We had a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay here. Six of us stayed together, including our children and their spouses. From the pre-departure emails to the on-site guidance, everything was very clear, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The Facility was also kept very clean and well maintained, and we were completely satisfied in every way. We bought ingredients at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue for the first time, which was great fun. Even though it was late May, we were able to use the pool, and the rock bath accessible from the poolside was also very comfortable. One night went by in no time—we definitely want to come back for two nights next time!

We stayed with a friend’s family. As others have mentioned, not only were the views spectacular, but every detail was thoughtfully taken care of—we were impressed by the uncompromising quality throughout. The property manager was also very helpful. We enjoyed a truly high-quality stay; it was our best experience ever.

After visiting in April, we came again during summer vacation with our friends’ family. We had been hoping to return, so we waited eagerly until we could make a Reservation on the website and stayed again. This time, since it was summer vacation, we stayed after playing in the pool at nearby Forespa Daigo. We did our shopping at a supermarket and were able to relax and enjoy a fulfilling stay. There was also a washing machine (detergent is provided), which was very convenient—we washed just the bath towels we used at the pool right away. Best of all, the kids could stay up late and spend time with their friends, and unlike a Hotel Room, it’s spacious enough for them to even play hide-and-seek, so they never got bored. We’d love to stay again in another season.

Affordable, yet surprisingly spotless! When I heard it was a container house, I didn’t expect much, but the interior was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. The amenities were well stocked, and there’s a convenience store right in front, making it extremely convenient. Air conditioning is also provided, so the stay was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

We stayed with three people and one dog. The Room was very spacious, and our dog could relax comfortably. There are five dog-only Rooms, and there was a dog run in front of the Rooms. Since the number of guests is limited, we rarely ran into other dogs, which made it easy to use. For dinner, we chose a Plan that included BBQ, and the staff kindly handled the most difficult part—starting the fire—which was a big help. We were also allowed to bring additional meat and other items, but unfortunately we didn’t know that in advance. The Onsen with an open-air bath was not crowded either, so we could unwind at a leisurely pace. Around the Hotel there are few lights at night, but after driving a few minutes we were able to see a sky full of stars. Having checkout at 11:00 was also great because it let us take our time. It’s a Hotel that made us want to visit again.

I chose this Hotel because it offers Shuttle Service to the airport for an early-morning flight from Terminal 3. It was clean and functional, and I was excited to catch a glimpse of ANA planes from the Room window! The lobby also has a coffee machine and tea bags. For breakfast, you can choose either Western or Japanese options, served set-meal style. The flavors were gentle with less salt, and it was delicious!

On the morning of October 2, I was able to take time off, so I made a last-minute reservation at Karuizawa Cypress Hotel. In our family, when we go to Karuizawa, we often choose Cypress! The lounge where we can relax with tea and chat together, the large public bath with a sauna, the delicious restaurant, great value for money, and the staff are all very friendly. It was a one-night, two-day stay, but it was truly soothing and refreshing both physically and mentally. We are always very grateful to all of the staff!!

My wife wanted a buffet, so we chose this Hotel. The selection may be a bit limited, but every dish was thoughtfully prepared. The yellowtail and tuna sashimi were fresh and beautifully cut. All-you-can-eat crab and sweet shrimp were also available. At the live cooking station, they served tempura such as blackthroat seaperch, as well as Tottori beef roast beef and beef stew. What I especially enjoyed was being able to choose various ingredients to make my own individual hot pot. The Facility may feel a little dated, but if you want to enjoy the Onsen and local ingredients, this Hotel is highly recommended.

Our children love this place, and we visit almost every year; this year again we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a small mix-up with part of the dinner, but it was resolved promptly, and both the staff’s response and follow-up were excellent, so we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.

Conveniently located near the station with few steps or level changes on the way to the Hotel, making it ideal for travel; once you know the route, it’s less than a 5-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit. I stayed for only one night, but every staff member was very courteous and provided warm, hospitable service. Even though there were many other guests at check-in, I was guided smoothly without having to wait. I also really appreciated being able to store my luggage during sightseeing. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

This was my first stay. They responded quickly and courteously to my inquiries in advance. Amenities, coffee, and tea are available to pick up next to the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised that they also offered items like face masks and bath salts. However, I didn’t notice at first that the pajamas were located near the elevator, so I had to look around a bit. The separate top and bottom pajamas were very comfortable. It’s a hotel I would like to stay at again when I have the chance.

The room was spotless, the hot spring was very comfortable, and the meals were of a high standard—an extremely satisfying stay. As expected from Fufu, we could feel the same attentive care shared by Suishoen and Fufu in details such as the room lighting, the original tea in the refrigerator, and the relaxing lounge space. The ganbanyoku (hot stone spa) set beside the hot spring was deeply relaxing. In particular, there was a pillow designed to help with straight neck issues—such thoughtful attention to detail made it truly exceptional. The shop also offered a well-curated selection of tasteful items, and it was easy to browse and purchase, which is another big plus. No matter which Fufu property you stay at, the level of comfort is consistently high; whichever room you choose, you’re sure to be satisfied. Once again, I felt that the hot springs across the Fufu group are outstanding and never disappoint.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

We stay here every summer. We come for the nature of Jogasaki and the meals at this Accommodation. Every time, we enjoy outstanding kaiseki cuisine that is wonderful in both presentation and taste. This time, during dinner, a Japanese staff member kindly explained each dish in detail, which made an even better impression. We will visit again next year.

First time visiting. All the staff were kind and courteous, and check-in was quick, so we were able to get into our Room early and relax. The steak and roast beef set meal brought to our Room was very delicious. In the morning, we also enjoyed breakfast, including egg dishes such as a tasty omelet. The large public bath and open-air bath felt too hot for me. Even the indoor bath somehow felt a bit hot as well. There was also a sauna and cold plunge pool, so we were able to enjoy the Onsen. Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained, and we could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere.

The hospitality and service were excellent. Both the bath and the Room were spacious, so we could relax. It would have been nice to have amenities for women. It’s close to the Nagara River, and we were able to fully enjoy hot Gifu. Both the cormorant fishing and the fireworks were wonderful. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

Although I had originally booked a plan for a fully booked parking day, you kindly contacted me in advance to let me know a cancellation had come up and that I could use the hotel parking lot, which saved me the trouble of searching around—thank you so much. The tatami-style room was wonderful. It was compact, but the interior design and facilities made great use of the space, so it didn’t feel cramped even for two people, and we were able to stay very comfortably. If I had to mention anything, I would have loved a small mirror that could be used in the living area for makeup, and tissues in the washbasin area as well. I also appreciated that the wet areas were separated. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax with the bath salts provided at check-in. That said, I noticed black mold on the inside of the bathroom door and red mold on the floor; I would be even happier if those could be improved (they were right in my line of sight). Sorry for writing so much, but overall it was a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. I come to this area regularly for errands, and since it’s such a popular hotel, I hope I can make it my go-to place if possible. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
