I had been on the go since early morning and was completely exhausted, so I truly appreciated the thoughtful care from all the staff. The view from the Room was wonderful as well. The spa also soothed my tired body and was very relaxing. I almost didn’t want to check out. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I was able to step away from my busy daily routine and enjoy a calm, high-quality 3-day, 2-night stay. The front desk staff’s polished service was truly pleasant, and I felt reassured from the moment I arrived. The Room was kept beautifully clean and well arranged, and I could sense thoughtful attention to detail throughout. I believe this is an appealing Accommodation, perfect for adults who want to relax quietly in Kamakura. Also, the email replies to my inquiries (before my stay) were very prompt, which was extremely helpful.

We stayed as a family to celebrate a special anniversary. The Hotel’s location, the staff’s polished service, the Room interior, the Facility offerings, and the view were all outstanding. The food and drinks served in the lounge were delicious and thoughtfully selected in just the right amount—perfect for relaxing comfortably rather than rushing to eat and drink. It was a one-night stay that left our whole family completely satisfied. When we visit Kobe as a family, this will likely be our only choice.

I always stay at this Hotel. This time, I stayed with my older sister’s family and my younger sister to celebrate my retirement. Thank you, as always, for your very kind service. The meals were also delicious.

We stayed here on our family’s first trip to Hokuriku. The room, hot spring, meals, and staff were all wonderful, and our whole family was very satisfied. As the one who planned the schedule and chose the accommodation, I was truly happy to see everyone enjoy it so much. We would definitely love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and I was satisfied with everything. I also appreciated the upgrade to a stadium-view Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, even without the upgrade, the Room was spacious, the Hotel as a whole felt simple and very clean, and the hospitality and service were polished—overall, a truly wonderful Hotel. Since I don’t visit Nagasaki often, I feel I had a genuinely great time with both sightseeing and my stay. Thank you very much. Please continue to maintain this level of quality and keep being such a lovely Hotel. If I have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I was truly overwhelmed by the many wonderful paintings displayed throughout the property. The collection of rare vintage wines in the cellar—such as aged Romanée-Conti and Château Margaux—was also very impressive. After dinner, I took a walk through the garden and returned to my Room, only to realize my smartphone was missing, so I hurriedly consulted the front desk. Even though it was late at night, the staff worked hard to search for it, including in the restaurant that had already closed and deep into the garden. In the end, they also advised me to use my Apple Watch’s location feature, and we were able to safely find it where it had fallen into a gap between chairs in the entrance area. I sincerely appreciate all of your staff for their quick thinking and kind, warm support. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of our family of five. Before our stay, you kindly explained by phone how to get to the parking lot and bus stop for Mt. Komagatake, as well as how crowded it might be. Even though it was before check-in, you drove us to the bus stop, which was a huge help. You also upgraded our room because there was availability, and we were able to stay in a spacious, higher-grade room—making it a wonderful memory. From the room, the large public bath, and the dining area, we could see greenery that felt truly relaxing. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented; it even felt like a bit more than enough. We highly recommend staying at this inn.

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

We made a last-minute reservation to celebrate a birthday. Due to worsening weather in Tokyo, we had to change our plans at the last minute, and while searching in Hakone we came across this inn. Unlike other places, many of the staff were young yet very professional, and their service was truly pleasant. We couldn’t finish the celebratory fruit platter at dinner, and we really appreciated that you kindly arranged for us to have it in our room. Thank you very much. The room was clean and quiet, and we would love to visit again!

I stay here every summer. Although this is a Plan with breakfast, it feels like the selection has become more limited year by year.

Although it rained unfortunately, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which left a strong impression on us! The building was lovely, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed for our dog was provided. The meals were also delicious—we were truly impressed. We’d love to visit again.

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality. My family and I have stayed here many times. It’s close to the station, well located, clean, and comfortable. Above all, the front desk staff are all kind and courteous, making it a welcoming Hotel where you can feel at ease.

I stayed for one night with a same-day Reservation. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and as others have said, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. There is no parking at the Hotel, but I was able to park at the coin-operated lot in front of the Hotel for a maximum of 1,500 yen. It is also directly connected to Otakanomori SC, which is very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

This Hotel is just a short walk from Gojo Station, and even though it was pouring rain that day, I arrived quickly with a light jog. The drink corner on the first floor and the amenities were well stocked. I often use coin laundry during this season, and this Hotel has many machines, so I could use them smoothly without waiting in line—most Hotels seem to have only two or three. It was also very comfortable to be able to take a bath in the large public bath next door while doing laundry.

Three subway stations—Akasaka Station, Tameike-Sanno Station, and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station—are within a 5–10 minute walk. From Tokyo Station, it cost about JPY 2,000–2,400 by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily walk back after dining out. If you go a bit farther and use the subway, Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukiji are also easy to reach. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room layout was well designed: the table and shelving were integrated and functional. There was also a compact sofa and stool, which made it convenient to eat in the room. The interior design and color scheme were calm and very nice. The bathroom/toilet/sink are in one unit bath; larger men may find it a bit small. However, the public bath is available from 6:00–9:00 and 15:00–25:00 (1:00), so using that should solve the issue. Also, while it felt difficult for women to do makeup at the sink area, there was a large tabletop mirror on the shelf above the table; placing it on the table made doing makeup easy. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options and was very delicious. Beef tendon curry pudding bite-sized ohagi (sweet rice cakes) and various side dishes will leave you completely full!! There was also a wide variety of drinks—even green smoothies. In the women’s public bath area there were an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with around 10 washing stations. There were plenty of changing-room spaces and powder-room areas as well. Overall everything—the room public baths facilities throughout—was kept very clean making it feel safe comfortable And all staff greeted guests warmly which made me want to stay again. In particular I appreciated being greeted by staff cleaning in front of hotel Highly recommended!!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

Three years ago, my wife and I stayed here and made wonderful memories, so this time we stayed with six people: my son-in-law’s parents (who live in Shanghai), my daughter and her husband, and my wife and me. Everyone was very happy with the stay.
