The bath was great. It was nice to have a large public bath, which is rare for a Business Hotel. The Room was spacious compared to other Business Hotels. The breakfast buffet was average.

Due to unexpected rain, our plans were moved up, and we requested an early check-in, which was kindly accommodated. Thank you very much. The location is about a 5-minute walk from Susukino, making it ideal for exploring Sapporo on foot. The Room is equipped with a separate bath and toilet, ensuring a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying again next time!

A friend recommended this place for its Yumoto free-flowing hot spring water, and choosing it was absolutely the right decision. There was a small mix-up at check-in, but the staff handled it so graciously that I truly appreciate it. From our Room, we could see the entire Onsen Shrine across the way. The hot spring water was flawless—it warmed me to the core, and my skin feels great as well. The lobby had plenty of books, and by chance we were even able to enjoy a live performance—nothing but good things. I’d love to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was so close and convenient that I almost walked past it, thinking it might be a bit farther from the station. The Room was spacious and clean, and I’d like to stay here again.

Located next to Yamato (department store), making shopping very convenient. There are also many delicious restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have trouble finding great food. Parking is available right next door. The room is compact but clean and tidy. With affordable prices and excellent value for money, this accommodation is my go-to choice whenever I visit Kanazawa.

This is a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. I was very satisfied with the Facilities, including the cafe hours, the large public bath, and the sauna, and my stay was pleasant. Although I also stay at luxury Hotels, this Hotel—especially thanks to the staff—stood out as truly considerate and welcoming for guests. I also appreciate how you handled an unexpected incident. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

This was my first time staying here with friends. At check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel at ease. The exterior and hallways felt a bit dated, but the Room had been renovated and was very clean and stylish. The view was great too, making our trip even more enjoyable. I didn’t use the bath, so I’m giving it 3 stars, but the shower room was also very clean. A friend accidentally left something important in the car and we suddenly needed to mail it out. When we asked at the front desk, they kindly lent us an envelope and glue (which we were planning to buy at a convenience store) and handled everything quickly—this really helped us a lot. When I was heating up some corn we received in the microwave, a staff member brought over a plate saying, “Would you like to use this?” There were many moments like this where we felt their thoughtful attention to detail. This is a Hotel I would definitely recommend to everyone. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.

I stayed for 3 nights while visiting my hometown. The Facility is old, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast and happy hour services were excellent. All the staff were kind, courteous, and had wonderful smiles. I will definitely stay here again.

I suddenly felt like visiting Matsushima and started looking for Accommodation, but everywhere was pricey. The more affordable places had reviews that were, well, what you’d expect… Since my stay was short, I thought I didn’t need to do much sightseeing—then I found this place. A “Room assigned on arrival” Plan with crab at this price? Is that really okay? I arrived feeling both excited and a bit anxious, but it exceeded my expectations by far. The staff were wonderful, and even though it’s a two-story building, there’s an elevator. When I got to my Room (by chance), it was a twin room with double beds. Spacious! Clean! Beautiful! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff’s attentive check-ins were also appreciated. I finished all the crab without thinking about anything else. I noticed a framed certificate on the wall—it wasn’t quite a standard chef’s license… Turns out they’re actually an instructor who trains chefs. No wonder everything tasted so good… In the large public bath, I ended up chatting with other guests about how great this Accommodation is. If there’s one thing I’d like to mention: The small stones laid in the reclining bath area of the large public bath have come loose, and it hurt when I stepped on them—please improve this before my next visit.

This was my second stay. The property was thoroughly cleaned, and the building was new and spotless. In particular, the front desk service was excellent, and the staff were well trained. It is a Hotel I am glad I stayed at. I plan to Reserve again for a third stay.

Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, with a simple but well-chosen selection, and everything was delicious. For dinner, the only fruit was melon—luxuriously so—meaning all-you-can-eat melon. There were cakes too, but I liked the simplicity of having just melon. As you’d expect from an Onsen Ryokan, the Onsen itself was solid and enjoyable. The cold bath felt extremely cold in the evening—around the low teens °C by feel—and in the morning it seemed closer to about 20°C; it might be just right for sauna fans who like very cold water.

My arrival was about an hour later than planned, around 11:00 PM, but the staff kindly guided me to the parking lot and I was able to park in the back. The parking area is a bit narrow, but I thought it might be easier to park if the grass were trimmed so you could back up a little more. Since I arrived late, I just needed a place to sleep, but I made a Reservation because I wanted a good breakfast. Being able to bake my own waffle and eat it fresh was delicious! There weren’t many items, but it was satisfying. They also managed breakfast hours well so it wouldn’t get crowded, and they gave me a tag with my preferred time. There were seats available and the food never ran out, which was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again next time.

Although the weather wasn’t great, we were able to enjoy a BBQ and a campfire thanks to the covered area. Bringing our own items was allowed, so we brought alcohol without hesitation—even glass wine glasses. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi’s automatic hot-water filling function to work properly. The staff showed us how to use the projector. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask for help—you’ll enjoy your stay even more.

The night view from the bar on the Hotel’s rooftop is wonderful. As it also serves as the breakfast venue, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Kasumigaura reflected in the morning glow.

I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in later than planned. They told me they would explain where the parking lot was at check-in, and their directions were very detailed, so it was easy to find. There is a small step, so you need a bit of momentum to park. Kei cars cost 430 yen. I made a Reservation for a windowless single Room, but they kindly prepared what seemed like a semi-double bed instead—and it even had a window. At the front desk, you receive a toothbrush and a gown to sleep in. There is no makeup remover, toner, comb, or tea. However, the Room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Slippers were provided. The TV was probably around 65 inches, and there were 22 power outlets available. Since there is only one light in the Room, bringing the table under it makes it possible to write or do desk work. I later found out that you can borrow a desk lamp. At night, I could hear the neighboring guest snoring from behind the TV area. For breakfast coffee, each cup was brewed with a De’Longhi coffee machine. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly. There were roll buns (plain and raisin), but nothing in particular to put on them; warming them slightly in the microwave in the hallway made them taste great. The front desk staff were also excellent and greeted me every time I went down to the first floor. At this price point, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here the night before because I had errands for my child. Next door there’s Bamiyan and Gusto, and nearby there are a 7-Eleven, Yoshinoya, Sukiya, Cocochi, MOS Burger, and a ramen shop. For one night with two guests, you receive two frozen-meal vouchers at check-in. You can choose from mapo eggplant bento, meatball bento, curry, meat sauce pasta, or yaki udon. The free drink corner offers coffee only, but the machine brews each cup by drip and felt quite authentic. Amenities are next to the front desk; you take what you need yourself. The sleepwear was a gown type. Earplugs were also available. I don’t smoke, but the smoking area is outdoors. If it rains, you’ll likely need an umbrella to smoke. Parking right in front of the Room is very convenient. Check-out was easy too—just drop the card-style room key into the post box outside the front desk and leave. Once inside the Room it’s so comfortable you forget you’re in a container unit; however, because the window is small and doesn’t open much, there was a slight lack-of-ventilation smell in the Room. Since there’s an air purifier provided, it may be best to run it on full power. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, foaming face & hand wash (foam), bath towels, and face towels. Inside the Room there were about five hangers; TV channels were terrestrial digital only. Wi‑Fi is also available. I avoided an “issue” Room type (“wake ari”), so there was no vibration or noise for me at all. At Bamiyan next door I sat at a seat closest to Route 1 (the main road), and it shook like an earthquake every time a truck passed—so I’m glad I chose a non-“wake ari” Room along the road side as well. It’s casual and inexpensive, so I’d like to use other Hotel R9 locations in other areas again if I have the chance."""

This was our second stay, following last year, for our once-a-year family trip—one of the biggest events of the year for us. The kids, grandma, and we were all satisfied again this year. The children even asked to come back here again next year. The Hotel staff are kind, and the building is designed to be easy for seniors to get around, so it’s an Accommodation we can bring them to with peace of mind. We’d love to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything—the building, location, service, and meals—was outstanding. They took photos for the birthday celebration and later gave us printed copies, which I’ve never experienced elsewhere; it felt like an especially thoughtful service. I love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, including luxury properties such as The Ritz-Carlton, Hoshinoya, and Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto, but this was wonderful enough to rank in my personal top five.
