Thank you for your hospitality. The bath, Room, and meals were all just as good as those at Accommodations that cost more than twice as much. The staff also kept the perfect level of attentiveness, making our stay very comfortable. The view of Ena Gorge from the Room window was spectacular, and we would love to visit again. Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

The clean, new guest Rooms were wonderful, and the in-Room Onsen—100% free-flowing from the source with no recirculation—was also excellent. The especially outstanding part was the deeply retro, Showa-era Onsen you enter after moving to the Ryokan section. Some baths have fairly steep stairs and a step down to the bottom of the tub, so guests with weaker legs or hips should take care. There is also women-only time slots, which my wife enjoyed. All staff members, including those from overseas, worked very hard and were kind and courteous. It was great to experience both a new, stylish modern Hotel and a Ryokan section full of Showa nostalgia in a single trip.

Thank you very much for your prompt and kind support when my wife’s condition suddenly worsened and required emergency assistance. We are also truly grateful for your thoughtfulness in preparing a breakfast box for us when we returned from the hospital. This stay ended up being quite hectic, but next time we would love to take our time and fully enjoy the Accommodation. Once again, thank you sincerely for your warm hospitality. Thank you very much.

I was able to enjoy an extraordinary getaway at this quiet mountain Resort Hotel, with a soothing atmosphere and magnificent views of Mt. Asama. The staff’s warm smiles and consistently professional, top-class hospitality were truly comforting. Dinner while watching Mt. Asama at dusk from the mountaintop was a special experience you can’t find anywhere else. From the spa’s open-air bath, the sky felt vast—I imagined how beautiful the stars must be on a clear night—and afterward I cooled down with a soft drink at the poolside bar. The view from the pool over the European-style buildings, courtyard, and Mt. Asama beyond was also outstanding. It was a Resort Hotel where you can enjoy a truly special summer retreat.

The front desk staff were truly kind, the view from the corner Room was amazing, and I really appreciate that it was spacious and clean with all amenities properly prepared in the Room! The bathroom and other water facilities were spotless as well. The location is great, and when I come to Fukuoka again, I’d love to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

This was my second stay. The moment I stepped through the entrance, it felt like a different world. The meals were delicious, the staff’s hospitality and manners were excellent, and our Room was upgraded—everything was taken care of. I would love to stay again. I’m also looking forward to trying the open-air bath next time. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

We stayed for two nights from 8/13 in a special Room with a private pool. We have stayed at nearly 10 Hotels across Okinawa (the main island, Miyako, and Ishigaki), and this was the best by far. Our children also said it was No. 1. The Room itself was wonderful, and the cleanliness and quality of the meals were excellent as well. There was a small spot of dirt in part of the pool (something most people probably wouldn’t notice), but our eldest daughter, who is very particular about cleanliness, became concerned. When we decided to contact the front desk, the General Manager personally came to take care of the cleaning, which made us feel sorry for causing any trouble. Thank you very much again for your kindness. We expect our next visit will be sometime next year or later, but we look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, a staff member ran ahead of our car and guided us all the way to where we should stop in the parking area. We enjoyed the delicious welcome cake and drinks before heading up to our Room. The open-air bath was wonderful, and the view from the adjacent chair was spectacular—at night, under moonlight and a starry sky, it was a peaceful space filled only with the sound of the waves. Our first family trip in a long time as a group of four became an amazing experience thanks to everyone on staff at Kanbara. Thank you very much.

This time, on my first visit to Beppu during Golden Week, I stayed in a non-smoking twin Room under the Standard Plan. The hotel is conveniently located near Beppu Station, with easy access. I arrived early due to my flight schedule, and it was a great place to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. On top of that, our Room was upgraded to a family Room! The two of us enjoyed the luxury of using a four-person Room. Both the property and the Room were kept very clean, and we were able to relax after sightseeing and drinks. The next morning the weather was bad so we couldn’t see the sunrise, but we fully enjoyed the bath and even the after-bath services. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next trip back to Oita.

Above all, the dinner we enjoyed here was so outstanding it left us speechless. Every dish was exquisitely seasoned, a true testament to craftsmanship that lets flavor speak for itself. The view of Mount Asama from the Room was deeply calming, and the lively birdsong drifting through the trees made a particularly memorable harmony.

The Room, Onsen, and service were all excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: the welcome drink was served on the rooftop terrace, which was a wonderful service. However, it was simply too hot during summer, so we would be even happier if it could also be offered in an indoor space.

In February, this was my third stay here. The front desk staff are as kind and courteous as ever, making check-in pleasant and giving me the feeling of coming back to a second home. In addition to the lotion and cream I receive at every check-in, I was also given a mini lip balm. The large public bath is available from 15:00, and you can check how crowded it is on the in-room TV, so it’s great to go when it’s quiet. (You can also check the coin laundry.) There were many international guests, but most seemed to follow good manners. When I requested cleaning while I was out, everything was cleaned perfectly—thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Kyoto.

Thank you for making my luxurious solo stay at the Ryokan even more special. Even though it was probably my last check-in, I was greeted by name as soon as I stepped inside, and you kindly accommodated a sudden change of plans. It’s rare to find a Room and bath so impeccably clean and well maintained. The meals were just the right amount and truly delicious. The courteous hospitality from everyone I interacted with perfectly matched the calm atmosphere of this Accommodation. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that I sincerely hope to return next time for a longer, more relaxed visit.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

Because hotel prices in Sapporo surged for the Arashi concert, we decided to stay in Asahikawa. We made a Reservation at a Hotel near Asahikawa Station, and it was excellent.\nThey had manga available and drinks you could enjoy anytime, so the services were very well provided. When they learned we were staying for the Arashi concert, they even spoke to us. I would like to stay here again.

This time again, I stayed on the Simple Stay plan in an Economy Room for one person. There is another business hotel nearby, but I always end up choosing this Accommodation for its easy access to the downtown area (the bars I usually go to), plus the massage chair and the bath. Before meeting up for drinks this time as well, I enjoyed the free drinks in the lounge and had a solo “pre-party.” After checkout, I stocked up on souvenirs for my wife at Donremy Outlet Kitasenju, which is attached to the property. It’s a reliable Accommodation in Kitasenju, so I’ll be back again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The Room size and the open-air bath were both just right for relaxing. The staff were also lovely, with the perfect sense of distance, and it was very soothing. I’m quite strict about cleanliness, but it was flawless. I’d love to stay again. For this price, the quality makes me want to come back.
