Although I’m used to being told “That’s not possible,” every staff member handled anything I asked for or wanted to request with polite, attentive service and without the slightest sign of displeasure. Their phone support was also excellent. This Hotel truly made me feel that this is what real hotel professionals are like.

I visited Takayu Onsen for the first time in 20 years! It was my first stay at Kagetsu, and the baths were wonderful. I was traveling alone, but there were many solo travelers, and the dining area had single seating thoughtfully arranged, so I could enjoy my meal without worrying about others. The international staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s an Accommodation that made me want to come back again.

I stayed here for the first time in about seven years, and it was still a clean Hotel where I could relax comfortably. The air conditioning can be adjusted individually, and the mattress and pillow firmness were just right, so I slept very well. It’s also close to the station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way, and the area feels safe. What I especially liked was the toothbrush—I was impressed that a Business Hotel toothbrush could clean so well. I’ll stay here again next time!

My monthly staycation is usually at a Hotel in my local Minato Mirai area, but this time I went a bit farther to Hotel Indigo Gora. I drove there alone, and the winding mountain roads in Hakone were a little tiring. I arrived before check-in and planned to relax at the footbath, but as soon as I parked in the outdoor lot in front of the Hotel, a staff member came right away and helped with my luggage. The welcome drink and Umaibo snack were a nice touch, and being able to check in comfortably while seated is one of those pleasures you expect from a Hotel of this class. When I entered my Room with the staff’s guidance, I couldn’t help saying, “Beautiful!” out loud. It’s a compact Hotel with around 100 rooms, but the Japanese-modern design—combining a raised tatami area with beds—was truly charming. I usually prefer modern Hotels, but this stay reminded me how calming and appealing Japanese-modern style can be. For dinner, I ordered à la carte at the on-site restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and abalone in the bouillabaisse were surprisingly tender; the burrata was rich and paired perfectly with tomato and basil. The white wine went down easily. Since I don’t eat much, I also appreciated having à la carte options instead of only set courses. The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could make at home. Even as someone who eats lightly (and can be picky), it was more than satisfying. The hospitality from everyone on staff was excellent, and the entire property was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to return again.

I gave this as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gift for my parents. They were very pleased, saying they were satisfied with everything—the meals, service, Onsen, and Room—and that it was a wonderful Accommodation. The bus stop to the ropeway for Senjojiki Cirque is right in front of the Accommodation, and on our way home they noticed my father had forgotten his phone charger and staff kindly returned it to him. Thank you very much for your thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, my parents had a great trip, and I’m truly grateful.

We stayed on August 1–2, 2026! The Room (depending on the Plan, I assume) felt like it could have been a bit deeper and wider, but it matched the photos online. This was our first stay at Taoya as a family of four, including a second-year university student and a second-year high school student. We loved the all-inclusive free drinks (including alcohol) throughout our stay, plus the welcome dessert (the mini Mont Blanc was freshly piped on the spot). At dinner buffet, there were shake salads, freshly grilled and carved steak, and each table had a small burner for mini hot pots. There were also pasta and pizza, and even late-night snacks included in the Plan—everything was excellent in both taste and portion size. Breakfast was also buffet-style with build-your-own rice bowls, grilled fish using the tabletop burner, and freshly baked mini apple pies brought around to each table (they’re seriously piping hot, so be careful when eating). Our whole family was very satisfied. At dinner one night while we were taking a selfie with an outstretched arm, a staff member kindly offered to take our photo—an extra touch that made us even happier. The location was great too: easy access to Momiji-dani Suspension Bridge and the Nasu Highlands area, and Nikko is just over an hour away by expressway. Since it’s in the mountains we were worried about insects, but they didn’t bother us at all—we didn’t even encounter any during an evening walk (to the nearest suspension bridge), at the open-air bath on the 4th floor, or in our Room. The only insect we really noticed was dragonflies flying around the courtyard; little kids seemed to enjoy having them land on their fingers. Personally, I especially liked the courtyard bonfire! Thank you very much—we’d love to come again if we have another chance. (*Menus and types of insects may vary depending on season and timing.)

Everything—from the hospitality and the Room to the dinner—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied. First, the matcha tea and sweets served as a welcome were delicious. The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, the meat was tender and very tasty, and although the portions were generous, we finished everything. The herbal tea also had a wonderful aroma and was very relaxing. Their commitment to ingredients from Noto really came through, and you could feel their love for Noto. The service was also excellent. The Room was just the right size, and we appreciated having a large table. When visiting Kanazawa, I would definitely recommend this Accommodation to many people. I would love to stay here again.

We arrived in the evening and chose the plan with two meals included. The only convenience store within walking distance is a Lawson about 10–15 minutes away. Since you have to cross a national highway at night, it feels far. We were glad we added meals. The carefully prepared dishes were unique both to look at and to taste, and we really enjoyed them. I definitely recommend adding meals. We went early in the morning to Ritsuunkyo, came back for breakfast, rested in our Room, and then hiked up Takeda Castle; being able to take breaks along the way was great. This is a recommended Accommodation. Since it is an old traditional house Hotel, I would not recommend it to those who cannot enjoy an older building or who expect perfect Facilities.

This was my first stay in Yufuin Onsen. We stayed in a two-bedroom Room with an open-air bath. Each Room was separate, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The Onsen water left my skin feeling smooth, so I thought it might be alkaline. You can adjust the temperature of the open-air bath to your liking, which is perfect for anyone who prefers lukewarm baths! The Room felt a bit old, but it was spacious and easy to use. What I liked most was the firmness of the bed. I believe it was a Simmons mattress—just right. My wife loved it too. I didn’t have high expectations for the meals given the price, but we enjoyed them, including wagyu sukiyaki. The bottled beer we ordered with dinner was 650 yen, which felt inexpensive for Hotel pricing. Overall, I recommend this Hotel for those who want to relax and enjoy the hot water and nature without leaving their Room. Since it’s far from town, I recommend shopping in advance.

Whenever I stay in Kokura, I always choose this Hotel. The service is consistently high quality, and this time the staff provided even more pleasant and comfortable hospitality. In customer service, it’s easy to fall into routine over time, but thanks to their warm smiles and attentive support, I had a truly comfortable stay. This is just my personal impression, but I understand the Daiwa Net Hotel in Kokura is celebrating its 10th anniversary. I hope you will continue to value your original spirit and remain a fresh, welcoming Hotel that stays close to travelers’ hearts. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary. I searched for an Accommodation around Hommachi, Shinsaibashi, Sakaisuji-Hommachi, and Umeda. Because the Reviews were good, I stayed here—and it was absolutely the right choice. It was a stay between work commitments and I only needed a place to sleep, but the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff at the breakfast venue were all energetic and wonderfully attentive. There were no unnecessary amenities in the Room, so it felt neat and uncluttered. The white-based interior was bright, and perhaps because the lines of the furniture were so clean and straight, it felt spacious. I saw in Reviews that some Rooms have better facilities than those on the top floor, so next time I’d like to stay in one of those. The only disappointing thing was at checkout: there were three front desk staff members there, but no one spoke to me or guided me (“This way, please”). There were no other guests either—so I wondered why. They may have been working on something, but it would have helped if someone had simply said “Please wait a moment.” Since there are many floors, I understand that waiting for the elevator is unavoidable. When I was waiting for the elevator at check-in, the mixed juice prepared in the dining area next to reception was very delicious.

I chose this Accommodation because I was looking for a nearby Onsen that isn’t in a major tourist area. Since I made the Reservation at the last minute, I couldn’t choose a Room, but it was spacious enough and very clean. There were plenty of staff, and everyone was kind, creating a warm, homey atmosphere. The meals offered a wide variety and generous portions, and everything tasted great. The Tajima beef was delicious, and in particular the seasonal Silk Corn potage was sweet and excellent. The Onsen was slightly lukewarm, but it left my skin smooth and felt wonderful. Because it’s close by, I’d like to come again even just for a day trip.

My husband injured his leg, so we changed our booking from a twin to a double and extended our stay from one night to two. During our stay, his leg pain worsened, and when we called the reception, they arranged a taxi for us. They have eliminated unnecessary services and are a Hotel that responds to guests’ needs. We were very satisfied. We are truly grateful to all the staff. Thank you very much.

I’ve been staying here since the Hotel first opened, and the location, cleanliness, and value for money are all excellent. There’s a free drink corner in the lobby, which is also a nice place to relax. Even though it’s a capsule Hotel, the walls aren’t as thin as you might expect. This time I did another 3-night Multiple Night Stay, and it made for a very fulfilling trip to Onomichi.

It was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and kind. I was truly impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the Hotel, such as handwritten boards and information materials introducing birds you can see around the Hotel.\nThe Room was also very clean and comfortable, and the meals were delicious—especially the beef stew, which became my favorite. My family and I are already saying we definitely want to come again.

Most of the staff provided excellent service with wonderful smiles, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk amenities were well-equipped, and the quality of breakfast was high, making it a place where I wanted to stay longer. I would like to use this accommodation again for my next visit to Numazu. Thank you very much!

This was our third stay, and every year it exceeds our expectations. We checked in at 2:00 PM, and when we came out of the large public bath, it was raining. I had planned to go for a walk, but instead I was able to relax in the Room with a beer, which was great. The ReFa hair dryer in the Room was excellent as well. As for the food, the pumpkin fondue was outstanding—both the concept and the ingredients were wonderful. Every year there is some kind of surprising dish that delights us. I’ll work hard so we can come again next year!

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and once again I’m glad I chose this Hotel. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. The freshly made tofu in particular was surprisingly good. This is a Hotel that truly leaves you fully satisfied. Highly recommended!

I had wanted to visit ever since I saw it on a travel TV show. The open-air bath attached to the Room was very spacious, and the Onsen water felt gentle and wonderful. The ayu (sweetfish) I tried for the first time this year was also very fresh, and the dishes made with local vegetables as well as the sake lees and fruit pudding were delicious. The staff member in charge of our Room was pleasant, and while we were having breakfast, they put away the futons and tidied everything up nicely, so we could relax with a cup of coffee. My husband and I are also talking about coming again in winter.
