The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and we could see the ocean from our Room, which made it very relaxing. We stayed with our elderly dog, so we may have caused some inconvenience, but they were kind to us until the end. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

The Room was bright with a great view, spacious and clean—an extraordinary, non-everyday space that truly made us feel we were on a trip. It was an east-facing Room where we could even see the sunrise. The bath was also very relaxing! The meals were excellent as well, especially the sashimi. We stayed three nights at Hotels of a similar or higher level, but this Accommodation gave us the highest overall satisfaction. The coffee served at breakfast was also a much-appreciated service. When we visit Beppu again, we would definitely like to stay here. To maintain good service, it felt like efforts are being made to reduce costs in areas such as amenities. That is completely understandable given the current circumstances, however, not having towels or cups prepared for children was inconvenient, so we would like to see this improved.

Choose a Hotel near the cable car entrance to the Alpine Route—it's surprisingly close, so we were able to depart at a relaxed pace.

My child wanted to see Mt. Fuji, so we chose this place because you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji even from the Room. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we could only see Mt. Fuji on the morning of the second day, but we were happy to catch even a glimpse—it made the trip from Osaka worthwhile, and the kids were delighted. Just like the Reviews said, it was a very clean and lovely Room, with stylish amenity sets, complimentary drinks and chiffon cake, and all of the staff were friendly and kind—our whole family loved it so much that we’d like to come back every year. We ate on the terrace while looking at Mt. Fuji, and enjoyed fireworks at night—our children made wonderful summer vacation memories.

This is the best Hotel our family has been using for three generations! We live nearby, but we still choose to stay here. Even though it was a busy season, I was truly impressed that you kindly accommodated our same-day requests to set up a baby guard and arrange a birthday surprise. Every time, the meals are delicious, the Facility and Onsen are spotless and well maintained, and the cleaning is thorough. The staff are always wonderful as well—everything is perfect every visit! It’s a Hotel that makes me want to work hard so we can come back again. We’ll be back!

With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

After reading the Reviews, I wasn’t sure whether to choose the Main Building or the West Building, but I’m glad I chose the Main Building because getting to the baths and meals was smooth and convenient. The Room has been renovated, and it was great that the toilet is separate. The soundproofing is also solid, and everything feels clean. Even during Obon, we were able to have breakfast without any waiting time. You can also check how crowded it is from your Room—this really is a wonderful long-established Hotel. I appreciate all the efforts being made here, and I would love to stay again.

This large 11-story resort suddenly appeared as we drove along a rural mountain road. The building was clean and didn’t feel old at all. The Japanese-Western style Room was also very practical. The Onsen is a simple hot spring, but both the indoor and outdoor baths are spacious. At the back of the large open-air bath, there were various small tubs that looked like they had bath additives in them, which was fun in its own way. Meals were served buffet-style in a large restaurant. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and there was quite a long line in front of the Western food counter. It seems great for families with children to enjoy dining, but for older guests it’s hard to eat that much and tiring to walk around, so I wished there had been a set menu option. As a Diamond member benefit, we received a full-size bottle of sparkling wine and finished it, but it was too much for just the two of us as a couple. It would have been nice if we could choose something like two cans of beer instead.

We stayed here for our family trip at the end of summer vacation. It was a special Room—the only one of its kind in the Hotel. It had the space of two Rooms plus a living area, and an exceptionally large bathroom—about the size of another Room—with a spacious bathtub where you can fully stretch out, as well as a separate shower room. The bubble-bath function had been removed, but features such as the marble flooring gave it a very luxurious feel. There were also private stairs, a ramp, and an exclusive corridor leading to this special Room, with outstanding attention to privacy. From the Room, we enjoyed breathtaking views over all of Lake Megami and the surrounding mountains. There were three large TVs, which delighted our children, and we could use the air conditioning as well, so we stayed comfortable throughout our visit. The public bath included an open-air bath and even two saunas, and the lockers were clean. From the open-air bath we could look out over Lake Megami and the mountains while relaxing in the Onsen. We enjoyed cooling off in the cold bath, watching clouds drift by, and taking our time to fully appreciate Tateshina Onsen. As it was peak season, both dinner and breakfast were buffet only; while there weren’t many items overall, each dish was truly delicious. The coffee did not seem to be freshly drip-brewed from a machine like those found at some buffets, so having a coffee machine would be nice. Next time we are very much looking forward to trying kaiseki cuisine at the basement-level restaurant as well. As an IKYU.com Diamond member benefit I requested late check-out; unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to peak season demand. Still, this is such a wonderful Hotel that we wanted to stay even longer—the Room was beautiful, spacious, and impressive in every way. Thank you also for the Diamond member gifts (a bottle of wine and souvenirs from Nagano). Since in Parking Lot No. 1 the wheelchair-priority space is shared with EV charging spaces, I think it would be better to separate them so that enough spaces can be secured to meet nighttime EV charging demand while keeping accessible parking available at all times. We arrived at 11:00 and completed check-in procedures first; the front desk staff were excellent. We requested early check-in but it wasn’t possible due to peak season; however when keys became available before 3:00 p.m., they were handed out in order of completion of procedures—so arriving early was worthwhile for us after all. We will be staying in this same Room again in the future as well; thank you in advance from our whole family for your continued hospitality. Thank you very much to all staff members.”

Since there was no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay inside until the evening, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The toilet is a little far away, but it was clean. It’s dark on the way to the bath, so a headlamp is useful to have. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious.

On my first trip to Kanazawa, I felt lucky to stay at such a wonderful Hotel. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Above all, the meals were truly delicious—I was amazed. My mother, whose birthday it was, was also very satisfied. Although our child spilled water and we caused some trouble due to picky eating, the staff handled everything with a smile, and we were truly grateful. When I visit Kanazawa again, I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for an airport trip. It’s very convenient—right off the interchange. Parking fees vary depending on how close it is to the Hotel, and even the closest lot costs only 400 yen for guests. The building has a spacious layout, with a wide lobby and hallways. It does feel a bit dated, but everything is well cleaned and pleasant. The garden and lighting fixtures have subtle Japanese touches, and I felt they’ve long been mindful of international guests. The twin Room was relatively large with plenty of space, and the amenities were sufficient, but I was disappointed that the coffee was instant. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy—I couldn’t understand why it was so loud. It’s a shame because the double windows provide great soundproofing, yet the Room itself was noisy. After waking up and no longer needing it, I turned it off. Having a FamilyMart on-site is convenient! The free shuttle bus to the airport is also extremely convenient! There are also buses to the station and Aeon Mall; I didn’t use them this time, but if I’d had more time I would have liked to go to the mall. My Room didn’t have an airport view, so next time I’d definitely like to stay in an airport-view Room—and visit the mall as well. For its size, it’s reasonably priced overall, and I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

Every time Comiket came around, I really wanted to stay here, but I could never get a Reservation and ended up booking other nearby Hotels. This time, I finally got to stay. It was close to the waiting line, and the room size and Facility were more than enough if you’re just coming back to sleep. It’s not enough to lower my rating, but there was a light layer of dust on the humidifier, so it would be good to wipe it down. I hope I can book again someday. Thank you very much.

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

Great location and very convenient. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but everything is clean and more than satisfactory. I booked a single, but the bed was quite wide (possibly upgraded by the Hotel?), making it very comfortable. Having plenty of power outlets is also surprisingly useful. I really appreciate being able to check the laundry availability in real time. Excellent value for money—this has become my go-to Hotel in Kyoto, and I’ve already made Reservations for multiple stays up to a year ahead. Next time, I’ll try a plan with meals included. I stayed here to take a certification exam. The Room was bright and had a study desk, so I was able to prepare thoroughly. While many places have dim lighting, this Room had a desk light, and the bedside light could be adjusted freely. I felt it was efficiently designed. They also upgraded me to a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, which made for a special memory. It seemed like many of the guests were international visitors, but everyone was pleasant, and I hoped they enjoyed Japan. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Buffet-style dining is common at Hotels, but I was amazed that this buffet also came with generous servings of assorted seafood. Everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. There was also a great variety of desserts, which made it even more enjoyable. That day, I went to the Tulip Festival in Yubetsu Town—after seeing the beautiful flowers, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying a wonderful meal, it became a truly memorable day.
