We received attentive service, including assistance with parking, check-in procedures, and guidance to our room. The meals and baths were excellent, and the property was calm and quiet throughout, allowing us to relax at ease. We truly felt glad we stayed. It was an inn where we could fully appreciate the hospitality of all the staff.

I enjoyed a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and tried “Hime Suma,” an Ehime-branded fish, for the first time. The sushi was delicious, and I was amazed by the quality of the meal and the great value for money.

We had a wonderful time with our dog. The meals were delicious. The service was excellent. We were able to spend lots of quality time with our dog. We’d love to come again.

I was scheduled to give a lecture at the Uji Botanical Garden in June and stayed here at that time. Unfortunately, heavy rain led to the training being canceled, so I visited sightseeing spots such as Byodo-in Phoenix Hall before heading home. This time, I had another lecture at the Uji Botanical Garden. Since I had stayed here before and knew the amenities were well stocked, I didn’t bring any toiletries with me. Last time it rained, but this time the weather was clear. The day before, I visited Tofuku-ji Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine and arrived at the hotel in the evening. After stretching my legs and taking a break, I searched online for recommended dinner options nearby. I also knew there was a supermarket close by, so I bought bread and tea for lunch on my lecture day. Then, based on good reviews, I had dinner at a nearby restaurant that grills hokke over charcoal. The next morning, since I knew there was a convenience store near the station, I went there to buy breakfast. There is coffee available at the front desk, so I enjoyed a cup as well. When heading to my training session after checking out, they kindly stored my change of clothes and other items at the front desk upon request, which was very helpful. After the training session, I picked up my luggage from the hotel and returned home to Osaka from Keihan Uji Station. Twin room used as single occupancy. It would be nice if the hotel offered something like a breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

It was perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. The staff member in charge created a warm, friendly atmosphere during our meals, and we truly enjoyed chatting with them; the food was excellent as well. Their wonderful hospitality made dining a real pleasure. This was our first stay at NIPPONIA, but we would love to stay again somewhere else. The welcoming atmosphere and delicious cuisine made us want to come back.

The food was absolutely delicious! The colorful presentation, small side dishes, and beautiful plates made dinner time truly enjoyable. In particular, I was very satisfied with the Japanese-style meat and potato stew sold at the shop as well, the whole simmered golden eye snapper, and the sashimi.

The building itself felt a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The private bath was relaxing, and we also had the large public bath all to ourselves, which was great (haha). If I have the chance to visit Aomori again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed here as three generations—my mother-in-law, my husband, myself, and our children. The inn was very quiet, and since there was only one other group besides us, we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. For the bath, we could check availability on the signboard next to the reception desk, which made it easy to go in when it was free. My mother-in-law, my daughter, and I were able to enjoy it almost like a private bath together across three generations—such a wonderful memory. We were told the meals use herbal medicine ingredients, but there was no strong taste at all—just gentle, wholesome flavors that were truly delicious. They also prepared special dishes for our 6- and 5-year-old children, who were thrilled and really enjoyed their meal. In our room they provided both beds and futons. The children and I slept on futons while my mother-in-law and husband used the beds. Being able to separate sleeping arrangements according to everyone’s routine made our multi-generational stay very comfortable. There is also a river behind the inn, and in the morning my husband and son went for a walk. It seems they had a refreshing start to the day surrounded by nature. The food, the baths, and the staff’s hospitality were all excellent—we were completely satisfied with our stay. If I had one small note: there are quite a few stairs inside the building, so older guests or anyone with mobility concerns may find getting around a bit challenging. Other than that, everything was truly comfortable, and our whole family had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We consulted with the staff in advance about meals and a surprise, and we truly appreciate how thoughtfully they supported us. Not only was the food excellent, but the view from our room was even more stunning than we imagined, and we had a great time. After breakfast, we were delighted by the chef’s homemade scones—so comforting and delicious—and it really made us feel the hotel’s warm hospitality. We would love to return with our family. If I may make one request, it would be wonderful if the evening lounge offered some caffeine-free options (chamomile tea, decaf tea/coffee, or rooibos tea). A lovely hotel that makes you want to come back!

It was very helpful that we were allowed to use the parking lot while exploring Mizuki Shigeru Road. The Room, the bath, and the meals were all great. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This maisonette-style Accommodation has the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the 1st floor. In short, it was absolutely amazing! The Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, and all the kitchen features were very easy to use. It was more than spacious for two people, and we were impressed by how luxuriously we could enjoy the space. It’s a favorite place where we’d definitely like to stay again.

This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed with our two dogs. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The dog meals also seemed tasty—our dogs finished them in no time. We were happy that the staff treated our very energetic dogs kindly. Everyone we interacted with—the front desk, the restaurant staff, and the Room service staff—was pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a Room with a private garden, but unfortunately it rained, so we’d like to come again on a sunny day. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to photograph the beautiful starry sky. Unfortunately, the neighboring lights were on during the night, so I couldn’t capture it well, which was disappointing. However, the Room facilities were excellent, and I would like to stay again.

My child wanted to see Mt. Fuji, so we chose this place because you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji even from the Room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we could only see Mt. Fuji on the morning of the second day, but we were happy to catch even a glimpse—it made the trip from Osaka worthwhile, and the kids were delighted. Just like the Reviews said, it was a very clean and lovely Room, with stylish amenity sets, complimentary drinks and chiffon cake, and all of the staff were friendly and kind—our whole family loved it so much that we’d like to come back every year. We ate on the terrace while looking at Mt. Fuji, and enjoyed fireworks at night—our children made wonderful summer vacation memories.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel and tried to take a photo at the entrance, a staff member kindly helped us and took a great picture with the scenery. While waiting at the front desk, there were Halloween decorations and costumes, and they happily let us dress up together and took photos for us. However, there weren’t many options for the welcome drinks, so I wish there had been a few more choices. The room was also clean. The dinner offered a wide variety of delicious local and seasonal dishes, and we were able to enjoy plenty of food. In particular, the fresh bluefin tuna and sea bream sashimi were excellent; the sushi rice was tasty, the toppings were generous in size, and even the chawanmushi was served piping hot and felt truly authentic. There was also a great selection of desserts that tasted wonderful, but I was too full to try many of them—next time I’d like to come back hungry enough to enjoy everything without regrets. Above all, when the food is this good, it really makes you want to visit again.

This was our second stay, having previously booked a room with Club Lounge access. The bathroom features a view bath, so you can enjoy the scenery outside while soaking. The view from the room is wonderful, and from the Club Lounge you can see Tokyo Tower up close, which really lifts your spirits. The food and sweets provided are also very delicious.

I’m staying again because I really liked the new Club Floor. Since I prefer a separate bath and toilet, the view isn’t great. It’s a shame that the cheaper rooms with unit baths have better views. The room is on the small side, but it has everything you need. I was disappointed there was no bathrobe. I’d be happy if there were bath salts among the amenities, and it would also be nice to have a shower chair and wash basin. The lounge was popular and crowded, but I could still relax. It’s great that you can use it again the next day! Non-alcoholic options would be nice too. It was disappointing that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park underground. My biggest complaint is that the elevators are extremely slow—many other guests mentioned this as well. Breakfast is as wonderful as ever—delicious! Last time it was sea bream sashimi, which I was looking forward to, but this time it was tuna. The tuna was tasty too, but personally I prefer sea bream. The burgers, pork miso soup, mentaiko, ice cream (including roasted green tea flavor), and more were all delicious. I stay at many hotels, and this breakfast ranks very high among them. I’d love to have it again. It would be perfect if there were a large public bath and a gym!

We stayed with a toddler and had a wonderful experience. It’s a very child-friendly Hotel, with a great play area and plenty of amenities for kids. The breakfast and the meals in the tea room were also delicious, and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive as well. Thanks to you, we had an enjoyable trip. Thank you very much. When we travel to Kobe again, we would love to stay here.
