I stayed at the property in a brand-new condition just over two weeks after its opening. This time, I reserved a Comfort Semi-Double Room, and not only was the size and facility impressive, but I also felt that the overall quality of the setup was higher than other Route Inns. Of course, being newly built plays a significant role in this impression, but I felt this way even in the lobby, corridors, and the bathhouse on the first floor (both the bathtub and washing area were spacious!). It is certain that at least new Route Inns are updated compared to existing ones. Also noteworthy is that the room's TV was a smart TV compatible with Netflix and YouTube!! Due to hosting events, I've had many opportunities to visit Maniwa from Tokyo over recent years. Honestly speaking, there is basically only one business hotel in Kuze-Ochiai area; while it’s a good facility with a homely feel, reservations fill up quickly. As a result, I often ended up staying in Tsuyama or Okayama City and traveling by highway... However, with this new Route Inn opening up here now alleviates some of those inconveniences. Personally though—I hope reservations don’t get filled too fast (laughs). One more thing: due to time constraints during my stay this time around—I left without having breakfast—so next time I'd like experience their breakfast as well! At night they also have restaurant (or izakaya?) services available which I'm interested trying out moving forward. When making reservations through IKYU.com accommodation fees were reasonable too—and as long as there’s availability—it’ll be my go-to property whenever visiting Maniwa henceforth!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, so we returned for a group trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays. With a Room overlooking the Yubatake, high-quality Onsen baths, and delicious meals, our friends were very satisfied and it became a wonderful trip. The large public bath was outstanding as expected, but we were also impressed by how well stocked the amenities corner in the changing area was. They even had face sheet masks. We wanted to take our time with dinner this time, so we chose the dining venue “Kimi no Roman.” The food was delicious, and we also enjoyed learning about the ingredients thanks to the staff’s thoughtful explanations. Breakfast was buffet-style. There were many creative dishes featuring local ingredients, and everything was excellent. We felt that even if we had chosen the dinner buffet, we would have been satisfied. Since we needed to go to an annex building for the large public bath and breakfast, we walked back and forth along the connecting corridor. The furnishings and Facilities were polished to a shine, with beautiful ikebana displays throughout. There were also impressive arrangements in the large public bath area itself, giving a sense of refinement that only a long-established Accommodation can offer. All staff members were kind; when we asked for photos, they even took them from atop a step ladder so they could include the Yubatake in the shot. This is an excellent Accommodation with attentive hospitality in every detail—both in its services and its upkeep. The souvenir shop on the first floor is large with an extensive selection, so you can find everything there. They also have a corner featuring Asama Shuzo (my favorite), where I was able to buy various items. Guests who spend 2,500 yen or more receive delicious cookies.

It had just been newly renovated, and all the Facilities were brand new. My three-day stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities provided on the first floor were very well stocked. All of the Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The only thing I’d like improved is that the bed was a bit firm, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

From the staff’s service to the Room atmosphere and amenities, everything was very satisfying. Breakfast was also delicious across the board, and I was extremely satisfied.

We stayed here for our summer vacation. This was our second stay, and we really enjoyed the pool and other Facilities. We stayed for two nights, and although the buffet selection did not change, we appreciated the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. On both nights, we were able to watch fireworks, and the kids got very excited in the ride-themed room. They are already saying they want to come again.

I stayed here with my daughter and grandchild. My grandchild lives in Osaka, so we invited them to stay with us. Thank you for a wonderful night—we had such a great time chatting until late.

No matter how many times I visit, Akiu Grand Hotel always makes me feel at ease. I love the meals, the baths, and the staff’s warm smiles and friendly attitude. This time, the 8 pieces of premium tuna sushi at dinner for 1,100 yen just melted in my mouth. I’m a huge fan and this is my second stay as a repeat guest. I don’t really want to tell everyone, but if you see it at the front desk, please try it—you’ll be amazed! One request for the Hotel: if you could have about two baby beds in the restaurant, parents could enjoy their meal more comfortably when their baby falls asleep. Thank you.

Dinner was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful way it was served. While preserving the traditional Hotel building and the Room’s classic design, modern conveniences have been incorporated, and operations feel efficient and well managed. The staff also seemed very well trained.

I was deeply impressed by the exceptional quality of the Japanese-modern course. Each dish was cooked with remarkable precision and thoughtfully composed flavors. Not only did it exceed expectations for Japanese cuisine at a Hotel, it rivaled—and even surpassed—many specialty restaurants. Opportunities to enjoy such carefully crafted Japanese cuisine are rare, and it became one of the highlights of my stay. The in-house service was attentive and well-balanced, and the Onsen and sauna were so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer. The guest room was spacious, and the natural scenery of Nasu through the window further elevated the experience. It was an extremely satisfying stay where the cuisine, space, and service were all in perfect harmony. I would love to return.

I chose this place while looking for a nearby destination I could reach by car with my father (85), as it may be our last trip together. I wished I could have brought my late mother as well, so I came with her photo. It was about a 90-minute drive. Surrounded by greenery, we stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, which suited our schedule. There is an elevator, and the seating is comfortably spaced. Dinner was a kaiseki-style meal, with vegetables prepared deliciously. Breakfast was buffet-style, but they do not let in too many guests at once, and the small-dish presentation was great. The rice was also delicious, and the seasoning was just right. I would like to visit again casually. There are activities that children will enjoy too, and next time we plan to come with our grandchildren’s family.

With Sanjo Station nearby, the location offers excellent access to sightseeing spots, and strolling along the Takase River and the Kamo River just steps away is very pleasant. The breakfast selection was extensive with both Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

A Hotel perched on a sheer cliff. I was a little anxious until I arrived. Considering the rain, wind, and snow in that setting, maintaining the building’s exterior must be very costly, yet the rates are reasonable. The Room furnishings may be old, but they are high quality and well maintained, making it very comfortable. Because of the cliffside location, the view from the Room is outstanding. The in-room bath is spacious and also offers an amazing view. Best of all, you can fully open the sliding window for a wonderful sense of openness—even watching seagulls dive right in front of you. In addition, both dinner and breakfast were excellent French cuisine, and the staff service was attentive; everything left me completely satisfied. Dining while watching the sunset was a special, unforgettable experience. I also think it’s a great system that you can choose souvenirs via the TV’s online service—it lets you take your time deciding during your stay. I could really feel what this Hotel values in its hospitality, and it made for an extremely satisfying trip. In an age when “good” often simply comes with paying more, I was truly delighted with this level of hospitality at this price!

The location is excellent and close to the station. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! The Room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were available to take freely next to the front desk, including a variety of items that women will appreciate (basic skincare products, face masks, cooling sheets, etc.). All of the staff were kind and friendly. I would love to stay here again when I visit Sendai!

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a very comfortable Accommodation. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and in addition to the amenities, there was a good selection of tea and mineral water provided, which made our stay very pleasant. (Filling up water at the washbasin can take away from the travel mood a bit.) When we visit Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen again, we would love to stay here again.

This stay was even more comfortable than usual. We arrived early, but right after check-in we were informed that our Room was ready, and the staff handled everything flexibly. The Room was as clean as ever, and the bath was still wonderful, but this time the meals were improved in both quality and taste. The restaurant was not crowded, and we received attentive service—likely thanks to how well the dining Reservation times were arranged. I felt a real depth in how the staff maintained an appropriate distance while still being considerate. The care shown by an experienced female staff member and a key male staff member reached every detail. The younger staff were also very pleasant, and their strong teamwork made our stay extremely comfortable. Personally, I keep coming back to Kinugawa because the Rooms are close to the baths, and this time was better than ever. I have already made a Reservation for late summer as well. My rating reflects the price point.

This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

The service, rooms, and breakfast were all great—but the breakfast selection was incredible! Eel, pickled plums, acacia honey, cheese, vegetable juice, and more. There were so many carefully chosen items that I wanted to try but couldn’t fit in everything, so I’ll save them for next time (lol). During the busy breakfast hours, a staff member helped me out. They seemed a little surprised but were happy about it. It’s also close to JR Namba Station and the West Exit of Osaka-Namba Station. You can get to the Hotel without getting wet, and there’s a Life supermarket open until midnight nearby—so we had no trouble at all.

It was my first Multiple Night Stay at Dormy Inn Kawasaki in a while, and I had a very comfortable stay. The bath was clean and well maintained, and it wasn’t too crowded, so I could relax and unwind. There are three massage chairs; you may have to wait a little, but they provide a wonderfully relaxing experience. If I have the chance next time, I would definitely stay again.

I was able to relax both mentally and physically. The Room was spacious, and the open-air bath was very pleasant. I felt that a bit more consideration for privacy from outside views would have been nice. Most of the staff were foreigners, but their service was very polite and excellent. Both dinner and breakfast included plenty of vegetables and were gentle on the body. I look forward to staying again.
