Thank you for your continued support. This is an Accommodation my mother loves, and we have stayed here many times after visiting our family grave in Kyoto. The staff are always wonderful, and although I make the Reservation on her behalf, I ask for various requests each time. After her stay, when I asked how the Accommodation was, she happily told me that this time she enjoyed all of the women’s baths. It seems she was also able to fully relax and enjoy the private open-air bath. We are grateful every time for the thoughtful care shown by your staff. We have a Reservation at year-end as well, and we would appreciate your kind attention to my parents again then.

The staff were truly wonderful. Their kindness, warmth, and cheerful greetings made us feel at ease. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was clean, and there were attentive staff watching over it, so we felt safe letting the children enjoy it. Breakfast was delicious, and the lounge had a great atmosphere. The value for money was excellent as well. We honestly found ourselves hoping it won’t become too popular and too expensive in the future. Our group was 7 people in total: our son and his wife, three young grandchildren, and an elderly couple. Everyone said, “It was great!” Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our three-night stay.

Just as the title says. This was a family trip mainly for Kamogawa Sea World, and we were truly satisfied with everything—the service, the Onsen Facility, and the location. If I had to mention just one thing, the pool on the rooftop with an outstanding view would have been even better if it were a bit larger.

As we did last year, we visited again during the summer holidays this year. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and we were able to spend a truly pleasant time. The kids’ events unique to the summer holidays were also fantastic. The meals and baths were flawless. Thank you for a stay that made us want to come back again!

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and everything was so wonderful that I didn’t want to leave. You provided a spacious Room, which made remote work very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast, complimentary service drinks, and coffee were all delicious, and I looked forward to them every day. I also used the Onsen and laundry services, and every Facility was easy to use and truly great. All staff members were courteous and thoughtful in every way, including when I asked for a taxi—thank you for taking such great care of me. I have already made another Reservation for three nights in late August as a repeat stay. This has become my favorite place so far—I would like to stay here whenever I visit Osaka in the future. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

This was our second stay, following our visit in January. There are many Hotels in Kyoto I’d like to try, but when traveling with our 18-month-old child, we haven’t found any Hotel with better conditions than Potel. The playroom is spacious enough for a child to run around a bit, and it has a wooden ball pit and a picture-book corner. The breakfast menu is excellent and easy to share even for a baby in the later weaning stage. The Room size is great, the staff are kind to children, and the location—close to Kyoto Aquarium, the Kyoto Railway Museum, and Umekoji Park—is perfect. Everything is outstanding! On this stay, we were also happy that the alcohol service hours had been extended. We also appreciated being able to enjoy the breakfast buffet not only at the breakfast venue but in our Room as well, which made it easier to match our child’s eating pace.

I stayed here for the first time during my birthday month to visit USJ. I stayed in a park-view Room on the 13th floor, and the view was wonderful. The Room was also very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I was also very happy with the thoughtful birthday card. It’s close to USJ, and there were Minions decorations throughout the Hotel, which made me excited from the moment I arrived. After a full day of fun and coming back to the Hotel, I could relax and recover in the bath. I especially appreciated that there was a chair provided and that I could enjoy a bubble bath as well. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I also had breakfast, and it was a varied buffet—everything was delicious and enjoyable. It’s a truly wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed at Fugaku Gunjo as a couple during a summer holiday we were able to take at short notice. Away from the bustle of everyday life, we were able to spend unhurried time together in a quiet setting. Even though it was a short stay, it felt deeply fulfilling. Although we were blessed with clear weather on the day of our stay, the typical summer haze meant we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly during the daytime. Then, around 6:00 the next morning, I happened to glance outside and there it was—Mt. Fuji standing out in crisp detail. Its powerful, beautiful summer presence—so different from its snow-capped 모습—left a lasting impression. Listening to cicadas, simply taking in the view and enjoying time doing nothing. Even moments when we would normally keep ourselves busy felt like a luxury here. It was an experience unique to Fugaku Gunjo, where only the sounds of nature blend into the stillness. The dining was also exceptional. The French kaiseki dinner showcased each ingredient with great care, and every course was a pleasure. Japanese and French elements came together naturally, creating refined dishes that remained enjoyable through to the end. Breakfast was equally memorable. The rice cooked in a traditional pot was truly delicious—we realized we had finished every last bite between us without even noticing. We also learned that some of their rice and vegetables are grown on their own farm, and we were impressed by how seriously this Accommodation values its ingredients from the very source. Not just presentation but attention to these details is what elevates the entire stay. What especially stayed with us this time was the hospitality of all staff members. From Shuttle Service to check-in and dining, everyone we met was friendly and welcoming with genuine smiles—and their sense of distance felt perfectly comfortable as well. Their warm hospitality never felt formal or scripted; it put us at ease again and again throughout our stay. Though it was only one night and two days, everything from arrival to departure felt consistently pleasant. Beyond the spectacular views, beautiful rooms, and wonderful food—from growing ingredients on their own farm to thoughtful attentiveness by staff—you can feel careful dedication throughout this Accommodation. Looking back on this trip, it feels less like “an Accommodation you stay at for sightseeing somewhere else,” and more like “a place you travel for in order to spend time here.” Next time, we’d love to visit in another season—and enjoy a trip where staying at Fugaku Gunjo itself is our main purpose once again as a couple.

We stayed here for a 60th-birthday trip with friends from high school. First, we were welcomed with a cart ride from the parking lot to the front desk. The cart climbs a steep slope, and it felt so unique and exciting. The meal was excellent—especially the spiny lobster dishes and the mixed rice. For the mixed rice we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls for us, and we enjoyed them in our Room. It happened to be an open day for the cave bar, and we were told it was fine to just take a look, so we made a Reservation. It was a wonderful bar with a great atmosphere. They had prepared hors d’oeuvres as well, but since we had already enjoyed a full dinner and opened a bottle of wine, we only toured it briefly before leaving. Unfortunately it was cloudy, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the views from the lobby and our Room were open and truly beautiful. We also relaxed comfortably in the bath in our Room. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again. This may have been unusual on the day we stayed, but there were so many young couples that it felt a bit overwhelming. My friend often stays here with her mother in her 80s and hadn’t mentioned that it’s mostly younger guests—so perhaps it was just by chance.

The Room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The night view is wonderful, and on a clear morning, the cityscape and sea of Kitakyushu seen through the large windows feel truly refreshing. The balance between modern conveniences like self check-in and the timeless sense of luxury is very comfortable, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Kokura next time. Of course, the staff were also cheerful and kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perhaps because it hasn’t been long since the renovation, the Room was spacious and spotless, and the Facility offerings were excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. The lounge service also had a great selection of Akita’s renowned sake, making for a truly luxurious time. Breakfast was another highlight—I could fully enjoy Akita specialties, to the point that I didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance to visit Akita.

We stayed for one night starting on 7/29! It was just my son and me, and right after we arrived there were kid-friendly activities prepared—shaved ice and stencil-cutting—so we really enjoyed them together. After that we moved to our Room, and both of us were impressed by how spacious and clean it was. We didn’t use the Onsen in the Room, but the semi-private open-air bath felt almost like having it to ourselves, so I ended up going in three times during our stay (lol). After arriving, we took our time relaxing while visiting the different lounges. Dinner had slightly different menus for adults and children, but they were mostly the same, which made my son very happy. All drinks in the Room were included in the price as well, so we enjoyed a relaxed evening drink together with the provided beer and juice. Breakfast had an amazing variety of sides to go with rice—I could have eaten endless bowls. It was also great that refills of miso soup were available. Since it’s located up in the mountains, the view is incredible. This was our last day after traveling around various Hotels, and we had such a wonderful time that I genuinely felt sad to leave. The staff were also exceptionally polite and attentive—truly excellent service. Next time I’d like to come back with my wife.

All staff were pleasant overall, and the check-in explanations were detailed and courteous, so I had no trouble during my stay. This time I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast side dishes had a good variety with some changes each morning, so I enjoyed it without getting bored. As for the Room, on the first day we were assigned one at the hotel’s discretion; it was a twin Room with plenty of space. The second day’s Room (single) was simple but more than sufficient, very clean, and comfortable. It was also great that each Room has its own air conditioner, making the environment comfortable throughout. The only downside is that getting around by elevator can take time, so it’s best to allow extra time when moving around. In addition to the in-room bath, there is a large public bath on the top floor with panoramic city views, as well as an open-air bath, which made for a very relaxing experience. There are also good restaurants nearby, so unless there is heavy rain or similar weather, you shouldn’t feel inconvenienced. There are many affiliated parking lots nearby; if you park at places like Yodobashi Parking, you can choose covered parking as well, which made driving there feel reassuring.

This is our fourth stay, and everything—the staff, the meals, and the cleanliness of the Room—is outstanding. Whenever we come to Awaji, this is the only place we want to stay, so we will continue to choose this Accommodation. We have a dog, and they are very welcoming. It’s also a quiet environment where we can’t hear other dogs, so both our dog and we can relax with peace of mind. Having an on-site dog run is also a big help. The meals are exciting every time—carefully crafted course dishes that truly impress us. The staff are kind as well, and we always have a pleasant stay. We always say, “Let’s stay here again next time!” We’ll be back again.

We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

The breakfast was delicious. Everything was kept very clean, and bath salts were provided. The drip coffee was also excellent. The amenities, such as facial toner, were of good quality for the price, and overall it felt like great attention to detail throughout. Thank you very much.

Thank you for having me for one night. Not because I’m a senior, but when choosing a Hotel, having a large bath is an important requirement for me. Just like in Sapporo, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant bath. This trip wasn’t specifically to visit Sendai, but next time I’d like to plan an itinerary that includes staying at this Hotel again. Also, three hours after checkout I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and when I returned your staff handled it properly and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you very much.

All of the staff were very friendly and provided attentive hospitality. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, making our trip truly wonderful.

The refrigerator doesn’t come with an ice tray, but we were able to get ice, so it wasn’t a problem. The towels feel great on the skin, and the tissues are soft, which made me happy every time I used them. The bathroom is also stress-free because the shower curtain is very easy to use. The only thing I’d like improved is that the shower head tends to move on its own. All of the staff provided very polite service. It would be better to ensure that the order of guests waiting for check-in does not change, as guests may be waiting for various reasons.

I wanted to wear a kimono with my friends, so having a Room where we could step onto the floor was very helpful. Also, the front desk kindly stored our luggage and called a taxi for us when we were leaving, so I’m truly glad we stayed here. Thank you very much.
