I was very satisfied with the bath, relaxation services, and breakfast. The front desk staff and all other staff were very pleasant and left a great impression. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first trip to Nagoya. I originally planned to stay at the Marriott directly connected to Nagoya Station, but something drew me to this Hotel, so I changed my reservation. You contacted me in advance, and I could already feel the high level of service before arriving. You also upgraded our Room, and while access is honestly better around Nagoya Station, this Hotel’s Facility is new and spotless. The Room was spacious with two closets, the bed was wide enough, and the mattress was excellent. Since the mattress at the Legoland Hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t suit us, I’m truly glad we stayed here for two nights. We slept very well each night. There was also turndown service—overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, but everything was delicious. Our child especially loved the Totoro wooden plate and cup. On our first morning we didn’t have much time, so I planned to try the donuts and curry the next day—but they weren’t available that morning. I should have eaten what I wanted on that same day. The flat-rate taxi to Ghibli Park was also greatly appreciated. We initially planned it one-way only, but decided that morning to request a return ride as well, and your lobby staff handled it immediately. I also asked for taxi arrangements on both check-in day and at check-out; everything was very smooth and helpful. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and I even wrote a thank-you message at check-out. Since it was my son’s birthday, he was delighted by the towel-cake surprise and message card. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Nagoya next time. Thank you very much for everything.

Overall, the Facility feels like a Business Hotel. In terms of hospitality, I felt that the late-night soba, welcome jelly, ice cream, and the Onsen helped make up for the rooms and amenities. I didn’t feel any particularly special hospitality from the front desk staff, but the staff who served the late-night soba were cheerful and energetic, which was great. The Onsen is compact but very pleasant and relaxing. Thank you.

This was a place and an Accommodation I’d wanted to visit for a long time, but since it doesn’t have an Onsen, it ultimately dropped off my shortlist. For some reason, this time I just really wanted to go, so we decided to stay. When choosing our Room, since we don’t like moving around too much, we looked at Rooms in the main building (Toshiyoshiya), where the front desk, restaurant, large public bath, and bar are all on the same premises. Since it was a special occasion, we chose Room 102 facing the Narai-juku street. The Room is on the second floor, so you don’t end up making eye contact with tourists walking by—and you can enjoy people-watching instead. We were also surprised at how close you can see the sugidama hanging under the eaves and how large it is. Because it’s an old wooden building, during the day you can hear passersby and check-in conversations, but at night it becomes quiet. It didn’t bother me. Also, since the stairs are steep in an old-fashioned way, elderly guests or those with mobility issues may find them a bit concerning. There were only four bottles of water in the Room, but there’s tea and juice in a freezer next to the front desk that you’re free to take back to your Room. I love Onsen baths, but since there isn’t one here this time I soaked in the large public bath filled with spring water. It was about 30 minutes after check-in and no one else was there—so it felt like having it all to ourselves. It was wonderful! The in-room bath also had bath additives such as sake lees that made it enjoyable. Dinner featured locally sourced ingredients; everything was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We’re a couple around retirement age (late 50s/early 60s), and the portion size felt just right. By chance our stay overlapped with Chin Shrine’s annual grand festival as well, so we were able to watch part of it and really enjoyed ourselves. We’d also like to visit Narai-juku during its usual days too—so when we return again someday, we look forward to staying with you again.

We were very satisfied with both the Facility and the meals. In particular, we were truly impressed by the wonderful thoughtfulness of all the staff—those at the front desk, those who served our meals, those who saw us off at the entrance, and those who kept the property clean. The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.

My husband grew up in a ranch in Hokkaido, while I was raised in the city. Drawn to this thatched-roof Accommodation, we stayed here for the first time. From the view at the entrance, we were amazed by the extraordinary, nostalgic buildings and the rice fields spreading out in front of them! We both fell completely in love with it. The Onsen is also wonderful—the free-flowing natural spring water is slightly lukewarm, perfect for a long soak. It leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized. What’s especially impressive about this Accommodation is the many furnishings and antiques placed throughout, delighting the eyes everywhere you look! It feels like visiting an art museum. Truly amazing! My husband can be quite particular, but he absolutely loved it and says he definitely wants to come again in autumn. Getting to the annex using the cart and monorail was also fun and brought back childhood memories. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place.

I stayed the night before a live show at a nearby venue. Although it is not an affiliated parking lot, there are many parking options in the area, making it easy to access by car. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to use the large public bath comfortably. At the breakfast venue, even if you weren’t taking everything, you had to line up from the start, and since there was no staff guidance, it was crowded. With so many rooms, I guess some crowding can’t be helped. It also took quite a while for the elevator to arrive, but that may be unavoidable as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

The moment I stepped from the entrance into the lobby, I was struck by the sense of openness and the deep blue sea stretching out beyond it, and I felt truly glad I came. The warm welcome, dinner, and breakfast—along with thoughtful touches you won’t find at other Hotels—made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This has become a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Please keep up the great work for Wakura Onsen’s recovery.

I almost don’t want to share this, but I can see how hard everyone at the Hotel is working… Relax on the lovely terrace (it’s cool, and the breeze feels wonderful. Free drinks are a nice bonus, too). Unwind in the Onsen (the open-air bath is inside the building, so it stays pleasantly cool in the shade. The large windows open fully for an airy feel, and you can relax while looking out at the forest). The walkway to the dining area feels like stepping into another world—very inspiring—and of course, the food is delicious. On our way home, we had soft-serve ice cream at Takasu Farmers in Hirugano Kogen. It was great value and incredibly tasty. We also bought some lily flowers to take home. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

It’s close to Aomori Station, and we chose it because the bathroom and toilet are separate. The Room was clean, spacious enough, and easy to use. The selectable amenities offered a wide variety, with many items that women will appreciate. Having a convenience store on the first floor is very convenient. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

We stayed here for his birthday trip, and everything—from the hospitality and amenities to the views and meals—was truly top-class. We definitely want to come back someday. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A Hotel located near Beppu Tower and along Beppu Bay. The interior is clean and well maintained. The live piano performance in the lobby was a nice touch. The Room we stayed in this time was a Japanese-Western style Room with a semi-open-air bath. It was spacious and very relaxing. From the Room, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Beppu Bay—the open, unobstructed feeling is amazing. The large public bath and the rooftop open-air bath are on different floors, but both are spacious enough and very soothing. Dinner was a Japanese kaiseki course and it was delicious, though the tempura was a bit cold. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal with plenty of dishes, but younger guests might find it slightly light in volume. We made a Reservation for breakfast at 7:00 (the earliest slot), but even at 7:00 the dining area wasn’t open. When we asked staff at 7:05, they let us in—disappointing. Please be punctual with opening times. In any case, it’s an exceptionally clean and beautiful Hotel. And the value for money is outstanding—honestly, it’s a hidden gem. A great find after quite some time.

The interior had been renovated and was very clean. The bath used natural hot spring water and felt silky-smooth. All the staff were very dedicated, which made our stay pleasant.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

Thank you very much for your courteous email support even before our stay. Since we used self check-in and check-out, we were unable to thank the Hotel staff in person. We stayed here on a family trip. It had always been my dream to relax at the Hotel and enjoy fireworks while chatting casually with my family, and that dream came true. Now that our children are grown, I wonder how many more summers like this we will be able to spend together. The Atami Fireworks Festival we watched from Hotel Harvest Atami, the delicious buffet, and the bath with a wonderful view have become cherished memories. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple during the Obon holidays. Even though it was the hottest time of midsummer, Tenkawa Village was wonderfully cool—a top summer retreat in Kansai where we could stay comfortable without using the Room air conditioner and without breaking a sweat. We had long admired the charm of Dorogawa Onsen and had wanted to stay there at least once, and choosing Hanaya Tokubei was absolutely the right decision. The whole town has a lovely atmosphere, but Tokubei stands out for its especially distinctive and tasteful building. Because there are few guest Rooms with private indoor baths in the area, we stayed in “Higashi no Tenku” with an indoor bath. The view is mostly of the courtyard, so if you are used to resort-style Onsen facilities it may not exceed expectations. Still, considering this is traditionally an Accommodation used by ascetics, we felt it was a true luxury and enjoyed it. The meals were delicious Japanese cuisine featuring plenty of local ingredients, with thoughtful touches throughout that kept our Multiple Night Stay from ever feeling repetitive. We were completely full but couldn’t bear to leave anything behind—and finished every last bite. Spending time on the veranda at dusk with a beer in hand while watching people pass by was simply wonderful. After sunset, strolling around the area in yukata is also great fun. Wherever you walk, the lantern lights feel magical, and Tokubei lends out portable lanterns as well. It was like stepping back into a period drama. There were also foreign staff members, and they were genuinely kind and attentive—we truly appreciated it. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Highly recommended if you are sightseeing in Dorogawa Onsen.

This is our favorite cottage, and we are always comforted by the owners’ kind and warm hospitality. Thank you very much for the birthday cake. Running around in the spacious garden, enjoying the scenery, and relaxing in the cool Room make this a special place where both dogs and people can feel refreshed.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. There are two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the basement level; the basement is connected to JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station via an underground walkway, so you don’t have to worry even on rainy days. The Room was clean, with a great view of Sapporo Station right in front of the window. There is also a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Sapporo.

For the past few years, I’ve been staying here a few times a year after finding it as a great nearby Accommodation from Fuji City. I especially liked visiting in winter, but this time I stayed during this season. As always, it was wonderful and truly relaxing (I especially love the massage chair). It’s a shame I’ll be moving away from Fuji, but I hope to make opportunities to visit again in the future.
