Having a bathhouse on the first floor was very convenient. It helped me relax and recover from my fatigue.

Last time, the step inside the Room made it difficult to get to the open-air bath, so this time I made a Reservation for a barrier-free Room. The Room was clean, and of course the hot spring water felt wonderful. There was water provided in the Room, in the electric kettle, and even in the coffee maker—I've rarely stayed anywhere that thoughtful, and it made me very happy. The wooden decorative framework in the Room was also lovely. I’m not usually a fan of yukata, but the fabric was soft and comfortable to wear. There were cushion-style chairs in the Room; however, when sitting on them, neither I (with bad legs) nor my husband (whose legs and lower back have become a bit weak) could use them comfortably. We wished there were at least two standard dining-style chairs like those in the restaurant area—it was disappointing. If you could replace just two of the four seats with regular chairs, it would be greatly appreciated by elderly guests. The meals were delicious, and all staff were polite and hospitable. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I stayed for a two-night, three-day trip this time. When I stayed at a nearby auberge in May, I was struck by the views of the Yatsugatake Mountains, Mt. Fuji, and the Southern Alps under an огром sky—and I felt it would be a waste to spend only one night in a place like this. Another reason was that I wanted to enjoy the fireplace, so I chose a Room with one. It turned out to be exactly the right choice. When I opened the window, I could hear birds singing, frogs croaking, and cows lowing in the distance. Combined with the crackling of firewood in the fireplace, it was incredibly relaxing—truly a great way to relieve stress. For meals, we ate at Seisenryo’s restaurant for everything except lunch on the first day. You can dine while looking out at the mountains, then head straight back to your Room and enjoy the fireplace. I’m thinking of staying again in October or November next time—hopefully with a clear view of the starry sky. This place offers an exceptional level of comfort and relaxation in your Room that’s hard to find elsewhere, so I highly recommend it.

The service was arguably the best we have ever experienced. The Facility was, of course, excellent, and the meals were top-class in both quality and portion size. What impressed us even more was how kindly and thoughtfully you advised us regarding the Shuttle Service. Getting to Kirishima Shrine can be inconvenient due to limited transportation, but thanks to everyone at the Accommodation, we were able to visit Kirishima Shrine very comfortably. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our first trip to show appreciation to my parents. Hoping my mother with rheumatoid arthritis could enjoy the Onsen, we chose a Room with a private bath. The food was excellent—especially the broth, which was outstanding, and I ended up drinking all of it with every dish. All of the staff were courteous, and even the cleaning staff stopped to greet us. My mother was very happy as well. We would like to stay here regularly. Thank you very much.

Since we left the Room selection up to the hotel, we were assigned a different Room than last time, and it was a nice one. When I didn’t know how to watch the video streaming services and asked the front desk, they explained it very kindly, which made our stay comfortable (to watch ABEMA or Hulu, membership registration is required). I would like to stay again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—the elegant front desk staff and even a complimentary Room upgrade. The Room was more than clean enough, spacious, with a beautiful view, and the food was delicious. We were completely satisfied with everything! If we come to Shiga Prefecture again, we would definitely choose this Hotel.

We visited this Hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. During the day, we enjoyed chatting in our Room, and with the Executive Floor benefits we spent an elegant time in the 1st-floor lounge while enjoying high-quality plated food and drinks. That evening, we had a celebratory dinner course at Ryuhou, the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere was luxurious and refined, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We were able to fully enjoy an elegant and delicious Chinese course meal. They even added a congratulatory message to our dessert plate, and being able to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime anniversary at this Hotel—and at Ryuhou—made us truly happy! Our Junior Suite offered a panoramic view of Sakai City from a high floor. Separated from the bedroom area, there was a spacious sofa and table arranged comfortably. It was quiet, and since the in-room minibar was complimentary, it was perfect for relaxing and chatting while enjoying canned beer and snacks. The bathroom area is also luxurious, with a separate shower booth and toilet, plus a jet bath function. From our east-facing Room, we could also faintly see the UNESCO World Heritage site of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb amid the cityscape of Sakai. As a local sightseeing recommendation: Daisen Park is about 10 minutes by car from the Hotel. Within its grounds there is an attraction where you can ride in a hot-air balloon; from about 100 meters up you can take in the majestic view of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb. I highly recommend taking a short trip for this balloon experience! The views from above—Sakai City, Osaka Bay, the Ikoma mountain range, and keyhole-shaped kofun burial mounds—are breathtaking. This Hotel has been my favorite for many years. I’ve stayed here for anniversaries like this one or simply to spend relaxing holidays. During COVID-19 restrictions when it was difficult to travel outside Osaka Prefecture, I refreshed myself by changing my mood in Rooms with beautiful views. One year when a typhoon was approaching, I also stayed here for safety reasons and spent the night with peace of mind. No matter what is happening around us, all of your staff have always provided consistent hospitality and welcomed me with calm smiles—I am truly grateful every time. With so many wonderful staff members here, I’m convinced once again that this will continue to be a beloved Hotel for years to come! I will definitely visit again!

This was my first time visiting Hakodate. The view from my Room at Tokyu Stay Hakodate was amazing—I could see the mountains, the sea, the morning market, sunrise and sunset, and even cruise ships. And there’s an Onsen too! Absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back again and again, flying in from Haneda to stay here.

I thought it would just be a convenient Hotel near the station, but it far exceeded my expectations. You can check in and check out at the club lounge—and the lounge wasn’t crowded. There was an amazing variety of soft drinks, and a staff member wearing a sommelier badge stylishly prepared an iced chai right in front of me like a cocktail. The other staff were also wonderful, and the hospitality was outstanding. It was so comfortable that I canceled my plans and switched to a staycation. Staying in this suite with club lounge access felt like a hidden gem. The Room amenities were also from B.A, which really made me happy. Breakfast was great too: the made-to-order menu let you choose as many items as you like, including rice porridge and steak, and the buffet even had comb honey.

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

Perhaps because it hasn’t been long since the renovation, the Room was spacious and spotless, and the Facility offerings were excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. The lounge service also had a great selection of Akita’s renowned sake, making for a truly luxurious time. Breakfast was another highlight—I could fully enjoy Akita specialties, to the point that I didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance to visit Akita.

I visited Sapporo for fan activities. I wanted to keep the Hotel cost down, but I prioritized the location and made a Reservation here. At check-in, there wasn’t a detailed explanation about an upgrade, but when I picked up the key and went to my Room, they had prepared a spacious twin Room for me. The Room had two windows and was very bright and comfortable. Even though I was traveling alone, having the toilet and bath separated was very convenient, and the sink area was also spacious and easy to use. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo. Breakfast was also very delicious—I ended up eating a lot in the morning.

The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax and stay comfortably. The service from the front desk and restaurant staff was also very good. The bathroom had a separate washing area, which was convenient, and the hot water flow was sufficient, so it was pleasant to use; however, I was surprised by the loud noise when opening and closing the door. One disappointing point was that when I left the Room around 8:30 to have breakfast, several carts loaded with cleaning supplies and towels were placed tightly around the doorway area, which made me feel as if we were being rushed to leave. I understand staff scheduling needs, but since check-out is at 11:00, it felt a bit too early to be preparing like that. Because we were able to stay at a very reasonable price, overall we were very satisfied. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

[Room] The Room was very spacious and clean. There were five of us (two adults and three children), and we stayed very comfortably. There were two beds, and we laid out three futons in the open space, but there was still plenty of room. Amenities were available in the lobby for guests to take what they needed, and it was nice that we could also take tea, coffee, and even snacks—not just toiletries. [Service] All staff members were friendly and helpful with a smile. We also appreciated them carrying our luggage from the car at the entrance. The dining staff were energetic and efficient, quickly clearing empty plates. [Baths] The large public bath and open-air bath were very spacious and relaxing. You could also choose from different shampoos. There were seven types of private family baths, and my wife and kids tried several of them. Best of all, all seven types can be used for free when available—amazing! It didn’t seem overly crowded either. The water in the cold-water dispenser in the public bath area didn’t feel very cold. I wanted to use the massage chairs, but they were often busy so it was hard to get a turn. Also, the foot area on the massage chairs was dirty and felt a bit unhygienic. It would be great if this could be checked regularly. [Meals] The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. You could make your own seafood rice bowl with sashimi, which was especially tasty. Thoughtful touches like buffet carts and elastic bands to keep yukata sleeves out of the way were wonderful. [Facility & Equipment] The entire Facility was extremely clean. All floors are shoes-off areas, but walking barefoot never felt uncomfortable at all. We also appreciated that socks for indoor use were included in the Room towel set—a nice touch. You can choose between yukata or samue loungewear; many guests wore samue, including our family. Free welcome drinks and complimentary ice cream after bathing made everything feel wonderfully generous. There are plenty of kid-friendly areas such as a play space, a family game corner, table tennis, etc., so our children had an absolute blast.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. We made a Reservation with the birthday Plan, and everything—the cake, dinner, Room decorations, and bouquet—was wonderful and made the trip truly special. We would love to stay again when we visit Ehime. Thank you very much.

I had plans along the Hibiya Line and chose this Hotel for the first time for a two-night stay because of its location and price. It was pouring rain on the day I checked in, so being close to the station was a big help. The male staff member at reception was pleasant, the amenities and other services were well provided, and the room felt very clean. For a single stay, the room size was more than sufficient—overall, it was extremely comfortable. There are convenience stores and a supermarket between Kayabacho Station and the Hotel, which is truly convenient. Walking from Nihonbashi was also no problem. I wanted to stay again and searched based on my next schedule, but it seems this time I got an especially low rate because it was during Obon season. I’m grateful that I could stay at such a great value. With both the Hotel itself and its location being excellent, I would definitely like to use it again.

This year, we returned to Kobe Kitano Hotel for the first time in 15 years to celebrate our eldest daughter’s birthday after she started her new job. As expected of one of Japan’s leading auberges, the food was far better than at many Michelin-starred restaurants overseas. It was my first time trying bread baked in a traditional rice-cooking pot, and the pike conger siphon consommé was truly moving. Even after eating and drinking so much, I still felt great—proof of this wonderfully light “water-based” French cuisine. Being able to go straight to bed afterward is the ultimate luxury. Since it’s right in the city, we enjoyed strolling around, taking a bath, resting, and then heading out again. It became a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We had a great view of the Rainbow Bridge and could have watched it forever. Our Room was upgraded, which made the view even better, I think. Since we chose a Plan that included JPY 30,000 for in-room dining, we were able to enjoy tea and meals at a leisurely pace while taking in the scenery. Access to Shiki Theatre Company’s “Autumn” was also convenient—we arrived quickly on foot. I’d love to visit again someday.

This was my first stay at Ishinoya. The Room was in a detached-style layout, and when moving to the large public bath and other areas, I could forget everyday life while watching the koi—truly a wonderful time. Thank you very much. Thank you as well to all the staff for your kindness. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and I was very satisfied. Each dish was carefully prepared, with perfect presentation and flavor—five stars. Thank you, Chef. I would love to visit again.
