The Room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was great, and I was impressed by how spotless it was—clean enough to lie down on. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything felt compactly arranged—tight, but everything you need is there. There is no complimentary bottled water, but there is a water pitcher in the Room and a water dispenser in front of the elevator. I did laundry in the Room, and there was an iron and ironing board in front of the elevator that I was able to use.

It was a wonderful Accommodation that exceeded my expectations. The property was quiet, with a slow, relaxing pace of time—an atmosphere that lets you forget everyday life. The Room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the open-air bath attached to the Room had excellent water quality and was so comfortable I wanted to soak in it again and again. There is also a large public bath, but I think you’ll be more than satisfied with the bath in your Room alone. The meals were carefully prepared using mainly locally sourced ingredients, and everything was delicious. In addition to the Room, there were thoughtful touches such as a footbath and complimentary drink service, making our stay feel truly luxurious. I’d love to visit again in a different season next time.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

On the second night of our Multiple Night Stay, only a Japanese-style Room was available, so we changed Rooms. Even our heavy suitcases and lots of souvenirs were moved by the staff, which really impressed me. It was my first time staying in this Japanese-style Room, and it had the charming atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were new, so we had a very comfortable stay. I think it’s a perfect Room for families. The Room was so spacious that I could even do yoga. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and they kindly stored our luggage until the afternoon when we left Ogaki, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again next time. Thank you for taking care of our family for two nights! First of all, we truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful hospitality. They responded flexibly to our special requests and even accommodated menu-related changes. The building has a charming atmosphere, and the Room was neat and very clean. We were soothed by having meals served in the Room and by the wonderfully silky bath that we could enjoy anytime. We’d love to visit again! Thank you very much!

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay with our dog. The Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped so we could relax with peace of mind. The staff were very kind, and we truly appreciate their warm hospitality. We made another precious memory with our dog—thank you so much. We would love to visit again with our dog.

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

The Room view, the Onsen, and the meals were all excellent! There are sightseeing spots near Mt. Aso, so the location was great and it was truly wonderful!!

During our 2-night, 3-day stay, we were able to truly relax both body and mind. Since we live in Saitama and this is Kagoshima, we can’t visit often, but we would definitely love to return. From the warm welcome to the delicious dinner… the treats of shochu and fireworks… I’m still thinking about how best to describe how wonderful it all was. The food was never flashy; instead, it was carefully prepared using freshly harvested vegetables and local fish and meat, and it felt as if I was becoming healthier from the inside out. Simply delicious! You can also feel the attention given to the tableware and presentation. The hot spring water… without a doubt, it was outstanding. We also felt completely at ease in our Room. Above all, we could sense kindness and care in every detail. The message written on a beautiful leaf, and the rice balls and rolled omelet you gave us to take when going out or returning—both were heartwarming and delicious. Thank you very much. Your warm hospitality—while maintaining just the right distance for each guest—was excellent in every way. This Accommodation reminded us of a gentle kindness that daily busyness had made us forget. Lastly… we hope that adorable pair of chickens stays healthy for a long time. Thank you for such wonderful memories. We would love to visit again for sure.

Thank you always for your wonderful hospitality. While many Accommodations have changed before and after COVID, I can truly relax with peace of mind knowing the quality here is consistently the same whenever I visit. The cuisine delighted my eyes, satisfied my palate, and deeply moved me. The hot spring was excellent, and the Room was exceptionally comfortable. This time, for the first time, I encountered deer and wild boar and felt the mystical power of nature as well. Thank you for such a wonderful escape from everyday life. I look forward to visiting again.

This was my second stay, and this time I visited in summer. The Room was much larger than last time and seemed newly renovated—a Japanese-Western style Room with beds. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room in a separate building, the same as before. This time it was a summer-style kaiseki featuring sweetfish (ayu). (In winter, it’s wild boar hot pot.) The open-air bath in the Room was also great. There are two large public baths; my favorite is the one with hot spring water cascading like a waterfall, which is used as the men’s bath at night and the women’s bath in the morning. I was even more satisfied than last time. Guests ranged from families with children to couples and married couples. Even the walk from the parking lot to the Room has a charming atmosphere, so I can recommend it. The service is very polite as well. (It seems staff change between dinner and breakfast—there were lots of “mom”-type staff members in the morning.) You’ll find tanuki figures all around. Also, the vending machines are reasonably priced, and it was nice that there were bottled drinks for each guest plus a thermos of iced water in the Room. (So you don’t need to buy water beforehand.) *Since you can’t tell the exact Room layout at Reservation, if you care about futons vs beds or whether there is a partition for the bath area, it may be best to call and confirm.* (The Room we had last time in February 2025 had futons, and if you opened the curtain by the open-air bath you could be seen. This time we had a Western-style bedroom with beds, and there was also a door/wooden screen by the open-air bath—so there were differences. It’s possible renovations have been done since then.)

Whenever I stay in Chiba, I choose this Accommodation. It’s right by the station, making shopping, dining, and getting around very convenient. What I like most is that the bathroom has a separate washing area. However (as with most Business Hotels), I’d like one more face towel. Men may not mind, but I have long hair and want to wrap a towel around my head after bathing, so it feels like there aren’t enough towels.

On the day of my stay, I decided on a whim, got the Accommodation’s approval, and arrived after 8:00 p.m. When I told a man at the front desk that I was heading to a nearby izakaya for dinner, he cheerfully said, “Then please take this,” and gave me drink coupons for the place, lent me an umbrella, and even showed me a shortcut—always with a smile. It really put me at ease. The private bath was available until 11:00 p.m., so even though I arrived late I could relax and enjoy it. I also appreciated having a beer vending machine in the building. The property is old, but clean in an unpretentious way. The Room, futon bedding, and amenities all felt safe and comfortable to use. The other guests also seemed very considerate. Breakfast was great too—the main dish (grilled pork? hot pot?) went perfectly with rice and egg over rice. These days it’s rare, but everyone on staff I met appeared to be Japanese—maybe just by chance? Everyone provided such wonderful service that more than made up for the age of the building, and it was very comfortable throughout my stay. To be honest (and no offense meant), I only made a Reservation because there happened to be availability and didn’t expect much—maybe that’s why it felt even better. Next time I’d like to visit with dinner included. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and located almost in the center of the sightseeing area. It was my first time in Kanazawa, and if you’re up for it (though it’s a bit of a walk), you can cover most attractions on foot. We traveled with a pet (a small dog) and were very satisfied with our trip. However, we had to step out of the room to use the washroom and toilet, and since the main entrance faces a major tourist road with no place to stop a car, loading and unloading luggage between the car and the hotel was difficult when carrying a lot of bags.

Perched on a hilltop in a very quiet area of Kirishima, the Room offers distant views of Sakurajima. Surrounded by mountains and tea fields, you can enjoy a peaceful stay away from the crowds. The Room is equipped with a spacious open-air bath that can comfortably fit around five people, a sauna for about three, and a cold plunge pool. Being able to use these Facility amenities as much as you like at any time you prefer truly feels like a luxury. Meals are served in a private dining room, with staff providing prompt service. We thoroughly enjoyed dishes featuring abundant local ingredients from both the mountains and the sea—refined without being overly elaborate, and well suited to Japanese tastes. There is also an extensive selection of Kagoshima shochu (far more than we could even recognize), along with sake, wine, and non-alcoholic options to enjoy freely. The staff were also extremely kind and attentive. If I had to mention one drawback, it was that the bathroom sink is located in the bedroom area of the Room, which felt slightly inconvenient. For those who want to fully enjoy the sauna, Onsen, meals, and location, I highly recommend a Multiple Night Stay. We would love to visit again.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. This is a heartwarming hotel where every detail reflects genuine care for guests. Our whole family became fans. They also shared information about nearby sightseeing spots, and later put together brochures along with a handwritten message. The children’s amenities were well stocked, and when co-sleeping with a child, they prepared the room by pushing the twin beds together—very family-friendly. I feel this is a one-of-a-kind hotel that truly values its guests. Highly recommended!!

The local cuisine was excellent—quite different from the typical tempura or branded beef often found at a Ryokan. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the delicate Japanese seasoning was well received even by my elderly mother. We were also impressed by the thickness of the matsutake mushrooms. After dinner, the traditional Japanese house across from the Accommodation was opened as a lounge, where we could enjoy complimentary self-serve wine, snacks, and coffee. We stayed in a detached annex. Although it looked old from the outside, the interior had been renovated in a modern style with low beds and Ryukyu tatami mats, making it very comfortable. The 800-year-old zelkova tree in the garden (as we were told by staff) was magnificent. The Onsen is free-flowing from its natural source. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there was no need for a Reservation for the private baths and no time limit, so my mother and I could relax at our own pace. My brother also tried both baths and said he didn’t encounter any other guests—it felt completely private. The water is clear with no strong characteristics; at 42°C without added water, it seems ideal for long soaks. However, it was disappointing that soap and shampoo are not allowed in the open-air bath attached to the Room—presumably for environmental reasons—so we could only use it briefly. As for service: there were hardly any staff around reception or near the entrance area, and even the lounge across the street was unattended. With limited staff who seemed busy, there were no lengthy explanations of meal courses or stories about this Accommodation unless you asked. When we did ask questions, they responded politely and kindly with no issues in service overall; however, guests who enjoy conversation with staff or more personal hospitality may find it lacking. Our family prefers unobtrusive service where we’re left to ourselves, so this Accommodation suited us very well. We would like to stay again.
