The Room was clean and comfortable. The meals, handmade by the hostess, were very delicious and offered in such generous portions that we couldn't finish them all. We were able to enjoy our meals together with our beloved dog, making it a pet-friendly Hotel. It was an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much!

The food was delicious and plentiful, and the service was excellent—everyone, including the staff from Myanmar, was very attentive and always smiling. We were extremely satisfied!! The baths were also wonderful, as expected of Hirugami Onsen. The water quality was great, and we could soak anytime throughout the night—this was another big highlight! We could also play in the nearby river, and our grandchildren were thrilled and splashing around with joy. As a personal interest of mine, it felt like a truly special place watched over by a shrine. It’s about an hour by expressway from the Nagoya area with a great location, so we’d definitely love to stay again!!

It was my first time visiting the Oki Islands, and their advice on sightseeing routes was very helpful. The Hotel was within walking distance from where we parked the rental car. There was also complimentary coffee and tea service on the first floor, so we could relax and take our time.

Our three-generation family stayed in two cottages with seven people. The evening BBQ was excellent, with a generous amount of high-quality ingredients and even marshmallows for dessert. The Sasebo burger for breakfast was also delicious, made in collaboration with a famous local shop, so we could enjoy it without having to go out. The amenities were well stocked and very nice, but it was disappointing that there was no bathtub. We hope an Onsen Facility will open nearby.

Thank you for having us. This was our first time staying in a cottage-style Accommodation, and it was spacious, flexible, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the free parking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the Onsen because it didn’t fit our schedule, but we’d love to try it next time if we have the chance. The Room was clean and nice as well! One small thing: there was dust on the beam above the bed, and since it’s right above your face when you sleep, it bothered us a bit. That was the only issue—otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The Room was a 6-tatami Japanese-style type; it does feel a bit dated, but it was thoroughly cleaned. The Onsen has no open-air bath, but the water quality is excellent. Even though I have dry skin, I didn’t feel itchy at night without applying anything. Meals are served in private dining rooms for both dinner and breakfast, so you can eat at a relaxed pace. The carp dishes were the main focus and were delicious. I had the sashimi with vinegared miso; it had no odor at all, was pleasantly firm, and very tasty. Breakfast rice was also excellent, and both the quality and quantity were more than satisfying. The dessert was great as well. The inn has been family-run since the proprietress’s grandfather’s generation, and the hospitality is outstanding—you can spend your time in a quiet setting.

I stayed at R9 The Yard in Chiba Prefecture a few years ago and found it very comfortable, so this time I made a Reservation in Gamou Hino, Shiga Prefecture for work. The front desk staff were friendly and provided kind, courteous service, which I really appreciated. There was free coffee and tea available at the front desk, and I was also surprised by the light meal service. The bento I chose from several options was very delicious. I’m sorry—I received a light meal ticket but forgot to use it. The Room was cleaned as thoroughly as a typical Business Hotel, and the bed was very comfortable, helping me recover from work fatigue. The Accommodation Fee felt almost too low—I’m sorry about that. I’d like to stay again when I visit Shiga. Although this was a business trip, it also felt like traveling, and I’m truly grateful. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a cottage, and the Room was comfortable with the warmth of wood and clean bedding. The meals exceeded our expectations in both quality and quantity, and we enjoyed drinks as well, making it a wonderful time—we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

It’s a small Accommodation, but the Room had an open-air bath, and the futon was wonderfully fluffy. The food was also very delicious. Our attendant was from Malaysia, and her smile was lovely—she served us wholeheartedly. Thank you very much. What concerned me was that the dishes were served a little slowly; my husband, after having some drinks, fell asleep halfway through. Also, since there are only private baths and the in-room open-air bath (no large public bath), we found ourselves watching the time when going to use the private bath. I deducted points for those reasons, but it was an Accommodation where we could relax at a leisurely pace.

Thank you for taking care of me on my solo trip. I was looking for an Accommodation where I could quietly relax and fully enjoy the Onsen and meals, so I chose Jinpyokaku. Even though it was a hot season, there was plenty of greenery, and the Room was clean, quiet, and truly private. It was extremely comfortable. In particular, the in-room semi-open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water available anytime was outstanding. On the charming walkway to the dining area, I felt soothed by the courtyard while listening to the evening cicadas— a nostalgic feeling that’s hard to put into words. Dinner was served in a private room, and every dish brought out the best of each ingredient—I even found myself thinking how delicious vegetables can be. The shabu-shabu was wonderful as expected, and the deep-fried cod coated with buckwheat groats was especially delicious. The portions were more than enough, and I also really enjoyed the local beer. Above all, what impressed me most was the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. Their manners were impeccable—almost too perfect—and their thoughtful care made me feel truly grateful. I wanted to rest both mind and body, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything. Thank you very much.

I love hotel stays and have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but this Hotel was exceptional. In particular, the views of Mt. Yotei from the Room and the large public bath, as well as the sea of clouds I saw from the rooftop early in the morning, were breathtaking. It seemed there were only a few guests during my stay, so I was able to use both the fitness gym and the large public bath almost privately. The gym had Pilates machines and state-of-the-art equipment, which made working out even better. The shampoo and conditioner in the large public bath had a lovely scent and were very relaxing. I was also happy that the hair dryer was a Dyson product. Breakfast was served as a set course with a choice of Japanese or Western options. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. During my stay I caused some trouble by accident, but every staff member responded with great kindness—thank you very much. Personally, I loved the Room’s color scheme and interior design; it really lifted my mood. If I visit Niseko again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The meals were full of surprises. The seafood selection was outstanding and incredibly delicious. Breakfast was particularly memorable as it included sushi, which was a first for me. It featured luxurious items like fatty tuna, sea urchin, scallops, and angel shrimp—exceptional for a morning meal. The simmered tuna head was also delightful. The baths were all private with no time limits, allowing us to fully enjoy the Onsen experience. This is an Onsen accommodation worth revisiting!

We chose this vacation house in the Maoi area of Naganuma Town to get away from the city noise, relax in nature, and recharge. It had already been featured by various people on YouTube, so it fully lived up to our expectations. All we could hear were birdsong, insects, and the wind. Just watching the sky change—from sunset to twilight, a sky full of stars, and then dawn—made all our worries fade away. We stayed at Maoiq konfort, designed around a Scandinavian interior concept. The Louis Poulsen pendant lights in the double-height space were beautiful as they reflected again and again in the glass against the sunset sky. For me, unlike a Hotel stay, there’s simply no alternative to a vacation house where you can spend time privately and peacefully without anyone disturbing you—so I don’t mind a small difference in cost. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Below are a few points that I felt would make it even better, from my perspective working in architecture and interiors: I would have liked an interior roller blind since the entrance door is glass. Similarly, vertical blinds on the living-room windows facing the double-height space would be helpful. It would be best if there were dimmer circuits for the lighting switches. I’d prefer outlets by the bed to be on the center side; there was nowhere convenient to place my phone while charging. The bedside light is positioned too high and falls into your line of sight when lying down. If Scandinavian design is truly the concept, I’d like to see floor or table lamps added. I wanted lower-level lighting overall. (Downlights on the double-height ceiling don’t feel necessary.) To enjoy stargazing at night, I wanted an on/off switch for the lighting that illuminates the white birch trunks across from the terrace. A luggage rack would be appreciated—I didn’t want to bring dirty suitcase wheels indoors.

We stayed as a group of four, including my wife and parents. The charm and elegance of this building, designated as a city cultural property, were truly remarkable, and my parents were very pleased. I even wondered how such an environment could be provided while maintaining profitability. Here are some thoughts: 〇 Highlights - My parents found the traditional-style house nostalgic and reminisced about the past. I felt it would be great for elderly guests to stay here. Once inside (except for the twin bedroom and detached bathroom), there are no steps, making it comfortable for older adults. - The distance from Obi Castle was perfect; we enjoyed walks both in the evening and morning. The walking paths had a lovely atmosphere. - The garden was beautiful, and opening the window in the detached bathroom created a pleasant semi-open-air experience (though it's not an Onsen; bath salts might be nice). We also appreciated having Yoguruppe available. - The dining area featured delicious craft beer and shochu highball on tap, along with other drinks and snacks. As a fan of shochu highball myself, I was delighted (and drank too much). 〇 Areas for Improvement - The front door and toilet doors were stiff to open or close for elderly guests. It would be helpful if they could operate with less force. - While the outdoor stone stairs (9 steps) had small rises, the wooden entrance stairs (5 steps) had larger rises that seemed slippery—challenging for older adults with weaker legs or balance issues. We appreciated being advised beforehand about entering through the back door instead; however, even there were some steps without handrails that required caution. Adjustments to reduce step height would greatly benefit elderly visitors. - Due to low airtightness in parts of this historic building during pollen season, certain areas indoors (like desks in earthen-floored rooms or parts of hallway walls) felt slightly dusty. The town of Obi itself is wonderful but staying at this accommodation alone made our trip worthwhile—it was an exceptional experience! We look forward to staying here again when visiting Obi in the future. Thank you very much!

I stayed for three nights. During the day, I enjoyed looking at the sea, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the Room. At night, I was soothed by the starry sky. Although the pool lights remained on at night and made it a bit hard to see clearly, I was still amazed by the breathtaking view of a star-filled sky with even the Milky Way visible. The large windows reaching up to the ceiling offered a stunning view of Miyako's beautiful sea. The Room felt spacious and open; despite being fully booked during my stay, it was quiet throughout (which was great since some Reviews mentioned noise from other guests). The barbecue dinner was delicious, and having complimentary drinks in the refrigerator replenished daily was greatly appreciated!

We stayed with our dog and our family of four. We were moved to see wild deer on the way there. For our small dog, the step up to the sofa was a bit concerning. Having to lay out the futons ourselves on the tatami was a little inconvenient. The pillows were too high for us. The terrace was very pleasant, and our dog happily played on the lawn. Next time, we’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and relax at a slower pace.

The shower room and toilet were clean, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

I often stay at APA Hotel, and this time I visited APA Hotel Nagoya Sakae Higashi! The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, it’s very close to APA Hotel Sakae, so I sometimes go to the wrong one. Even though it was my mistake, the front desk staff at Sakae kindly guided me again, and I really appreciate it. I’ll be more careful next time so I don’t mix them up. Thank you as always!

I didn't expect more than an ordinary business hotel given its location slightly away from the bustling area of Kanda Station and the scale of the building, but I was completely pleasantly surprised. The check-in and check-out at the manned counter and the card security elevator offered cost performance beyond my expectations. The room was clean, and the amenities were more than sufficient for this class. I will use it again. The location, within walking distance to Otemachi Station, is also noteworthy.

About a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station, with a convenience store right next door. Despite the location, it was very quiet and I slept well. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. When I stopped by early in the morning before check-in to leave my suitcase, they gladly took it. At check-in, they already knew about my scheduled luggage delivery pickup Reservation and proactively confirmed it with me—I had forgotten, so that really helped. Breakfast was nothing special, to be honest. As expected, the Room is small. You’ll need to open a large suitcase on the bed; a carry-on can barely be opened on the floor. In the Hollywood Twin Room, it was a bit hard to get to the bathroom from the window side (in a funny way). Most other guests were business travelers and Western families overall, and everything was clean and comfortable.
