Although it is a cabin-type Room without a lock, the bed is high quality and there were no issues. The price is also reasonable. The location is very close to Odori Station, and there is a convenience store in the building, so you won’t have any trouble. The large public bath is spacious and well equipped with a sauna, but it cannot be used from 2:00 AM to 5:30 AM, so if you return late at night it may feel inconvenient—please keep this in mind. The staff are polite, and this would be my first choice when visiting Sapporo.

Because I was traveling with my elderly mother (in her 80s, with lower back pain), I consulted in advance, and they provided a rollaway bed in our Room and also brought in a table for in-room dining. Instead of taking the garden path with stairs to the entrance as usual, a staff member picked us up by car at the parking lot, and we entered through the rear entrance on the 4th floor. Since our Room had a private bath, my mother felt at ease and was able to soak comfortably. Even when the water was hot, she could adjust it with cold water and enjoy several baths. The meals were on the Standard Plan, but every dish was easy to eat, delicious, and more than enough in quantity. The trainee also explained each dish carefully and kindly offered to take photos for us. We were able to relax very peacefully during our stay. Just one thing: because there was a step down at the toilet entrance, I felt it might be a little unsafe for elderly guests; it would be better if it were flat or had a ramp. This time we spent most of our time in the Room, but if we have another opportunity to stay again, we would like to enjoy the garden and the open-air bath as well.

This was my first stay here. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked to leave my luggage, but since housekeeping had already finished, they kindly accommodated me and let me into my Room early. The Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was impressed that the in-room safe was designed to blend in with the interior so it wouldn’t disrupt the Room’s atmosphere. Also, while there were no drinks provided in the Room, there was a complimentary drink service in the lounge. From 17:00 to 20:00, happy hour included sparkling wine and other alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks, which felt like a great value. Whenever I went out or returned to the Hotel, staff always greeted me with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I was drawn to the plan that offers both dinner and breakfast served in the room, so I visited for the first time with my dog. Since I booked late, I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t have much of a view, but as it happened to be rainy, we were able to relax and spend quiet time together in the room. The meals were served course-style, beautifully presented, and very delicious. A note with a full menu list and explanations of each dish was included, which made it easy to enjoy the meal at my own pace. Both dinner and breakfast were generous portions, so I was very satisfied. I think it was probably fully booked, but we rarely ran into other guests and the hotel had a very calm atmosphere (maybe it depends on the day?). I’d like to visit again when I want to unwind. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s courteous service made us look forward to a wonderful stay. The Room felt open and airy, with lush greenery visible through large windows, and the layout was thoughtfully designed for ease of use. The very spacious semi-open-air bath was at just the right temperature, so we ended up soaking for a long time; perhaps thanks to the spring quality as well, we felt warmed through to our core. The meals used a wide variety of ingredients, were clearly explained, and offered delicious dishes with plenty of variety. Given our age, there was more than enough in both quantity and quality without ordering anything extra, and we were very satisfied. Because it is not a large Accommodation, getting around was easy and stress-free without any chance of getting lost, which we also appreciated. Even at departure they took great care in seeing us off—an Accommodation that left us with a pleasant afterglow. The total cost can vary widely depending on food and drinks (wine), but this time we felt it was an excellent value for money. We have one more favorite Accommodation in Hakone now.

It was conveniently located near Sannomiya Station, and being on the south side, the area around the Hotel was clean and pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities and service are streamlined—you pick up water yourself after check-in—but I felt that this simplicity helped keep the price reasonable. The bath was a typical in-room bath found in many hotels, but I appreciated receiving a bath additive.

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

It was my first trip to Mito in 20 years, but unfortunately it rained. Still, thanks to staying at this Hotel, I didn’t feel any inconvenience when it came to shopping or dining. At the front desk, there were 2–3 staff members who were quite unfriendly, and three who were very pleasant (a foreign staff member, a male staff member, and a young female staff member). So even if you happen to be helped by someone unfriendly, if another person assists you instead you can still feel well taken care of—so it’s fine. I stayed for two nights. On the first night I had a Room near the elevators on a day with many group guests. Since I’m a light sleeper, even small noises woke me up. When I spoke with the young female receptionist about it, she kindly reassigned me to another Room without any hassle. I really appreciated that. The Room was very spacious and had new facilities. Because it was raining, I spent a lot of time in the Room and found it very comfortable. Complimentary bottled water and tea bags were provided, but there was no coffee—since I like having coffee in my pajamas right after waking up, next time I’ll bring instant coffee myself. Also, there was only one sturdy pair of slippers suitable for going to the large public bath area inside the Hotel; next time I plan to bring disposable slippers as well. There was also an Accommodation guest–exclusive aperitivo at the restaurant. The selection, price, and service were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will stay here again next time!

We stayed here on a trip as a couple in our sixties. We take overnight trips about twice every three months, and this was the best value for money we’ve found. The diesel trains on the Sanin Line stood out against the calm early-autumn countryside—it felt like looking at a painting.\nThe room was spacious and well kept, and the meals were simply outstanding. Next time, we’re thinking of coming back in summer and combining it with a beach visit!

The room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, we would like to try the buffet at the Hotel restaurant.

Since there were no vacancies at other facilities, I made a Reservation. I wasn’t expecting much because it wasn’t a high-priced property, but the meals and the view from the restaurant were wonderful. However, the coffee machine used powdered milk and it tasted terrible. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Onsen was wonderful. Thank you for the complimentary champagne service at dinner.

Completely satisfied with everything—the bath, amenities, beds, sleepwear and bedding, access, and surroundings! I stay here regularly. The cleanliness and housekeeping are excellent.

I’ve been attending games every year since the Fighters moved to ES CON Field three years ago, and this was my first time staying here. Front desk service, the Room, and the bathtub (“ready to use within 10 minutes”) were all excellent. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the staff were cheerful and smiling from early in the morning. The price likely depends on the season, but it was affordable and really helpful. I would be completely satisfied if there were a large public bath. There’s a family restaurant on the 1st floor, and a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so there’s no inconvenience when it comes to food. I’d like to stay here again next year when I come to watch Fighters games.

Close to the station and with free breakfast, I always stay here when visiting Beppu.\nThis time, I was lucky that one of the three free parking spaces was available, so I didn’t have to pay any extra parking fees.\nThank you very much.

I stayed again last month—this must be around my fifth visit. Thank you as always. It’s such a quiet inn that I can truly relax. I usually book the plan without dinner. Lately I’ve been eating only a little in the evenings, so I don’t add it, but if there were a simple hot-spring “healing” set meal (something like soup and three small dishes), I’d love to try it (a bit of a luxury request). It was a stay-at-the-inn trip, but this time my room supported Netflix (maybe it did before as well?), so I was able to watch an entire drama series I’d been wanting to see!! That was really appreciated. I love hot springs and travel several times a month around eastern Japan—from Aomori down through Nagano and Yamanashi—and this place is by far my favorite right now. You can really feel how sincerely this inn is run (maybe that’s because I’m a business owner myself). Everything is extremely clean, and I heard the baths are cleaned daily. The rooms are old but renovated, the bathroom areas are comfortable, and of course the hot spring water is free-flowing. There’s plenty of it too—such a luxury. Since I try to visit during quieter times, the large public bath is often empty as well, which makes for an incredibly soothing and peaceful stay. I’m grateful for these rates while maintaining this level of quality. Breakfast also offers many healthy-looking items including local specialties. There are homemade dishes from the inn mixed in too—I love that. Many of the staff are from overseas, but everyone is very pleasant—honestly much better than some poorly trained Japanese staff at other hotels. The location/access is excellent as well, making it easy to come on short notice. Whenever I think “I want to soak in an onsen,” I end up booking right away (lol). I’d like to visit again often—before ski season gets busy. Thank you very much.

Three days before our stay, my son suddenly decided to join us, so I called to ask if it would be okay to increase the number of guests. You kindly accommodated the change, which was a great help. Once again, the meals were delicious. We took our time choosing from the menu, and everything we selected was excellent—everyone was very satisfied. I was also happy to see that improvements had been made so the cypress bath in the large public bath is less slippery. We were able to have dinner served in our room again, and we truly appreciate all the help from the staff member in charge. This inn is highly recommended—you can fully enjoy both the hot springs and meals thanks to everyone’s warm hospitality. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

Conveniently located near Kichijoji Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Room was easy to use, and it was a good Hotel. I rated the hospitality/service 4 because the self check-in machine was not working properly, but the front desk staff responded quickly and were very helpful. I didn’t add breakfast because I had an early morning for work, but the lunch poster in the elevator looked delicious. I already made a Reservation for my next business trip the following day, so I look forward to staying again.

Being able to enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks during dinner was amazing! I was especially happy to have a Nagisa Beer server. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the free massage chair. There are many stairs to the large public bath, and even more to the panoramic open-air bath. It might be tough for elderly guests. However, the view and the hot spring water are wonderful, so I definitely recommend going.
