The Room, the cuisine, and the garden were all wonderful, and we had an amazing time. The staff member in charge of our Room explained everything clearly and provided attentive, excellent service. Her lovely smile was truly comforting—thank you very much. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for two nights with three families on a family trip to celebrate a retirement. This was our third stay, and we were a little worried this time because we were traveling with a baby, but the restaurant staff kindly accommodated our requests, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. The garden is always beautifully maintained, making walks very pleasant, and everyone in our family was delighted with the delicious food and wonderful Onsen. Thank you for a truly happy stay.

We were very satisfied with the Room, where we could enjoy warm hospitality and a relaxing stay. The cuisine, featuring an abundance of ingredients from Fukui Prefecture, was also excellent. It is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

This Hotel is just a short walk from Gojo Station, and even though it was pouring rain that day, I arrived quickly with a light jog. The drink corner on the first floor and the amenities were well stocked. I often use coin laundry during this season, and this Hotel has many machines, so I could use them smoothly without waiting in line—most Hotels seem to have only two or three. It was also very comfortable to be able to take a bath in the large public bath next door while doing laundry.

We stayed for two nights to explore around Naha City. It was convenient to take the bus from the stop right in front of the Hotel to the outlet mall and Kokusai-dori. On the first day, we had dinner at the Hotel; the sirloin steak was tender, and everything was delicious, including the appetizers and dessert. On the second day, we went to the Italian restaurant next door; it had a beautiful sunset view, high-quality food, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is a spacious Onsen, and it was very relaxing to soak in it after getting tired from playing in the pool with our child.

I stayed for one night starting August 14. Every year around this time, I return from Saitama Prefecture to visit family graves, but since my family home was lost in the earthquake, I stay at a Hotel instead. In previous years, I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ichibancho every year, but because the parking lot was always off-site, I learned about Sendai West Exit Premier near the station and stayed here for the first time. Since it’s close to the station, I was worried about parking availability, but I was glad I could park even before check-in time. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Hotels, and their bathrooms are my favorite. If I had made my Reservation earlier, a slightly larger Room might have been available, but it was quieter than expected despite being near the station. The location is very convenient, so I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a group of four—my elderly parents, my sibling, and me—who usually live apart. My parents were especially pleased with the heartfelt hospitality. The meals were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the dessert. We will visit again.

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

We were extremely satisfied with everything—the service, the meals, and the Room. Every dish was delicious, and both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The service was excellent as well and made us want to come back. It was hot this time so we couldn’t take a walk around the garden, but we’d like to visit again in a different season and enjoy a stroll through the garden. The food looked so good that we only managed to take photos of the appetizers.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. From the moment we arrived and stepped into the lobby, we had an amazing time. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service throughout the property all exceeded our expectations. Both the Room and terrace were spotless and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably. I had injured my foot and was using a cane, so thank you for your thoughtful assistance from check-in through to the restaurant as well. The staff’s hospitality was truly pleasant and wonderful. We would love to stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but I may have never felt this comfortable anywhere else. We decided to go to Hakone on short notice and made a Reservation. The food was beyond words—watching it disappear was genuinely sad (in the best way). When my father dropped his napkin and I went to pick it up, a staff member immediately came over and brought a fresh one. Even though our Reservation was last-minute, they also prepared an anniversary message plate for my parents. This is true hospitality! The open-air bath in the Room was pure luxury, and the water felt wonderful. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to. Thank you so much!

My husband, his older sister, and her grandchild—three seniors—visited with our first-year junior high school son. My husband and I also stayed here seven years ago. The weather looked uncertain that day, so we moved our ropeway plans to the next day and arrived early. We were able to use the Onsen and relax until check-in, enjoying the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The food was beautifully prepared, and everyone was impressed. My koji class instructor uses the phrase “food that feels good on your stomach,” and this was exactly that. My sister-in-law is 83 and kept saying how delicious everything was; even though she said she couldn’t possibly eat that much, she finished it all. Breakfast was also enjoyable with both a bento option and a buffet. Our Room had been renovated and was very clean. All of the staff were young, energetic, and refreshing. Their language was polite as well, and we had a very pleasant two-day stay. I mentioned this while chatting with the staff—and then carelessly added that “everyone is cute,” which I now regret as an inappropriate comment about appearance.

The Facilities were clean and well maintained, and I was able to stay comfortable throughout my visit. Breakfast was buffet-style, so I could take as much of what I wanted as I liked. The only disappointment was that the simmered eggplant and green beans tasted saltier than the other dishes, so I didn’t go back for seconds. I hope all dishes can be prepared with a lighter salt level. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very helpful, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you for taking care of me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I wanted my old friends to experience your outstanding service as well, so we stayed here for our annual “Grandpa G Trip.” We walked from Kyoto Station, left our luggage, and first enjoyed some drinks in the lounge. After sightseeing at about four spots by taxi, we checked in at the Hotel. The gentlemen were delighted by the warm smiles of your female staff. (They’re simple like that—sorry!) Since it takes time for four people to take turns using the bath, we had considered going to a public bathhouse—one of Kyoto’s sightseeing highlights—but three of us said, “With such a wonderful bath here, we want to use this one.” So after dinner, we took turns bathing. Dinner was at Hanaroku. As always, an incredibly luxurious menu with thoughtful flavors. Since I’m the only one who drinks alcohol, this time I paired cocktails and three kinds of sake. Everyone kept saying how delicious it was. Breakfast was just as satisfying. On the second day we visited two more places by taxi before checking out. The 11:00 check-out time (extended until 12:00 for Diamond members) is greatly appreciated. Some people may not be fond of a group like ours from appearances alone, but we truly appreciate your warm hospitality. We hope to visit again soon.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and were very delicious. The bath (Onsen) had excellent water, and the amenities were more than satisfactory. We also enjoyed the homemade apricots and simmered beans prepared by the proprietress. In the Room, there were bite-sized Koshihikari brown rice rice balls, perhaps as a late-night snack. We would like to visit again in autumn or winter.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights to go to ES CON Field. The location is great—about a 5-minute walk to Nijo Market, and right in front of the Hotel is “TV Father” lol. Susukino is also nearby, and despite the excellent location, the Accommodation Fee was reasonable. On top of that, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Having separate toilet and bath was also a big plus. If possible, it would be perfect if you could lend out folding tables or something similar.

This time, we added tempura. We ordered the chef’s choice, and everything was delicious. They fry it right in front of you, so it looks great, and being able to eat it fresh right away really lifted our spirits!! It had been very hot lately, but on the day we stayed it was a bit calmer. In the evening we took a leisurely stroll, and when the breeze came through the shade of the trees it felt cool and pleasant. We’d love to come back again as soon as possible.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Ibusuki, I stayed here in March and April this year. What stands out most about Ginsho is the delicious food! In addition to fresh local sashimi, the freshly fried Satsuma-age was exceptional. The seasoning was not too strong, and the portions were just right. The Onsen water quality was also excellent. I was able to relax and unwind.\n\nThe friendly and wonderful proprietress, whose warm personality truly shows in her smile, took great care of me. All of the staff were kind and provided very pleasant service. I will visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything!
