I stayed for one night in a non-smoking twin Room while visiting the outlet mall. The easy car access from the main road is a big plus. Having a convenience store right next door is also very handy. However, the on-site parking in front of the Hotel feels limited for the number of Rooms. In the end I parked in a lot farther away, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. The Room was spacious enough for two people for one night. There’s no open-air bath or sauna, but having a large public bath is another strong point. Breakfast included an original croquette from “Korokke no Korokke-ya,” but it was fairly ordinary. The other dishes were also unremarkable—neither particularly good nor bad. Since it’s very convenient by car, I’d likely stay here again when visiting the Kisarazu area.

The location is excellent, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Today I came back around 3:00 PM and took a break in the lounge. There were also families with small children, but the parents properly reminded them even if they got loud, so it wasn’t as noisy as last night. When I entered the Room, it had been cleaned beautifully again today, and the amenities were neatly arranged. The woman I met near the elevator and the woman who kindly carried my paper bag—everyone not only cleans thoroughly but also greets guests with a smile, which really lifts my mood. It’s a small thing, but it’s also nice that the elevator arrives quickly.

After the festival at Shima Spain Village, I was able to refresh and recover from the fatigue with delicious food and a wonderful bath, so I could take on day two feeling energized! I’d love to come back again for a relaxing stay.

As a returning guest, I’m impressed every time by the wonderful meals and the staff’s hospitality. I truly enjoyed the rich, flavorful cuisine, and I deeply appreciate the staff’s thoughtful care. This is an Accommodation I want to visit again and again. Thank you.

There are two APA Hotels near Fukushima Station, and I chose this Hotel because it has a large public bath. The downtown area is on the East Exit side, but I used a major family restaurant on the West Exit side and did not find it inconvenient (there is also an underground passage to the East Exit). I also could not hear any train noise and had a comfortable stay.

Thank you again for having us this year, as you did last year. We chose the same Room with an in-room washing machine. It was very convenient, and we used it many times. The shower room and toilet were spacious and clean. Although it’s a double bed, it’s very relaxing. We also chose the Plan with breakfast again, and we were very satisfied to enjoy a delicious breakfast from the morning. I don’t think it was available last year, but the Awamori tasting comparison was free as well. The staff were kind and welcoming with great smiles. There are several restaurants within walking distance for dinner, which is very convenient. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

I think the hotel was fully booked, but I still had a quiet night. The bathtub was large, so I could soak and relax comfortably. The view outside the window is rather ordinary and a bit disappointing, but overall I was very satisfied.

I suddenly felt like visiting Matsushima and started looking for Accommodation, but everywhere was pricey. The more affordable places had reviews that were, well, what you’d expect… Since my stay was short, I thought I didn’t need to do much sightseeing—then I found this place. A “Room assigned on arrival” Plan with crab at this price? Is that really okay? I arrived feeling both excited and a bit anxious, but it exceeded my expectations by far. The staff were wonderful, and even though it’s a two-story building, there’s an elevator. When I got to my Room (by chance), it was a twin room with double beds. Spacious! Clean! Beautiful! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff’s attentive check-ins were also appreciated. I finished all the crab without thinking about anything else. I noticed a framed certificate on the wall—it wasn’t quite a standard chef’s license… Turns out they’re actually an instructor who trains chefs. No wonder everything tasted so good… In the large public bath, I ended up chatting with other guests about how great this Accommodation is. If there’s one thing I’d like to mention: The small stones laid in the reclining bath area of the large public bath have come loose, and it hurt when I stepped on them—please improve this before my next visit.

Simple, but fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. Although it was a No Meals Included plan, we each received a delicious local bakery’s koppe-pan at the front desk. The semi-double bed was comfortable, and I slept well. There is also free on-site parking, which was very helpful.

Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

I was amazed by the variety of the breakfast buffet! I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here as a base for visiting Nyudozaki Lighthouse. We went to the lighthouse after dark at night; it was about a 20-minute drive. Nyudozaki at night was an amazing sight, with a sky full of stars and the lighthouse beam. The Hotel was very new and spotless, and we were extremely satisfied. The sauna was outstanding! Breakfast was also delicious—this is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Conveniently located near the station. The exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. Since breakfast is free, I didn’t expect much, but there was a wide variety and I was very satisfied. The fried eggs you cook yourself on a hot plate are delicious. Recommended for its reasonable price.

We stayed for one night during Golden Week on May 2. The place was very clean and nice. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, which was very convenient. The subway is also close by, so it was easy to find and very convenient for us visiting from out of town. Thank you very much.

The moment I opened the front door, I could feel the modern, clean atmosphere. I was a bit worried because the price was low, but instead of a cramped hotel room, it was wonderfully spacious and relaxing! The L-shaped seating was very comfortable, the bed was roomy, and the kitchen was easy to use. The neighborhood also had everything nearby—supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants—so it felt very reassuring. It was also great that Sesoko was close by! Being picked up and dropped off by the cat(s) was soothing, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well!

I was worried because my check-in would be very late, but I was happy to be warmly welcomed when I arrived. It was a Plan where you can’t choose the Room, but when I entered, it felt like a suite—spacious with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It was such a nice layout that it felt like a waste to use it just for sleeping. Thank you. I only noticed it at first, but there was a musty smell in the bedroom. My companion seemed to lose sleep because of it. It might help to use an ozone deodorizing machine. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The Room was spacious with a great ocean view, and both the meals and the Onsen were excellent. Here are a few highlights: - We chose dinner from 17:30, and one alcoholic drink was free. - The flounder tempura was light and fluffy, and absolutely delicious. - Dinner was served as a course meal, while dessert was offered buffet-style—such a luxurious setup. - The ocean view from the large public bath was wonderful, and all the showers and hair dryers were ReFa products. - What impressed me most was how thoroughly cleaned everything was. Although the Room itself didn’t seem particularly new, it was spotless—especially the washbasin area, which looked older but had no water stains at all and gleamed in every corner. It made our stay very comfortable. There were many great points like these, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.
