We stayed in a triple Room, and it was spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so we could enjoy a relaxing bath. We were also impressed that complimentary bath additives were available on the first floor. There is parking as well, which was very convenient.

The complimentary drink service and delicious breakfast were included, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. If I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

The service, amenities, and location were all excellent. Since this is a Hotel with locations across The whole country, I’ll be using Route Inn nationwide from next time! It was a pleasant and relaxing Hotel.

It was close to the shopping street and the sea, which made sightseeing easy. The Room had a beautiful ocean view, and the Hotel staff were helpful; the Facility and amenities were also good. Dinner was buffet-style, and they guided guests in three different time slots to avoid crowding, which was considerate. However, at the start of dinner it still got crowded around the food area, and it took nearly 30 minutes before we could begin eating. Since we had chosen the all-you-can-drink alcohol option, that lost time was a bit disappointing.

The front desk staff were very pleasant, and their explanation of the Room was clear and helpful. The Room and the open-air bath had a wonderful atmosphere, making it a relaxing and calming day. This has become my favorite Accommodation, and I’d love to come back for another leisurely stay!

Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.

I come to Wakayama once a month and stay here each time. This time, the front desk was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated it—thank you to the front desk staff. Also, when I write my requests on the in-room questionnaire, they are sometimes fulfilled later on. I’m very grateful. I also like the Facilities, such as the large parking lot, public bath, and breakfast service.

I stay at a Hotel somewhere for one night every month, and I often forget things. This time, after I got home, I realized my bracelet was missing—I had left it behind. I called the Hotel just in case, and they said they had it. I was surprised, and I truly appreciate that they sent it to me. It was a rare experience. The Hotel also gives a floral impression and is thoughtful in small ways.

This is my second stay. Last time I visited with my husband, and I thought then that next time I wanted to come alone—to relax and unwind in the Onsen with some time just for myself. The large public bath was almost like having it to myself, and I could use the private bath as much as I wanted by reserving it with the magnet system. This Accommodation is perfect for enjoying peaceful solo time. The Room was well cleaned, and the service was excellent in my opinion. I will stay again.

We stayed at Kinugawa Onsen “Kizuna” from July 31 to August 2, 2026 (2 nights/3 days). We checked in with two adults, one child, and two Chihuahuas. I thought I had made a Reservation for a Room without an open-air bath, but due to what seemed to be a communication issue, we were instead shown to a Room with an open-air bath (a lucky surprise). Having an open-air bath in the Room meant we could enjoy the Onsen anytime, day or night, and our whole family had a truly happy time. For every meal (breakfast and dinner), we were able to dine in a private room (rather than the usual shared dining area). The menu changed each time, so we looked forward to every meal and headed there excitedly. Each dish was refined and absolutely delicious. With drinks as well, we felt completely satisfied after every meal. By chance, the Nikko Fireworks Festival was held on Saturday, August 8, and we were able to enjoy spectacular fireworks from our Room as well (another lucky moment). Above all else, what made our stay so comfortable was the attentive service from the manager and staff members—and their genuine hospitality in accommodating guests’ requests. That level of professionalism seemed to fill the entire Ryokan, allowing guests to relax completely and enjoy an exceptional experience. For three days, we fully enjoyed an extraordinary getaway both physically and mentally. It may sound childish, but it was such a wonderful Ryokan that I didn’t want to leave—I wanted to stay forever. Everyone in our family kept saying “Let’s come again,” so we will definitely return. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who took care of us at “Kizuna.” Thank you very much for everything.

The Room has a simple design, but it was exceptionally clean and very comfortable to stay in.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

There are few Hotels near Kashiwanoha-campus Station, and they tend to be expensive, so I was having trouble. However, this Hotel was reasonably priced and fit within my business trip Accommodation budget. The Room was spacious and very clean, and I was satisfied. Above all, it was great that there is a large public bath. Since it was late at night, walking from the station meant taking a rather quiet road, and it took about 15 minutes on foot from the station, which was the only downside—but otherwise it was excellent.

In addition to the Facility being relatively new, it is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis, so everything felt very clean and we were able to stay comfortably. Even the bathroom—where in many other Hotels you often notice pink slime or black mold due to incomplete cleaning—was in excellent condition, reflecting truly meticulous work, which impressed us. Although it is located slightly off the main road, most people get around Okinawa by rental car or other vehicles, so we did not find it inconvenient at all. If anything, we felt this location allowed for a quiet and relaxing stay. Parking is paid, but because it is an adjacent self-parking multi-story garage, there is no hassle of extra machine操作 or waiting your turn. Once you complete payment and procedures at check-in, you can use the latest system that does not require a parking ticket at all. It is also very convenient and can be used with hardly any exposure to rain even in bad weather. While it is not open 24 hours, there is a LAWSON in the neighboring building, so you will have no trouble picking up small items as well as food and drinks. In addition, each guestroom floor of the Hotel has drink vending machines and an ice dispenser, making it very convenient without needing to take the elevator. If I had one wish, it would be that amenities included relaxation items such as bath salts for an even more comfortable time; however overall we are grateful for such a pleasant stay, and would definitely like to use this place again on future trips to Okinawa.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This is my favorite Hotel with amazing value for money—I’m a repeat guest. All the staff were truly pleasant, kind, attentive, and gentle, which made me very happy. Thank you for accommodating my request. This time I stayed in a slightly larger twin Room. It was tastefully arranged, very clean and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Amenities are available to take freely next to the front desk. Even though it has convenient access to Budokan and Tokyo Dome, I think it’s a wonderful Hotel with excellent value for money at this price. Next time I’d like to stay in an even larger Room.

I stayed here for my younger sister’s birthday. The beef in the kaiseki course with Shinshu Premium Beef was very tender, and even when it cooled down, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy—absolutely delicious. All the other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because I mentioned the birthday in advance, we also received a surprise gift, which made us very happy. The Onsen was wonderful too, and my sister said it was a shame we only managed to use it twice. From the warm welcome on arrival to being seen off at departure, it felt heartfelt all the way through—not just a quick goodbye at the front desk. Thank you very much.

Within walking distance of the fireworks festival venue. Until the fireworks started, we relaxed and took a leisurely nap in our ice-cold, air-conditioned Room. After the fireworks, it was great to rinse off in the large public bath—an amazing trip overall. Free parking was also incredibly appreciated.

The downtown entertainment district was nearby, so we enjoyed great food and drinks. The front desk staff were excellent, and we were able to spend a comfortable time in the Room. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again if we have the chance.

The property itself is a one-of-a-kind presence in nature. Meals begin with the head chef explaining the care and attention behind each dish. The baths—both the large public bath and the in-Room bath—feature Kinsen (golden hot spring water). The mystical large public bath is so relaxing you may drift off to sleep. They can also arrange surprises for birthdays and other occasions—you’ll be amazed!

I was impressed first by the wonderful view. If I had arrived earlier, I would have liked to relax in the lounge and enjoy it longer. Each dish tasted handmade. Everything was delicious, and since all drinks were free, I could dine slowly and comfortably without worry. I also liked the chef’s call when new dishes were served. The Room was clean, and I could unwind while looking out at the birch trees. Ideally, it would have been nice to have a large public bath, but the in-room bathroom was spacious and spotless, so I could soak in the tub at leisure. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.
