I only stay a few times a year, but this is my only choice. Lately I’ve always stayed on the top-floor level, and everything is wonderful—the Room interior, amenities, complimentary items in the refrigerator, and the staff’s smiles. Also, I like that breakfast is a set menu rather than the typical buffet. Above all, it’s a very comfortable Hotel. I’ll definitely stay again.

Only 10 Rooms on a spacious property. The grove garden right in front of you is a private view (guests cannot enter), giving you the true feel of a vacation home. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the semi-open-air bath in the Room, the open-air bath at the large public bath, and dinner featuring an array of premium ingredients considered luxurious in Japanese cuisine, as well as breakfast with just the right portion size. If we had to make one small request, it would be that the bath towels were a bit thicker.

I decided to go on a castle tour in Gunma Prefecture. The accommodation was conveniently located near Numata Castle Ruins and surrounded by plenty of dining options, so I chose it. With a spacious public bath on the first floor and a large dining area, the overall design was relaxing and comfortable. I splurged a little and reserved a room on the 10th floor, the top floor, where I enjoyed expansive views of Numata's beautiful mountain scenery. For dinner, I had some drinks at the yakitori restaurant next door, which was right in front of the parking lot. There were also several izakayas and bars nearby, making this my favorite accommodation. The breakfast buffet was well-managed with staff promptly replenishing dishes and cleaning up with great attention to detail. However, it was disappointing to see some guests leaving their tables messy with leftover dishes behind.

The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

Every dish was delicious. I was especially captivated by the flavor and presentation of the Japanese-style mousse. With each course that followed, I could feel the care put into every detail, and even the dessert was outstanding. If it were closer, I would want to stay every time the menu changes. In the past, I loved the cuisine at a nearby Ryokan and stayed there every month. However, when the head chef changed, I was surprised at how much the taste could change even though the menu remained the same. I truly hope your cuisine will continue to be preserved. Each staff member welcomed us with a warm, natural smile and kind service, and it made me feel this is a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you very much.

Overall, it was a compact Accommodation, but perhaps because it is new, it was very clean and comfortable. Although it is a new Facility, the in-room TV was not a smart TV, so I’m deducting one star; however, the breakfast was delicious, and Nono is wonderful as always.

No matter how many times we visit, Osawa Onsen never disappoints. We were very satisfied again this time, including the attentive service from the staff. On the drive home, we were already planning when to come back next. Thank you very much.

It was a Hotel that was easy to reach from Osaka Station without getting lost. The large public bath and sauna were clean, and I was able to relax a lot. Three of us stayed (a group of women), but unfortunately the cute yukata in the Room were only available in one M size and one 1L size, so only one person could wear one. I probably should have requested more. The large public bath had skincare items such as cleansing products, but I would have liked them in the Room as well—again, something I probably should have requested. The room service menu had a great variety and everything was delicious. The view wasn’t great, but it’s a Hotel I’d be happy to visit again.

I stayed here while visiting from Aichi Prefecture. It was my first time in Hakodate, so I didn’t know the area at all and had been looking things up online, but the male staff member at this Hotel proactively gave me detailed information from check-in despite being busy. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy Hakodate smoothly both at night and in the morning. I really appreciated how he was kind and attentive all the way through checkout, not just handling things in a routine way. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Hotels and Ryokans across the whole country, and this place was truly excellent—service, Facilities, and the Room were all outstanding! They handled a last-minute surprise request flexibly, which I really appreciated. As for the meals, everything served was delicious. That said, I would have liked to see a few more luxurious options. 5 stars!

I have stayed at many Business Hotels, but this experience changed my perception of hotels. From now on, I would like to look for and stay at APA Hotel.

I originally made a Reservation at “Nene no Michi Bettei,” but due to a change in Room allocation, I ended up staying at Hotel VMG Kyoto Kamogawa. From check-in to check-out, I was deeply impressed by the staff’s impeccable attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality. Sleeping in the bedroom while gazing up at the coffered ceiling felt like an “exceptional escape from everyday life.” At the paid lounge, alcohol and other drinks are available free-flow, with snacks as well—it truly feels like a private lounge. Because the property preserves the character of a historic building, soundproofing is not perfect; however, it more than makes up for it with an elegant, nostalgic atmosphere. The Japanese-style room next to the bedroom overlooks a small courtyard garden and offers a wonderfully atmospheric view that made time feel as if it passed more slowly. That said, perhaps because the air conditioning does not reach this room easily, I found the heat noticeable. Although it would involve additional cost, lending spot coolers or simple heaters to guests upon request during limited seasons (summer/winter) could help make better use of this room and may also become a new experiential highlight—especially for international travelers. I’m truly grateful to all of the staff for giving me such an extraordinary stay. This is a Hotel I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an “indescribably exceptional escape from everyday life.”

I stayed for work. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was completely satisfied from check-in to check-out for this one-night stay. The front desk staff were excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!! Because it’s a shoes-off style, I could really relax and didn’t have to worry about dirt on the floor. The table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch. The sink area is separate and convenient to use, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless. The color scheme of the wallpaper and flooring felt modern and calming. The mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have preferred more height—but for one night it was acceptable. Even the freezer compartment in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers. In short: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!! I was also impressed by breakfast. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried was delicious. I was very satisfied with breakfast. There is also plenty of free parking available. There’s a Marunaka supermarket across the street, so shopping is convenient too. It was nice that you can make your own bath salts in the lobby. The amenities were plentiful—even including hair packs. It was a pleasant stay that left me completely satisfied! Thanks to you, my work fatigue melted away. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to focus on studying alone. The desk light wouldn’t turn on, but when I called, they responded right away and it really helped. The Room was simple yet very stylish and easy to use. It wasn’t large, but it was more than enough for one person. When I thought I heard people talking, it turned out to be pigeons cooing, which was soothing. (They’ve taken measures so they don’t come inside.) I got a bit lost at first on the way to my Room, but I quickly got used to it. For dinner, I walked to AEON. There weren’t many ups and downs, and the weather was nice, so it was a pleasant walk. Breakfast is served upstairs at the bakery next door. I thought it would only be from a set menu, but there was also a small buffet—and everything was delicious. There’s no Onsen or bath—only a shower—but since my goal was to spend quiet time alone, that wasn’t an issue at all. I think I’ll stay here again when I want some time by myself.

I was able to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere. I was satisfied with the breakfast, and the bread was delicious; I could enjoy my meal in a peaceful setting. I would like to stay here again.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was very clean. We could also see fireworks from the Room. The bathroom was spacious and nice. We had breakfast every morning, but the portions were so large that we couldn’t finish it all.

Starting August 1, I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on the Long Stay Plan. On the first day, I took a local bus from Nagano Station to Yama-no-Eki, then used the Hotel’s Shuttle Service from Yama-no-Eki and arrived at the Hotel around 12:15. I had pizza and pasta for lunch at the restaurant and then checked in. Check-in is usually at 16:00, but since my Room had already been cleaned, I was shown to my Room shortly after 13:00 (which I truly appreciated). My Room was a Deluxe Twin Room, and because it was a corner Room, it felt very open and spacious. The balcony was also large, and it became part of my daily routine to relax there in the morning and evening—reading or simply enjoying the view. During my stay, the high temperature was 24°C and the low was 15°C. With low humidity, it was extremely comfortable. There was no need for air conditioning, and I slept soundly at night. The Hotel activities were also excellent. Options included an Okushiga Gorge Nature Walk (through a beech forest with an impressive waterfall) and an evening firefly viewing tour. Hotel staff accompanied us throughout, so I could enjoy everything with peace of mind. The morning forest stretch session was also wonderful—the kind instructor explained everything carefully, which helped me relax deeply. There were Japanese, Italian, and Chinese dining options available, so I could enjoy a variety of flavors—and every dish was delicious (including lunch). The staff service was pleasant as well; they noticed what guests needed before being asked and acted promptly. I also won’t forget how comfortable the lounge on the 2nd floor felt. During the day it is open as part of the lobby area, making it a great place to unwind quietly. Next time, I would love to visit when there is a fire in the lounge fireplace. It was a wonderful four days that truly refreshed both body and mind.

I stayed here while visiting home from Tokyo, also to celebrate my mother’s birthday. I consulted with the staff in advance about celebrating my 84-year-old mother, and on the day you kindly prepared a signboard at the dining area, special dishes, and even a cake—thank you very much. My mother was deeply moved and teared up, saying it would be “a keepsake for the afterlife,” and the surprise was a great success. I had already known how wonderful the Onsen water quality is, and since it’s easy to reach from my family home and has convenient access from the airport as well, I’d love to stay again. We were also lucky enough to see fireflies unexpectedly, making it a memorable stay for both of us. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We visited to enjoy a family vacation. THE HOUSE has wonderful taste. From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love with the ocean view stretching across the entire window. We were also captivated by the sight of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and couldn’t stop taking photos. There was an original photo book casually placed there, and when we opened it, inspiring words appeared, which conveyed the lovely thoughts behind this place when it was built. Since it was Golden Week, Aburatsubo and Misaki Port were crowded, but coming back felt like returning to a secluded private villa where we could truly rest and enjoy the quiet. Also, at a Hotel or Ryokan you can feel slightly rushed about breakfast times, so it was great to spend relaxed “THE HOUSE time” without that. Our dog could also stretch out and seemed very happy.
