Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Not only the Room, but also the bathroom and balcony were spacious, allowing us to relax at ease. The hinoki bathtub had a lovely fragrance, and the public bath was just the right size for unwinding comfortably. We enjoyed delicious offerings during afternoon tea and aperitif time, and the Western-style dinner made excellent use of quality ingredients with wonderful seasoning—every dish was satisfying. We would love to visit again just for this dining experience. Thanks to the attentive service from the staff, we truly felt this is a superb Hotel. Thank you very much.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. We arrived at Yakushima Airport at 18:25 and headed to the Hotel, and since the Shuttle Service for the sea turtle nesting observation tour was scheduled to arrive at 19:30, we were wondering what to do about dinner. They kindly prepared dinner as an easy-to-eat bento-style meal, and even offered to bring anything we couldn’t finish up to our Room—such a flexible and thoughtful response, which we truly appreciated. Also, both the view from the restaurant and from our Room were a beautiful ocean view—so stunning that we could have watched it forever if we’d had more time. It was my first time visiting Yakushima, but I was very satisfied to stay at such a wonderful Accommodation full of kindness from the very first night. I’d love to come again, and next time I’d like to stay longer and take it easy.

Ito Kowakien is a place I was taken to as a child. I visited again for the first time in 30 years, this time with my wife, and every staff member we encountered was wonderful—their smiles, their words, and their service. After returning home, it made me want to be kinder to others. Thank you for continuing to be here just as you always have. I hope to visit again on another special occasion.

This was my first stay. I stayed in a single room, and I found the layout quite interesting. It felt like the design focused on making the limited space feel as spacious as possible. The bed was made very well, and I slept soundly. If I had to mention one thing, it would be breakfast. Since this is Shunan, I thought it might be nice to include at least one local specialty on the menu—though perhaps I simply missed it. Also, there were flies in the breakfast area, which should be addressed. As it isn’t a fully enclosed space, that may be difficult. That said, all of the food served was delicious and I was satisfied. It’s great that they offer coffee jelly. The large public bath is small but functional, and I was happy with that as well. Overall, my satisfaction outweighed any concerns. When I stay in Shunan again, I would like to use this hotel again.

The other day, two of us stayed in two Rooms. The Rooms are a bit small, but both the bathroom and the Room were very clean, so we had no problems at all and enjoyed a comfortable stay. We checked in late at 11:00 PM, but the staff greeted us with a smile. It was a Hotel that felt like it offered more than its price, and we would definitely like to stay again when we visit Okayama. Unfortunately, we overslept and didn’t have time for breakfast. Next time, we definitely want to try the bento—it looked delicious. Thank you very much.

We traveled from Tokyo to match my son’s first long weekend since starting his career. On an extremely hot day, having direct access from the station made things so much easier, and the original welcome drink really hit the spot in the cool lobby with a gentle aroma. From our new and spotless Room, we couldn’t stop watching the trains filling the window—both of us were captivated. In the morning, I chose the pho from the selectable mains; even after finishing it, it was a modest portion, so I could still fully enjoy the rest of the buffet. It was a short stay, but it felt more luxurious than the price suggested. I’d love to stay again if I get another chance.

I stayed for three nights to attend an event near Naiku. Since it was my first time, I was looking for a roughly 10-story building, but it turned out to be a two-story Hotel with a fresh, different Route Inn atmosphere. The front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were all very kind and pleasant. Because it was a five-day holiday period, I was worried about parking, but the huge parking lot put me at ease—there were still open spaces even at night. On the first day, I used the free shuttle bus to Iseshi Station to visit Geku Shrine, and on the second day I drove to Naiku. Naiku also had a large riverside parking area available. The traffic restrictions and shuttle buses to the parking lots were well organized and very helpful. The breakfast venue was very crowded due to the holiday period, but everything ran smoothly. Hearing “It’s expected to be very busy” at check-in made a big difference in how I felt. There are supermarkets, coin laundries, convenience stores, an ice cream shop, and more nearby—very convenient. For dinner, an okonomiyaki restaurant close by was so good that I went two days in a row (lol). If I have another chance to visit Ise again, I would definitely stay here again. The Akafuku shaved ice was delicious too.

I stayed here on a business trip. I arrived a bit early, but the Room had already been cleaned, so I was able to check in slightly ahead of time, which made everything afterward go smoothly. The Room was spacious and clean. Thank you very much.

I stayed here during my trip. The building itself isn’t new, but the rooms and interior have been well renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was raining on the day of my stay, so I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. They also offered Niigata specialties, and everything was delicious. On rainy days it’s hard to go out, so I really appreciated being able to enjoy a satisfying meal inside the hotel. The parking lot is shared with Welcia and is very spacious. Being able to use the parking for free is another great perk. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Although it’s close to the station and right in the middle of the downtown area, it was quiet at night and I slept well. For men, there is a large public bath (limited to about 3–4 people), so you can stretch out and relax. The breakfast buffet had the same selection every day, but you can choose what you like, and it was delicious. I didn’t use the restaurant for dinner this time, but the prices were reasonable, so I’d like to try it next time. The Room was properly cleaned every day, and the pillow suited me well. It’s affordable and simple, but I’m very satisfied with the attentive service.

I don’t usually post Reviews, but I was so impressed that I had to share. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in this price range, but this was the first time the meals were this outstanding. The table was set for what looked like eight people even though it was supposed to be for four, so I assumed we’d be sharing—then it turned out it was all for just four! It was luxurious and delicious, and I was amazed. The staff’s service was also excellent: when our drinks ran low, they brought refills right away without us having to ask, and when I started thinking I’d like some rice, they asked if we’d like more. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and as someone who usually works on the service side, it felt like pure bliss. The baths were great as well—one open-air bath was especially spacious—and the Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me a little was that I couldn’t adjust the air conditioner properly during the night; otherwise everything was perfect.

You can get here from Nagaoka Station without getting wet even when it rains, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so you won’t have any trouble finding a place to eat. Above all, the price is very reasonable, so I made another Reservation. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, and while the Hotel itself doesn’t seem new, the room feels clean. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

The building is a bit old, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were good quality. I also enjoyed the breakfast. One thing: after checking in, I turned on the refrigerator and went out. When I returned, I used it for drinks and other items, but the noise bothered me all night until morning, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This Hotel is in an easy-to-find location right outside Osaka Station’s West Exit. Osaka Station is complicated and I often get lost, but this time I didn’t. It’s also right next to KITTE Osaka, where the Sky Theater is located. It was convenient for shopping and dining between shows. Perfect convenience—100 points!

Due to our schedule, we checked in late and stayed without meals this time, but we chose this property because it has four private reservable baths. Both the building and the rooms were clean, and it was even better than expected. We chose Yunishikawa without doing much research, but the two people traveling with me were also satisfied and said it was great. Next time, we plan to make a more relaxed itinerary and stay again with a meal plan—we’re already looking forward to our next trip. Thank you very much.

My husband, daughter, and I travel to Hokkaido every year, and this time we visited Jozankei Onsen for the first time. We had imagined it as an Onsen area popular with large tour groups, but this Ryokan was run by a small team and their service was outstanding. It was the first time in a while that we truly enjoyed both our stay and delicious meals at a Ryokan. Not only the Japanese staff but also the international staff were highly professional in the way they spoke and in their knowledge of the cuisine (ingredients, cooking methods, etc.), and you could clearly see how diligently they are always learning. The lounge on the second floor offered light snacks, late-night bites, and tasty drinks throughout the day, which we enjoyed after bathing. The three of us stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. We have a few minor comments about how the Room is partitioned and that there is no screen on the open-air bath window, but the free-flowing hot spring water from the source was excellent. We didn’t know there was such a Ryokan in Jozankei Onsen where individual travelers could enjoy themselves so much. We would love to visit again in another season.

I stayed for one night for an early morning flight from Haneda the next day. The Room was compact but clean and comfortable. I used the Shuttle Service to the airport the next morning, and the driver’s service was excellent. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with a child (No Meals Included), and the staff were very courteous. After walking around for sightseeing, our child was tired and in a bad mood, and I was exhausted from long-distance driving and sightseeing as well. We were able to relax and ease our fatigue in the bath, and even enjoy a snowy view from the open-air bath (as a cold wave had arrived). The scenery was wonderful, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept clean and well prepared, providing a comfortable environment to rest.

I chose this Hotel because smoking is allowed, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in upon arrival, so I didn’t have to look for a coin locker. I don’t usually eat breakfast, but it was so delicious that I’m glad I booked the plan with breakfast included. Thank you very much.
