Surrounded by nature, it was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Miyazaki.

I used this place because I had work nearby early in the morning and couldn’t risk being late due to weather or traffic. It was a women-only dormitory Room with four bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Check-in was around 6:00 p.m., and I was the first to arrive. It was unmanned and the procedure was done on a tablet, but it went smoothly with no issues. I could use the lower bunk at the very back of the Room after entering. As I’d seen in Reviews, it got quite dark when I closed the curtain, so I brought a small light with me—it was really helpful. Bringing an S-hook and one hanger also turned out to be the right choice. Since I had a lower bunk, I hooked them onto the frame of the upper bunk. The Room lights seemed to be set to turn off automatically—maybe around 11:00 p.m.? The hallway lights were motion-sensor. Since it was a weekday stay, there was only one other person. There was no snoring from my roommate and it was quiet, so I took out the provided earplugs partway through. People were quiet, but the air-conditioning (ventilation fan?) noise was fairly noticeable. I slept without being bothered by outside noise. Although it’s a women-only Room, there wasn’t a lock at the entrance—just a regular door. A bath towel is provided, and there are women’s shower booths, but there wasn’t a women-only sink area. There is a hair dryer at the shared sink area, but no chair, so getting ready in the morning may be difficult. I only needed somewhere to sleep for one night, and since it’s conveniently located near both the station and restaurants, I was satisfied. I went by car, but it seems like there is no longer parking behind the building. There is coin parking nearby for 500 yen.

Unlike typical apartment-style accommodations without a front desk or staff available at all times, this place offers rare 24-hour support, which was very helpful. (We also appreciated the assistance when our Reservation was not completed due to our mistake.) The Room was spacious and very functional. The separate toilet and bath were convenient, and the bathroom itself was large. It would have been even better if two bath salts were provided, if possible. Additionally, having a luggage stand might make it easier for elderly guests to handle their belongings. Thank you very much!

We were looking for a spacious Room for a four-generation trip. Both my elderly mother and my toddler grandchild were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Having two toilets was extremely helpful. The bath was also spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large, with plenty of lovely cookware and cutlery. The knives were exceptionally sharp. We ground coffee beans and brewed coffee, and the flavor was exactly to our liking. The futons were clean and fluffy.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and I had a pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money! The meals were especially good.

We stayed with 5 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs, and the place was so spacious that even with a large group we were able to spend our time comfortably without any inconvenience. We also had unlimited access to the large public bath, and since it was just our group, we could relax and enjoy ourselves freely. We used the Shuttle Service to the Hotel due to the snow, and the staff were very kind. We would love to stay again when traveling around Yamanashi. There were toys for the children as well, so they never got bored and were very satisfied. The dogs also had an easy time walking since everything was carpeted, and they happily ran around! We had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji too—it made for an amazing trip. Thank you very much!!

Honestly, I thought the price was very reasonable considering the in-room open-air bath. All the Ryokan staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I was surprised to see so many young attendants, but they were very professional and clearly well trained. The meals featured carefully prepared mountain cuisine rather than seafood, and you could really feel the attention to detail. The in-room open-air bath had a wonderful atmosphere, and we had an amazing time. Because each building is connected by covered corridors, you can stroll through the garden even when it rains.

This price for one night with meals included is an absolute steal! The Room was clean and spacious, and the thick towels were fluffy and smelled wonderful. The amenities were well stocked—better than many typical Hotels. And the dinner was unbelievably lavish! I was thrilled to enjoy dishes made with Iki ingredients such as sea urchin rice and Iki beef, but every single dish was seasoned perfectly—I kept saying “Delicious!” over and over. Choosing the Iki Kaiseki Plan was absolutely the right call. The portions were huge, and I got uncomfortably full halfway through, but once I took a bite I just couldn’t stop (lol). In the end, I finished everything! I think I ate about three times my usual amount. All of the staff were very pleasant, and it really stood out how warmly they spoke to us with constant smiles. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much. I’m so glad we made a Reservation here!!!! If anyone around me is going to Iki Island, I will definitely recommend Ichifuji.

We stayed as a family of four. The bath was very relaxing, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. All the staff were friendly, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. One thing I wished it had was a chair. I’m used to working while seated in a regular chair, so I wanted somewhere to sit and work. Sitting on a floor chair felt a bit unsettled. Breakfast was very luxurious and delicious.

Communication before our stay was prompt, and they were very courteous. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so the location was very convenient. The amenities were well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed as a family of three with one dog. Until now, we had always traveled after leaving our dog at a pet hotel, but we felt sorry because he seemed depressed when we did that, so this was our first trip together. When I searched online for a “Hotel where dogs can stay too,” Shirakaba Club came up. It’s highly recommended for those who want to plan their trip around their dog. Even during meals, dogs are allowed to join you, which was great because our dog could relax without feeling anxious. We were also truly impressed by how delicious the owners’ course dinner was! The bath is an Onsen, and it left my skin feeling silky smooth. The room was spacious, so our dog could move around freely, and the interior design was thoughtfully done with lots of beautiful amenities. However, the inside of one drawer had not been cleaned properly; perhaps a previous guest left something behind, but there was food that had been left to spoil. The owner had plenty of interesting stories and we really enjoyed talking a lot. His wife was also very lovely. It has a warm, homey atmosphere and we’d like to visit again! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The property was kept very clean, and the Room was spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also large, with plenty of space for changing, which was great.

I made a Reservation under a Plan that included access to a nearby Onsen Facility, but I was told it was a 10-minute drive away, so I requested a refund and felt really disappointed.\nHowever, I was truly impressed by the hospitality afterward.\nThe seafood grill included oysters, abalone, and crab, and everything was delicious.\nThat day, one young woman took care of us on her own. During our conversation, I mentioned that my second son had come with me during his birthday break.\nAs a surprise birthday gesture, she decorated a pudding and celebrated with us.\nThe miso soup was also delicious—I even had seconds.\nI really appreciated the warm hospitality.

We stayed with our 10-month-old baby. We had bulky luggage such as a baby crib, and it took us some time to unload from the car. During that time, the front desk staff kindly kept the door from the parking lot open for us and even accompanied us until we got the cart into the elevator. We truly appreciated this thoughtful, natural kindness—it made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the Room, since our baby and we usually sleep in separate rooms at home, we were looking for a layout where we could place the baby crib as far away as possible. The Deluxe Twin was exactly ideal: it consists of two fully separated rooms—a living room with a sofa and TV, and a bedroom divided by a door. Being able to use separate spaces allowed us to rest comfortably. One thing that especially impressed us about the cleaning was how spotless the mirrors were. There were absolutely no fingerprints or water spots—every mirror looked brand new. They were polished carefully down to every detail, and we could really feel their commitment to cleanliness. It’s such an ideal Hotel that we were genuinely surprised, since we stayed without knowing anything about its reputation. When we visit Kitami again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

The air conditioning was not very effective. Otherwise, the bed comfort and meals were excellent. I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay here, and it felt like the cleanest Business Hotel I’ve ever used. Not only the Room, but also the unit bath and all water areas were spotless, and it was clear that cleaning is thorough down to every detail. The most memorable part was how comfortable my stay felt. All of the staff welcomed me with smiles and were kind and warm. From check-in to check-out, I felt at ease the whole time—it was service that made me want to stay again. For dinner, I ate at Grill Kyo inside the Hotel; it had a calm atmosphere and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied. Afterward, I went to a nearby traditional public bathhouse called “Kingyo no Yu” and was able to relax and soothe my travel fatigue. With its convenient location near the station, clean Room, warm staff, and great food, it was an extremely satisfying stay. When I visit Tochigi again, I’d like to use this Accommodation again.
