Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. All of the dishes were delicious and we were completely satisfied, especially the meat and rice, which left a lasting impression. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and our daughter was happy that she slept soundly.

This is one of my go-to Accommodations when I visit Kanazawa a few times a year. Best of all, you can get there without getting wet in the rain, and the commercial facilities around the station are right nearby—super convenient!! Despite being practically right in front of the bus terminal, the Room is quiet. The Room feels modern, and I was happy that the air conditioning is individually controlled and works well! I’ll be back again. Also… I stayed here before after things had settled down following an earthquake, when I drove to bring relief supplies to a friend’s evacuation location. The parking lot was full at the time, and a female staff member kindly guided me to a space in front of the entrance. I happened to see her again as I was leaving this time for the first time in a while, but didn’t have time to speak to her. Please allow me to express my gratitude once again.

I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

It was a wonderful, impeccably clean Room that made us think, the moment we stepped in, “We want to come back.” The open-air bath in the guest room was delightful both at night and in the morning, as we could relax while enjoying the ocean view. Meals were served separately for each party, giving a private feel and allowing us to take our time and enjoy everything. It was an extremely comfortable Accommodation that we would definitely love to visit again.

The bath, meals, and service were all even better than we expected. The guest room was also clean and had been updated with new facilities. Thanks to everyone’s thoughtful attention, we enjoyed a very comfortable holiday. We would love to stay here again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much.

It is in a very convenient location for visiting the excellent Japanese restaurants and kappo dining in Gosho-minami, so I stay here often. The Room is kept clean and well prepared, the amenities are well stocked, and it also comes with Maeda Coffee, Marukyu Koyamaen Japanese tea bags, and sweets—perfect for a relaxing break. This is my favorite Hotel in Kyoto. On my last visit, even though it was not yet check-in time, they kindly let me check in early because my Room was ready, which I truly appreciated.

We had a very relaxing stay.

I stayed here with my sisters and mother for a family trip. The interior was beautiful and luxurious, exactly as shown in the photos—we were amazed! The sauna and open-air bath were spotless, and we enjoyed them again and again. We had fun making marshmallows, baked apples, and roasted sweet potatoes at the fire pit, then did a BBQ on the indoor grill. There’s a large supermarket nearby with everything you need, so it’s easy to come empty-handed. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. Our first glamping experience was a huge success—we’ll definitely be back!!

We stayed here for a trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff’s hospitality, the meals, and the atmosphere were all outstanding. As I am pregnant, we truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration with the food. It was our first trip together in a while, and we were able to feel completely refreshed! We’ve already been saying to each other, “Let’s go again!” We look forward to staying with you again. Thank you so much!!

I stayed one night during the last day of Silver Week with a “room assigned by the Hotel” plan. This was my first time using the West Exit location in front of the station. It’s close to the station, and the Hotel itself is very new. The in-room TV was huge, the desk was spacious, and there was also an air purifier for house dust and pollen removal. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of healthy options such as Kanazawa curry, tuna sashimi, unlimited grated yam (tororo), kinpira burdock, broccoli, and more. It was definitely better than the famous top-tier Hotels nearby that charge higher Accommodation Fees. When I chose the “room assigned by the Hotel” plan this time… unbelievably, I was shown to a triple Room on the top 12th floor with a view of Kanazawa’s night skyline! I felt incredibly lucky and got really excited. Getting such a spacious suite-like Room at such a low price felt like winning the lottery. The Room was clean, and I slept amazingly well on fluffy Simmons beds with great pressure-relieving mattresses—perfect for recovering from travel fatigue. On top of that, all front desk staff greeted me with smiles and were happy to help; their service made me think to myself, “Booking this Hotel was absolutely the right choice!” (with an inner fist pump). The parking lot directly behind is capped at just 500 yen within 24 hours. This truly is a Smile Hotel that lives up to its name—everything exceeded expectations in so many pleasantly surprising ways! Then after breakfast and a hot coffee, I went to hand my Room key back at reception before heading home—and they told me: “A foreign tourist who stayed here last night found this driver’s license dropped in the parking lot next to the Hotel and brought it to us.” I was shocked! I hadn’t noticed at all that I had dropped my license outside. What a kind inbound traveler! I wanted to thank them, but there were so many foreign guests that I couldn’t tell who it was… The warm smile of the lovely female front desk staff member who returned what had been entrusted to her right as I was leaving became a lifelong memory for me. When I go to Kanazawa again, I will definitely make another Reservation at this Hotel. Thank you very much for your kind support and for sharing everyone’s warm smiles. It made for a wonderful ending to my Silver Week trip—I felt truly refreshed.

We stayed with our children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Not only was the Facility beautiful and wonderful, but all of the staff were kind and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay very pleasant. Thank you very much. However, our grandchildren got extremely excited and were quite noisy during meals, so if we made other guests uncomfortable, we sincerely apologize… To everyone who stayed on the same day—sorry! Our grandchildren seemed to have a great time as well, and our whole family was very satisfied with our stay… We’re sorry—and thank you again. It was a Hotel we’d want to visit again and again.

First time staying here. The room was small, but it had the basic amenities, and the location was great—since it rained heavily during my stay, it was very convenient for getting anywhere. However, because the room has an open atrium design, the air conditioning worked very poorly and it felt hot. Also, while expensive coffee was provided in the room, there were no tea or black tea bags. At breakfast, I chose a seat facing the window to enjoy the view, but the greenery displayed by the window got in the way and blocked some of the lighting, so unfortunately the meal didn’t look as appetizing as it should have.

The breakfast was delicious. Our Room was on the second floor, and the large public baths were on the first and second floors, so they were very close and we enjoyed them both morning and night. We often stay at Route Inn in various locations. We appreciate that the price matches the service.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. There is a supermarket and a drugstore right next door, so shopping is easy. I saw several guests buy dinner and enjoy it at the free bar. I went to a nearby udon restaurant and enjoyed seiro soba and battera, then picked up 20% off deli items at the supermarket and enjoyed drinks in my Room. Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was easy to enjoy, and the staff service was excellent. It was a functional and truly wonderful Hotel.

From arrival to departure, the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout. My plans before check-in took longer than expected and I arrived late for my spa appointment, but they kindly adjusted the schedule for me. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, and I was able to unwind. Dinner in the room was a delight for both the eyes and the palate, making full use of seasonal flavors and local ingredients. The bath I had been looking forward to met my expectations, and the open-air bath in the room felt refreshing; I also enjoyed it at a leisurely pace in the morning. They were truly supportive with everything, including arranging a taxi and advising on our next sightseeing plans. I would love to visit again when I have the chance.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. Both breakfast and dinner were served in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. I think it would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

I stayed in a quiet, comfortable Room at the far end of the top floor. Thank you very much. The step between the unit bath and the Room is relatively low, so please watch your footing in the dark, but the Hotel is clean throughout, with wide corridors and elevator halls. Overall, I think it’s a good Business Hotel for the price.

It was so close and convenient that I almost walked past it, thinking it might be a bit farther from the station. The Room was spacious and clean, and I’d like to stay here again.

This was our first time staying here, and we were very well taken care of. From the warm welcome upon arrival, we were served tea and delicious sweets before being shown to our Room. The guest Room had a clean, modern Japanese style, and we were truly impressed by the wonderful view of the sea from anywhere in the Room—even from the bath. In addition, the Onsen bath had silky, slightly thick water that felt great and left our skin smooth; we enjoyed it many times and were completely satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were more than enough in quantity, and every dish was delicious. We initially thought the dining area seating might be close together, but it wasn’t at all; we enjoyed chatting while listening to explanations about the dishes from the proprietress and staff. We had been looking for an Accommodation where we could simply relax, enjoy great food, and soak in good hot water—and this was a wonderful Accommodation where we could truly take our time. We’re happy to have found an Accommodation that makes us think, “We definitely want to come again in a different season.”
