guest at short notice on the day. The extra bed was absolutely fine. The Room was spacious, had a great view, and above all was very clean. The large public bath was also wonderful. I could relax in the small room with massage chairs as well. My top recommendation is the breakfast. It’s on a completely different level from nearby Business Hotels—excellent. The value for money is outstanding. I honestly can’t believe you can stay at this price. It may be slightly more expensive than nearby Business Hotels, but I was very satisfied. I’m sure I’ll stay again next time. That said, the gym area is modest, and there were times when the Wi‑Fi connection was unstable. Still—yes, absolutely—I will stay again. Thank you very much.

The exterior looked a bit old, but the room was compact and clean. There was everything we needed, such as a pitcher for the water dispenser and an electric kettle, and the bed was comfortable, so we were able to recover from the fatigue of a long flight. It was also at a convenient distance for visiting Narita.
