It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was surprisingly comfortable! There is a Lawson Store 100 on the first floor. I entered the women’s room using the PIN code displayed during check-in on my smartphone. Since I arrived past midnight, I assumed other guests were already asleep, so I made sure to avoid making noise (sounds can echo if you bump into the capsules). All necessary amenities are provided (loungewear is available at the front desk, toothbrushes in the washroom, and a full set of towels inside each capsule. Additionally, in the women’s room, there are bottles of skincare products and shampoo). At first, I considered staying at an internet café since prices were similar, but being able to sleep on a proper bed made all the difference!

I stayed here for a Scottish dance event I’ve been attending since I was young. Even though it was a twin room, it was spacious, and the view from the window was wonderful. My friends were jealous and asked, “You got to stay there?” It was an amazing one-night, two-day stay. H.T

The Room had the unique charm of a traditional Japanese house, and we were able to stay comfortably. For breakfast, it’s a short walk, but we recommend eating at the dining venue with a great view! The open scenery is very relaxing. The staff were also very courteous, and we had a wonderful time.

We made a Reservation for five nights and, after staying four nights, spent the day relaxing until our evening return flight. We swam at our leisure in the private pool and took naps on the terrace bed. We also enjoyed spending time freely in the cozy living room and bedroom. From the Ingyā Marine Garden Observatory right in front of us, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and took a walk around the entire marine garden. We went snorkeling at Ingyā Beach within walking distance, enjoyed a delicious lunch at the highly rated Bistro Tajima, and ended up getting plenty of takeout as well. Breakfast was different each day, very tasty, and wonderfully satisfying. Even when my companion left early in the morning for fun diving, I could relax at the villa. There are many places nearby within walking distance, so we were able to discover and experience all sorts of things. On our last day, we ended up enjoying tropical fish spotting at the beach with my companion until almost the very last minute, so I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t gather all used items such as bath towels into one place. This Miyakojima trip was something I had been looking forward to as a way to ease my everyday work fatigue. The owner’s and staff’s smiles and gracious service made it even more soothing. I am also deeply moved and sincerely grateful regarding that matter about our Room. While still feeling “Miyakojima loss,” we have already made another Reservation for our next trip to Miyakojima, which my companion is also very excited about. I almost want to keep it a secret—thank you from the bottom of my heart to Private Pool Villa Imugya Resort for offering so many ideal features. Thank you very much.

Overall, it can be rated above standard. The staff's response was polite and excellent. I had breakfast, but having to go outside and walk even a little might be considered a downside.

I’ve stayed at many Hotels while touring, and I highly recommend this Hotel. Motorcycles can be parked free of charge under a roof on the property behind the Hotel. I stayed on the 11th floor and had a panoramic view of Sakurajima from the window, and the room rate was very affordable. Both the rooms and common areas have been renovated and are very clean. I got a blister on my heel and asked the front desk for a bandage; they were very kind and helpful. I’m planning to use this Hotel as my base for touring all around Kagoshima again soon.

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. The staff's service was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. I used the private bath in the room, and while the water pressure of the shower was a bit weak, everything else was outstanding! I would love to stay here again if I visit Fukui.

The Facility isn’t new, and the amenities felt like the minimum you’d expect from a Business Hotel. However, it’s right in front of the station, next to the tourist information center. Even in a single Room, there was a semi-double bed and two chairs, and the Room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom and toilet had been renovated, and for a Friday stay at this price, it was more than worth it. I also appreciated that the air conditioning wasn’t centrally controlled and could be adjusted in each Room. There is also a free family bath (a bit old; two washing stations but big enough for three people), which was nice. They kindly stored our large luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Fuji Station. Thank you very much.

You can use the Onsen attached to the cottage anytime. I soaked three times. The water had a faint, distinctive earthy and sulfur-like scent. It was great. The cottage is clean and spacious. I could really relax on my own. I wish there were cushions or a sofa in the tatami area. Watching TV while sitting on a chair made my neck hurt. Both the main building and the cottages have a handmade feel. It’s not overly polished—slightly mismatched and not perfect—which adds to its charm. Omi beef is definitely tastier than the meat I usually eat, but honestly it wasn’t beyond my expectations; it made me wonder if it’s always like this. Maybe it was tenderloin and some trimmings. Since the accommodation cost is reasonable, you probably shouldn’t expect top-tier meat quality. Overall, I think it’s a great place with lots of added value—an Onsen cottage, 200g Omi beef shabu-shabu, breakfast with homemade bread, and more. Because it’s surrounded by nature, there are insects. The morning alarm and notification sounds from an electronic pad were loud.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The Room and bathtub were both spacious, and I was able to relax a lot. It was very convenient since the adjacent shopping center has most of what you need. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It would have been even better if tea had been available instead of water, and if there had been dessert. Breakfast was also good.

The building reflects its age. The open-air bath is slightly small, and the high walls reduce the sense of openness. However, the meals are delicious.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. It was nice that it was close enough to walk from the station. The welcome drink? I could also have alcohol, and it was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The bath was clean as well. However, since there is only one bath that alternates between men’s and women’s use, it was a bit inconvenient having to plan my bathing time around the schedule. Other than that, the Room was clean and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

There is a spacious parking area near the Hotel, so you can park with peace of mind. It’s convenient that you don’t have to use distant or paid parking. I used the breakfast buffet, and it was good.

I was confused because the building entrance passcode was different from the one provided by email. Fortunately, another guest happened to arrive and helped me. Also, check-in will go more smoothly if you enter the guest information in advance. *I did not receive the email, so I emailed them myself.* What’s better than other Hotels: - There is a screen, so you can watch TVer and YouTube - A ReFa hair dryer and shower head are provided - Even the double-bed Room is spacious enough - Great location Since it’s an unmanned Hotel, there may be various issues, but overall I felt I would like to use it again.

The day after the earthquake, the elevator was unavailable, but the staff kindly explained everything and made us feel at ease.

The building and the Room are old, but it was more than enough for a business trip since I only needed a place to sleep. Above all, it’s reasonably priced and close to the station, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Utsunomiya on business. I also appreciate that there is a large public bath, and all the front desk staff are kind.
