I stayed for two nights and three days on my first trip to Izumo Taisha with my mother. From the warm welcome to the guidance throughout our stay, everyone was very kind. There were many types of baths, all thoroughly cleaned and spotless. We were happy to find ice cream at night and a dairy drink available in the morning. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a wide variety of options. Everything was delicious—I honestly felt like staying for a whole week (lol). After dinner, they also provided caffeine-free tea and more; their thoughtful hospitality truly warmed our hearts. Everything about this place was wonderful. They even arranged a taxi for us. The room was very clean, and since my mother loves coffee, she was thrilled that there was a coffee set (with beans) in the room. It was an incredibly fulfilling three days and became the best memory for both of us. Thank you so much to all the staff members. When we come back to Izumo, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. After letting the hotel know in advance, everyone was so kind, and they even prepared a celebratory card in our room. I was truly happy, and it became a wonderful birthday memory. The room was very clean, and above all, the runway view was amazing. My husband, who loves airplanes, of course enjoyed it, but I also loved spending relaxing time in the room watching planes. Being able to calmly watch aircraft take off and land from so close felt like a real luxury. The bathroom facilities were also easy to use, and having the sink area, toilet, and bath all separated was very comfortable. As I am pregnant, it made the stay especially easy for me as well, and I could rest properly at the hotel. The amenities were well stocked, and I was glad they provided bath salts. The separate pajama set was also convenient, and we could really feel the thoughtful touches that made everything comfortable. The entire hotel was quiet, so we slept well at night. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious—especially fun was being able to make our own zenzai using Eitaro sweet red bean paste. It added a little special feeling to the morning. I think this is a great hotel not only for an overnight stay before or after using Haneda Airport or for aviation fans, but also for anyone who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about planes yet would enjoy relaxing while looking out over the runway. I’m truly glad we chose this hotel for such an important day—my husband’s birthday. Thanks to their warm hospitality, it became a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to visit again.

As on my previous stay, I was delighted to find this place so comfortable and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and my overall satisfaction increased even more. We chose the residence-type option to find a Room with flooring where our family member with limited mobility could stay barefoot, and it was very comfortable. It was helpful to have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware for a stay of several days, and the bed was also very comfortable. We were satisfied with the kind support for our inquiries, including installing the bed guard we requested in advance.

During Silver Week, my family of four stayed for four nights in a Grand Premier Floor Room. The view from the top floor was truly breathtaking, and the blue ocean was so soothing. Every day we went snorkeling and swam with sea turtles, and with delicious meals as well, it was a very satisfying trip. The dining options were also excellent, including a wonderful new Italian restaurant and a Japanese-Ryukyu fusion restaurant. It’s the kind of place that makes you think, “This is where we’ll stay again” when visiting Miyakojima.

As it was my birthday month, I chose a room with lounge access at this hotel for the first time. Thank you very much for the birthday gift. The room had a separate bath and toilet, and both the layout and the bed were excellent. The view from the window was also very relaxing. The lounge was comfortable, and we really enjoyed a wide variety of drinks, including alcohol. My husband was delighted. Everything served in the lounge was delicious—especially the omelet, French toast, and rice balls at breakfast; they were outstanding. All of the staff were wonderful as well, and I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

I regularly visit hotel lounges, and my wife said it was the first time she wanted to come back again. The meals were delicious, and they even made cocktails for us—everything was taken care of. At the nightcap, I was surprised they served motsunabe hot pot. It’s rare to get something that substantial at a nightcap, and it was excellent. The hospitality was outstanding as well. The staff spoke to us with just the right sense of distance, which felt very comfortable. The fitness center is open 24 hours, so I used it many times. One thing to note: the B3 parking lot is a mechanical parking system, which I’m not used to. I almost opened the trunk and hit something by mistake, so I’ll be more careful next time.

It’s a new, bright, and spotless hotel. Because it’s close to the Shimanami Kaido, there were many overseas (Western) cyclists, and when I was enjoying the free beer in the lounge, it almost felt like being abroad. From the large public bath and from my room, I had a beautiful view of Imabari Castle and the sunrise. It wasn’t a hot spring, which was a bit disappointing, but when I went in it felt like I had it all to myself. I was amazed by breakfast—far more variety and quality than I expected! I wanted to try more, but I was too full and had to give up. When I contacted a local car rental company on site, they provided shuttle service to the hotel, so it was affordable and very convenient.

We stayed for one night on the dog-friendly Plan with dinner and breakfast included. Both the seafood hot pot and breakfast were delicious. The seafood hot pot portion was a bit small, so if you have a big appetite, I recommend bringing extra ingredients. For breakfast, the made-to-order omelet and French toast from the live kitchen were especially good. The bath area had fewer washing stations than expected, so you may have to wait during busy times. The shower was easy to use (adjustable water pressure and it didn’t shut off automatically), and the ReFa hair dryer dried even long hair quickly. There were also a pool and table tennis in the building, plus board games available to borrow for in-Room play—our child loved them. The Room felt like a luxury apartment model unit, with the bedroom clearly separated from the living/dining/kitchen area, so we could relax without worrying even after our child fell asleep. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch it on the TV. That said, it’s hard to ignore that some detailed cleaning in the Room seemed insufficient—especially how dirty the air conditioner and ventilation fan were, which was disappointing. The air conditioner had heavy blackish stains that looked like mold not only inside but also on the exterior. The ventilation filters in the changing area and toilet were packed with dust, which was shocking. Also, while the bathroom and kitchen areas were kept clean overall, limescale hadn’t been fully removed from the small sink installed in the toilet. Dog amenities were well stocked overall, making this Accommodation great value for money and one we’d like to stay at again—but because both the air conditioner and vents were truly dirty, I hope they will be thoroughly cleaned before our next visit.

We visited as two women this time. A dedicated staff member was assigned to us and took care of us both in our room and during meals. We were amazed by the attentive service. They explained each dish at just the right moments without interrupting our conversation, and even kindly made rice we couldn’t finish into onigiri—thoughtful touches that are hard to come by. The food was outstanding, easily among the top one or two meals we’ve had at any ryokan. Every staff member we passed in the building greeted us and added a few warm words as well, which truly impressed us. What a comfortable place this is. We recommended it to our family that very day. As we were leaving, a staff member who was cleaning said, “We look forward to welcoming you again.” Although we travel often, it was the first time anyone had said that to us—and it really moved us. This is a wonderful inn where training and hospitality reach every detail. You can feel that everyone works from the guest’s perspective, and thanks to that we had a truly pleasant stay. We will definitely visit again—not just Hiroshima, but Arimoto specifically. It was such a lovely day. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

I chose Haiya as my Accommodation in Awara Onsen for the first time in a year. I still remembered the layout and traditional furnishings of my previous Room (Iwashimizu), so I decided to stay here again. This time, my Room was “Choyo,” and I also loved its classic, traditional atmosphere. Best of all, the Room had an open-air bath, so I could relax and soak at my own pace and enjoy a different feel from the large public bath. As before, the meals featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients, including Wakasa beef, which I was able to savor fully. The many dishes served in tableware that evoked an autumn ambiance also showed the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. I really like Haiya’s calm, high-quality atmosphere, and I plan to stay here again when I visit Awara Onsen next time.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

We stayed right after the Obon holidays. Because we made our Reservation early, we got a great deal—and since it was less crowded after Obon, the staff kindly accommodated our requests. With its convenient location right in front of the station, our whole family had a comfortable stay. The price, service, and location were all excellent, so it felt like great value for money.

Incredibly affordable! Top floor. Great value for the price. Coffee machine available. Bottled water provided. Breakfast was good, too. I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. However, the hot water doesn’t stop automatically, so it almost overflowed before I noticed. If that could be improved, it would be perfect.

I visited for a day trip. The staff were very friendly. It was in a quiet location, a little away from the Onsen town. I arrived by car about an hour early, so I went shopping in the Onsen town about a 12-minute walk away, and they picked me up by car at the tourist information center. It was raining, so I really appreciated being picked up even though it was just a day trip. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to stay overnight.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I had some business in Nasu and ended up traveling alone on short notice, so I stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and felt comfortable even for a solo traveler. The price was reasonable as well. If you’re coming by car, I recommend checking in while it’s still light out.
