The approach to the Hotel was a bit hard to find, and when I reached the lobby and saw the small front desk, I wondered if I had made a mistake with my Reservation. We stayed as a group of five and booked two Rooms—a triple and a twin—but the triple Room was especially small. Those were my only concerns. However, the Rooms were very clean—everything was spotless and well maintained. The small Room size was made up for by the large public bath, and above all, we were extremely satisfied with how delicious breakfast was! Beautiful presentation, great seasoning, and breakfast in a quiet space without any noise or bustle!! Everyone was very happy. If I have friends planning to visit Kanazawa next time, I will definitely recommend it. I think it’s a high-quality Hotel that exceeds its price. Please give it a try!

We stayed at the Tachibana Clan Residence. The building, the garden, the meals, and above all the heartfelt hospitality were wonderful, making this a truly memorable trip. We were able to fully appreciate the history of the Tachibana clan and enjoy views of the pine garden from the grand hall where the lord once sat. I’m sure that even people 100 years from now will be moved just as we were. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we stayed with my elderly mother. We thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel dinner and the Japanese breakfast. We were also able to relax comfortably in the barrier-free private open-air bath. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

It was my first stay in Koriyama in 20 years, and I was able to relax thanks to the convenient location near the station and the well-equipped Facility, including a large public bath. The ice cream and Yakult available in the bath area were a wonderful touch, and the late-night ramen was delicious as well. After checkout, I enjoyed coffee at the front desk at my leisure, and I truly appreciated that everyone at reception kindly let me take a break without saying anything. It’s a Hotel where even small, thoughtful services feel comforting. I’d definitely like to stay again.

With reasonable rates, the facilities, service, and meals were all excellent. My grandchild who stayed with me also seemed to like it, so I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed here for hiking in Yuzawa in early autumn. It is located between Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the ropeway, which was very convenient for us as we were using public transportation. Since we were traveling with a small child, the Plan that guarantees meals in a private dining room was the deciding factor. We were able to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in a while without worrying about those around us. The staff were also kind and attentive to our child. There are two baths each for men and women, and they switch between morning and evening, so it was great to be able to try different ones. One disappointment was that dust had accumulated on the hair dryer in our Room. We also appreciated the warm consideration, such as providing children’s toys even for the in-room bath.

The building is beautifully maintained, and I was truly moved by its smart design that still feels warm with natural wood. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed having plenty of both fish and meat. The Hotel staff were always smiling, and it was a pleasure communicating with them. I came for lunch five years ago and had been dreaming of staying here ever since—my wish finally came true. Thank you so much; I’d love to come back again!

As explained in the bathroom guide, the water seems to have an ideal pH, so it feels smooth on the skin with no resistance, and it’s so pleasant you’ll want to stay in forever. I’ve been to many Onsen, and this may have been the most comfortable of all. The meals were extremely satisfying in both portion size and taste. The Hida beef shabu-shabu was especially tender, sweet, and delicious. The steamed abalone was also tender, and mixing the two sauces made it outstanding. Everything else was equally well prepared and thoughtfully crafted. The staff were highly professional, and their smiles were wonderful. As for services, we enjoyed a welcome drink and one complimentary alcoholic drink after dinner in the lounge, which made for a very relaxing time. Next time, I’d love to stay here with my parents!

It was compact yet clean. This is a Hotel where women can feel safe staying. It’s also close to the station, and there are restaurants nearby at night, making it very convenient. I will use it again.

We stayed here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The Room was spacious, and it was great to be able to use two baths—one for day-use guests and one for overnight guests. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy to receive a birthday gift at the time dessert was served at dinner. We also enjoyed having a birthday party in the Room. Since we checked out at 7:15 a.m. to go to the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we would like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much.

With a typhoon forecast to hit directly, we decided on the Sheraton right away. Thanks to that, we stayed dry and could respond based on the latest information, which gave us peace of mind. We were upgraded to a Room and had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was all delicious with locally sourced ingredients—especially the freshly made rice balls, which were outstanding.

The private room came with an open-air bath fed directly from the hot spring source and was in a detached building, so we were able to relax very comfortably. Dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish and was absolutely delicious. The portions were quite generous, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast also included dessert, which was a lovely touch! Even without that, this Accommodation would have been more than enough, but what stood out most was the service. All of the staff were thoughtful and attentive, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. When we were leaving, we declined the send-off, but right after stepping outside we got lost. Even then, it seemed they had been keeping an eye on us from behind and kindly asked us, “Where are you headed?” We received warm hospitality until the very end, making for a truly satisfying stay. Thank you so much! We’re looking forward to staying again!

This is my regular Accommodation when I return home. I’m always satisfied with the warm hospitality from the staff. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, and the breakfast staff always greet guests with a bright, energetic voice. When they have time, they even take care of weeding and cleaning around the property—I truly appreciate their dedication. This Hotel offers heartfelt hospitality and clearly understands how to welcome guests while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance.

My wife is currently undergoing medical treatment, so I contacted the property in advance with two or three requests. They kindly accommodated them, and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were also very courteous.

Being able to enjoy a variety of alcoholic drinks during dinner was amazing! I was especially happy to have a Nagisa Beer server. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the free massage chair. There are many stairs to the large public bath, and even more to the panoramic open-air bath. It might be tough for elderly guests. However, the view and the hot spring water are wonderful, so I definitely recommend going.

I was very satisfied with the meal selection and timing, as well as the attentive service from the staff during meals. The Room also offered a lovely view of the green mountains, and best of all, it was quiet with no hustle and bustle, so I could truly relax. The bath was a bit far and required walking across floors; since this stay was in summer it was fine, but if I have the chance to stay in winter, I think it would be nice to have a long-sleeved jacket to wear over the yukata. Both dinner and breakfast were light yet satisfying, and every dish was delicious. In the morning there was complimentary coffee, which was perfect for a relaxing moment before departure. I would like to stay again when traveling in Chiba. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family, and it far exceeded our expectations—one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had in Japan. During our stay, when our child suddenly developed a fever, the staff responded quickly with flexible, warm, and attentive care. Thanks to their heartfelt support, we were able to relax and stay comfortable with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. The cuisine was outstanding—light and gentle on the body while fully bringing out the natural flavors of each ingredient. We have visited well-regarded food-focused inns such as renowned auberges on Yakushima, and this delivered an equally satisfying experience. In fact, it was so impressive that it even outshone the prestigious resort we visited the day before—the one known for its lion crest. We booked an entry-level room, but it was more than spacious enough and very comfortable thanks to its refined layout with no wasted space. The ocean-view jacuzzi on the terrace in particular felt wonderfully open and relaxing. (Please note: the sea directly in front of the hotel is not a location where you can simply walk in and swim/play right away, so those planning a trip centered around beach activities may want to keep this in mind.) We regularly visit many different styles of resorts both in Japan and abroad, but one night here felt far too short. It’s a place that makes us want to return every year—and ideally stay for several nights at a leisurely pace. When we visit Okinawa again, we will definitely return. I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

My first stay. The large public bath was spacious, and I enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The guest Room had high ceilings and an open-air bath; there was a Japanese-style room next to the bed, and each room had a TV, so I could truly refresh. The meals were kaiseki cuisine—sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, a small hot pot, chilled chawanmushi, and more—everything was very delicious, and I also had two large draft beers.

I booked fairly last-minute, but for this price—with free parking, breakfast, and an Onsen—I think it was more than worth it. It was disappointing that the Room cleaning wasn’t quite up to par, and the umbrella I borrowed was so small it felt like it was for a child. Breakfast had a decent selection of standard items. I would have been happy if there had been curry.
