A well-balanced breakfast gave me the energy to head to work, and the large bath helped me unwind after a long day. Despite the clean Room and convenient location, the price is reasonable. There are no excessive amenities, but all necessary services are well provided, making my business trip comfortable. They also handled taxi arrangements with great care, and I felt it was a Hotel where I could stay with peace of mind. I was also satisfied with the user-friendly in-Room features such as a TV that shows how crowded the dining area and large public bath are, as well as an air purifier.

With its expansive grounds, tranquil atmosphere, seemingly oversized guest rooms, and dedicated attendants, this is a top-tier Japanese-style Ryokan. While it did feel a bit dated in places—such as not having enough power outlets by the bed—we were very satisfied with our stay. It was disappointing that the private family bath (Nishi-no-Yu) was closed due to reduced hot spring water volume depending on the season.

I visited this time as a birthday gift for my friend and myself, and it was a truly special place worthy of the occasion. Contemporary art is displayed throughout the property, reflecting the owner’s refined aesthetic and attention to detail. At the same time, the Room and Facility are very simple—nothing unnecessary—making it the perfect environment to savor Awaji Island’s slow, relaxed pace. What left the strongest impression was the cuisine centered around wood-fire cooking. Dinner was French yet wonderfully light, and their commitment to local production for local consumption came through in every dish. The young chef’s creative sensibility was outstanding—especially the sauces! In particular, an abalone liver sauce and a browned-butter sauce served with butterfish were exquisite; I kept dipping bread into them until the very last bite. Dessert was also a new experience: a melon soda made from fermented melon purée brought to a gently sparkling stage! Breakfast was equally superb, featuring enzyme brown rice aged for more than four days. The most moving dish was the clear soup. Even the fermented shrimp-, kelp-, and soy-sauce base used for it was homemade specifically for this meal. Throughout everything, their dedication to ingredients and natural use of fermentation made me feel energized from within. The sauna wasn’t overly hot, so even I—someone who isn’t great with saunas—could enjoy it comfortably, and that deep sense of release afterward felt like true meditation. All staff members were kind and friendly as well, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. Although it was an Accommodation stay, it felt like a retreat. My mind had been busy lately, but this visit helped me return to quietness in both heart and head—and regain my natural strength. It was a genuinely enriching stay.

My spouse and I stayed here together. We booked No Meals Included, but the Room came with a sauna and an Onsen, and the price felt almost too low for the Facility—we honestly felt bad about it. It may not be for those who prefer luxury Hotels or Ryokan costing over 30,000 yen per night, but as other Reviews mention, there are many small thoughtful touches. The service quality covers what matters without being excessive, and the overall calm atmosphere made our stay very satisfying. We hope to return again within this year.

We stayed here for three nights after finding it by chance while planning a trip to enjoy the northern area with three generations. When we made the Reservation six months in advance, only the first floor was available, but it turned out to be perfect—there’s an entrance door right near the parking area, which was great since we were traveling with our grandfather. The space is spacious and the facilities are extremely well equipped. Instructions and guides were posted throughout, so we could relax and stay as if we were living there. It was hot during summer vacation, but we loved being able to take quiet walks along Fukugi Tree Road in the early morning and evening. The sound of the waves at Bise Beach was also incredibly soothing. It was also very convenient that parasailing, Kouri Island, and Junglia were all within 30 minutes. When we visit Okinawa again, our whole family agrees we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended Accommodation!

The historic building and the beautiful interior design impress me every time I see them. The staff’s hospitality is also truly pleasant, and it always makes me feel glad I chose to stay here. This time, the garden’s Japanese lilies and the trumpet vine on the terrace were in full bloom, and the sunflower floral arrangement in the lobby was a lovely seasonal touch. Dinner at Cascade was delicious as well, with summery dishes such as a chilled soup and a plate featuring seasonal abalone. I also look forward to enjoying my favorite Western-style breakfast pastry plate while taking in the view from the window. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The building is elegant and the interior is stylish—I felt excited from the moment I arrived. All the staff were consistently pleasant, and their thoughtfulness really came through, making the stay extremely comfortable. We traveled with a child, and they were so kind to our little one as well, which truly warmed my heart. The beer in the lobby was incredibly good—I couldn’t help but keep drinking it. Dinner was delicious across the board…especially the tuna and Wagyu steak!! I had high expectations, but it exceeded them. The staff were wonderful, it’s all-inclusive, everything was spotless in both the lobby and our Room, and the views were fantastic—honestly, I don’t think there are many Accommodations as lovely as this. If you’re traveling to Izu, I highly recommend this Accommodation. You’re guaranteed to have an amazing trip! I’m still thinking how I should’ve eaten more and enjoyed even more…haha! After checkout, I realized I’d left something behind and contacted them—they kindly shipped it to my home. It arrived the next day, and their quick yet courteous response truly warmed my heart. I stayed on the club floor at Hotel Hankyu International during my time in Osaka, and it was an exceptionally satisfying stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, answering my questions warmly and attentively with genuine smiles. I felt truly welcomed. While the hotel has the elegance you’d expect from a luxury Hotel, it never felt stiff—service was delivered with a comfortable sense of distance that left a great impression. My club-floor room was spacious, with upscale furniture and furnishings throughout. The view of Osaka from the window was especially breathtaking. Through the large windows, Umeda’s night skyline spread out before me in full. Simply taking in the view felt like pure luxury. The club lounge also exceeded my expectations. I could relax in a calm atmosphere, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and attentive. The view from the window seats was wonderful as well—I lost track of time while unwinding there. The drinks and light bites were high quality, making this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their Hotel stay. Most memorable of all was breakfast. The Japanese set included soft-shelled turtle rice porridge (suppon zosui), which was surprisingly delicious and made for an indulgent start to the day. The refined, deeply flavorful broth soaked into me with every sip, bringing happiness with each bite. There was none of the gaminess often associated with suppon—just a gentle taste at a level that hardly seemed like breakfast food. Every side dish was carefully prepared too, leaving me completely satisfied. From the room and night views to the club lounge, breakfast, and staff service—everything met an impressively high standard. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “I will definitely stay here again.” For anyone seeking a special stay in Osaka’s Umeda area, I can confidently recommend it. When I visit Osaka next time, I would absolutely choose the club floor again—it was a wonderful Hotel stay that let me fully enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life.

This is an excellent Hotel in every respect—Room cleanliness, staff hospitality, delicious meals, and amenities such as towels and slippers. The location is also great, and my daughter always looks forward to visiting the Familia flagship store. You won’t have any trouble finding dinner options nearby. It has become our regular Accommodation whenever we stay in Kobe.

This was our first stay, and the Hotel was truly wonderful, just as we had heard. Since we had a Room with a terrace, we were delighted to enjoy the greenery through windows on two sides. Breakfast, tea at the café, and the French dinner were all delicious—we were completely satisfied. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, with just the right sense of distance, and made a great impression. Thanks to them, we were able to relax completely. We definitely want to stay again and are already looking forward to our next visit.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. There was a minor misunderstanding at check-in, but it is a very good Hotel. The lounge access, the generous late-night snack, and the staff service were all excellent. Even after checkout, when I went to pick up my luggage, a male staff member said, “Please take a break before you go. Help yourself to a drink as well.” It was a hot day, so I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious and easy to use, and it offered great value for the price. I would like to stay here again.

I have stayed here several times, and I am always satisfied with the Hotel staff, the Room, and the breakfast. The cakes and bread at the lobby lounge & boutique “Fountain” are reasonably priced yet very delicious, and taking them back to my Room to enjoy is something I look forward to every time.

The Hotel entrance is conveniently located immediately to the left after exiting the central ticket gate at Omori Station. You can also access Atre directly from the elevator inside the Hotel, making it very easy to go out from the Hotel. I arrived a little early and wanted to leave my luggage before check-in, and I was able to complete the process smoothly at a self-service reception machine without needing staff assistance. It was also efficient in many ways—for example, you can arrange housekeeping during a Multiple Night Stay and even check out via the TV—reducing the burden on guests. I hope other hotels will follow this approach. It’s easy to see why Reviews are so highly rated, and I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to stay in the area.

Although it was a busy Obon period, we were able to relax both inside the property and in the baths. Our dog enjoyed exploring the Room and seemed to love cooling off on the balcony. Since meals were served in our Room, we could take our time without worrying about our dog’s behavior, which made us especially happy. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The open-air bath was spacious, and we went back more than once; we also enjoyed the happy hour beer. Everything was wonderful, and we would love to visit again.

My daughter stayed here in June for her wedding. Hakodate is one of my favorite cities, and I have stayed at many Hotels there. This time, since we had the wedding, we were looking for a Hotel where she could relax as much as possible, so we chose this Hotel, which I had been interested in for some time because of its great Reviews. According to my daughter: The service was extremely courteous, the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of amenities and thoughtful items to enhance the stay (such as a coffee grinder and hair iron), making it very comfortable. Next time, I would love to stay here myself. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness.

My spouse and I travel almost every week, and for the past two years we have stayed at Fujiya Ryokan without fail every month. This was our 37th stay in total. This is purely my personal opinion, but among the many top-class Ryokan, I think the dinner here is outstanding. It easily holds its own against places that cost twice as much per night. The signature eel dish is superb, of course, but what truly impresses us is that even after so many visits we rarely encounter the same dishes—each meal showcases deep, flavorful dashi and seasonal ingredients with remarkable creativity and care. Breakfast, on the other hand, is the same menu each month, yet it never gets old—and it always makes us want to come back again next month. It’s a slight shame there’s no sauna, and opinions may differ about the compact public bath, but we love it: in Yugawara’s clear, silky Onsen water you can also sense a gentle aroma of wood, making it wonderfully relaxing. We consider this a fantastic Accommodation that we absolutely want to visit at least once a month from now on as well.

Now in my 40s and with my parents in their 70s, I stayed here for a special parent-and-child trip. Unfortunately, it rained, but in the end we had an extremely satisfying stay. The sense of history, the tasteful architecture and furnishings, the staff’s hospitality, the wonderful meals (we dined at Le Trianon for both dinner and breakfast), and the cleanliness of the large public bath—plus the stunning view from the open-air bath—were all outstanding. My parents were truly delighted as well. In particular, Le Trianon’s breakfast course was the best we have ever had on any trip! Each dish—from the egg dishes to the smoothies—was carefully explained to us, making it a memorable experience (I was especially impressed that they used eggs from my hometown). Recently I stayed at newer luxury hotels in Karuizawa and Atami in a similar price range to this Hotel, but this historic Hotel clearly stands apart in terms of service and atmosphere. I hope to return with my family someday. Thank you very much.

After returning home, my son and I stayed for one night to take a short break. They kindly accommodated our requests, and every staff member we encountered was consistently warm, smiling, and attentive, making our stay truly comfortable. We stayed in a corner suite overlooking Nagasaki Port. The spacious Room was wonderful, and we could also enjoy the Nagasaki night view from the bathroom—an incredibly happy experience. As someone who stays at Hotels fairly often, I especially appreciated how every small detail had been thoughtfully considered—for example, towels were placed exactly where you’d want them near the toilet and sink—so there was nothing to worry about. It was great to feel such careful attention throughout. There were both dry and mist saunas, plus an outdoor cold plunge bath. The sauna and gym area also had coin lockers and showers; while compact, it was clearly a Facility designed with comfort in mind. The view from the infinity pool and the lounge were truly relaxing as well—we’re already saying that next time we’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay and take our time. Breakfast was excellent in volume, taste, and service—completely satisfying in every way. This time we bought various local specialties at the station to enjoy with the drinks in our Room, but next time we would definitely like to dine at the restaurant too.

All of the staff were very pleasant. There was also a complimentary drinks area, which we enjoyed. The meals were especially delicious, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The service staff’s explanations and hospitality were professional and excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. There were also Miyagi specialties, which we enjoyed. The Room was easy to use, and we would like to make this our regular Accommodation.
