I used the Hotel for a day stay due to work. It is conveniently located close not only to Hanzomon Station on the subway, but also to Kojimachi Station. The Room was quiet, so I was able to work at a relaxed pace, which was very helpful. It was also convenient to have a wired LAN connection, which is becoming less common in recent Business Hotels, as it provides stable internet access.

I used it to stay cool while waiting for a live show. Next time, I’d like to book an overnight stay.

I stayed here to attend an anniversary event at Shibuya Public Hall. Even late at night, the staff kindly and carefully helped me with laundry services, which was very reassuring. Although I did not book a Plan with meals, there was a light breakfast service and complimentary late-night “Yonaki Soba.” There were also plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Don Quijote, so I had no trouble finding food and enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience. If I had to mention one minor point, the Room I stayed in smelled slightly of tobacco. Since I made the Reservation for a smoking Room myself, it may not be fair to complain; however, some people may find perfect scores hard to believe, so I decided to leave this Review. I apologize. I sometimes stay at other Business Hotels as well, but I always end up thinking of Dormy Inn and comparing them—so in the end, I feel Dormy Inn is probably the best choice when choosing Accommodation. I stayed here for 20,000 yen, hoping it would be worth it for my certification exam. Check-in was done by entering information on a tablet placed in front of mannequins. Although I selected "Japanese" as the language at the beginning, messages kept appearing in English. I proceeded by guessing and managed to sign using my finger when I couldn't find a stylus pen. After completing the input, nothing happened until an employee appeared from a side door and guided me verbally. I was directed to another machine to pay the Tokyo accommodation tax of 200 yen in cash, though I wished everything could have been settled by card. The coin slot on this machine was hard to locate until the same employee pointed it out for me. It made me appreciate human receptionists more than ever. The mannequins standing at reception did nothing helpful; they seemed out of place and gave off an Osaka-style vibe despite being located in central Tokyo (Akasaka branch). While some families checking in nearby seemed amused by them, I thought fully automating with high-tech machines might have been a better direction than placing these figures. Breakfast was included with my stay and served buffet-style at an Irish pub on the first floor. The menu was simple but delicious. The room felt like a standard business hotel room equipped with newer facilities such as a suit cleaner—likely targeting business travelers—but I didn’t use it myself. The air conditioning noise or toilet water refilling sound didn’t bother me, making for a comfortable stay overall but nothing extraordinary. Even with discounts applied, 20,000 yen felt expensive—probably due to timing and location factors. Thank you for hosting me!

I’m a man. This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel, and overall I’m glad I did, especially considering the price. I can’t speak for the women’s area, but in the men’s area the toilets, sinks, and showers are all in one Room, with only three of each, so it gets quite crowded in the morning. Still, given the price, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Also, bringing earplugs in advance really helped with snoring noise.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the Obon holiday period. It was a distance from the station by car, but I chose it because parking was free. The parking lot in front of the Hotel filled up quickly if I arrived a bit late, but the Hotel had secured additional parking behind the building, and there is an entrance at the back as well, so it was not a problem at all. Perhaps because I made my Reservation one month in advance, the rate was also a good deal. Also, with Omicho Market nearby and popular spots like Hachiban Ramen and Noboru Ramen located roughly between Kanazawa Station and the Hotel, it was very convenient. The bed was nice and fluffy. The coin laundry could get crowded depending on the day, but I was still able to use it without trouble. I did not add breakfast when making my Reservation, but by requesting it by the day before, I could get it at a slightly discounted price. I added breakfast only on the last day. The selection—including drinks—was extensive, and above all, the white rice was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind and carefully explained how to use buses or taxis to get to the station. There were welcome drinks in my Room, and for a Multiple Night Stay they also replenished items such as coffee. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and it lived up to its reputation—I felt it is a trustworthy Hotel. One thing that concerned me was a moldy smell in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell whether it came from the shower curtain or near the ventilation fan area, but every time I opened the unit bath door I noticed it, which was stressful. There was also a place to hang clothes between my Room entrance door and the unit bath area, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it because I worried odors might transfer. Still, overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you very much.

Surrounded by nature, it was a very quiet and pleasant place. However, as there are no shops nearby, we recommend doing your shopping in advance.

This was my second stay. As before, I stayed with breakfast included. Last time I chose the Western-style breakfast; this time I chose the Japanese-style breakfast. I also enjoyed the complimentary curry and was very satisfied! The restaurant staff were very attentive, and both the Western and Japanese meals were delicious! After checkout, I remembered that I had left something behind in my Room and immediately called the Hotel... Since I had another appointment, I couldn’t go back to pick it up and wasn’t sure what to do—but they kindly offered to ship it to me cash on delivery! I’m truly grateful for their courteous response, careful packaging, and even a handwritten message! It’s a classic, old-fashioned Hotel that feels nostalgic for someone in my 50s. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the staff. Thank you very much!

The sink is narrow, and the faucet is fixed, making it difficult to wash your face. There was no clear way to dehumidify the room, resulting in condensation on the walls.

As this is a historic Hotel, the building is not new, but it was very clean and I felt comfortable staying there. I was also very pleased with the amenities such as mineral water, earplugs, and an eye mask. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. It has become one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

Although it was booked at short notice, the semi-double bed was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. Due to the Room layout, the TV is very close to the desk, so it is not suitable for working at the desk while watching TV. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was satisfied. The Room felt a bit old, but it was great that the power for the refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. did not turn off even when I left the Room. The steak at dinner was delicious and I wouldn’t get tired of it even if I had it every day. The toilet is small, and adjusting the fixed-direction shower takes a bit of ingenuity, but those are minor quirks.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff provide service that is better than at other hotels. When I called to make a Reservation for parking, I explained that I would arrive early and then go out again. They assured me it was fine, and even though it was before check-in time, they kindly stored my luggage and assisted me with care. Thank you very much. With more hotels offering impersonal service these days, I think Super Hotel Tokyo Kameido is an excellent Hotel.

Thank you as always for having me. As I always feel, I can sleep very soundly here. I think it’s truly relaxing. I wouldn’t say the room is spotless, but it feels reasonably clean and I’m satisfied. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Four adults stayed in a non-smoking Deluxe Room. We were told there would be two beds and one extra bed, but since there were four of us, they kindly prepared two extra beds for us. We really appreciated it. The Room was very clean. It also had a microwave and a refrigerator. There were plenty of power outlets, and an air purifier as well. One small downside was that the shower in the bathroom had few spray holes or low water pressure, so it took a bit of effort to rinse off the soap. If you choose No Meals Included, there’s nothing else to complain about.

Although it is a bit far from both the station and Tachibana Street, we were able to borrow rental bicycles, so getting to the shops near the station was not inconvenient. We also enjoyed using the shampoo bar every day. The Room is somewhat old, but the desk is spacious and it wasn’t bothersome. If we have another opportunity, we would like to stay again.

I always have a comfortable stay here. The front desk staff are also very pleasant.

The breakfast was more substantial than I expected, which increased my overall satisfaction. However, the way the person at the front desk greeted guests in the morning felt a bit too casual for Hotel front desk staff. The Room and Facility are minimal, but with its convenient location near the station and breakfast included, it offers excellent value for money.

This was our first stay, and my husband was especially pleased with how spacious the Room was. There was plenty of space to store our luggage, so we were able to relax comfortably. It was also convenient that the sink area was separate rather than inside the unit bath. The bathroom and toilet were neither particularly good nor bad. The front desk staff were calm and pleasant. Breakfast was just the right amount. The Room key is a traditional physical key, and the building is undeniably old, but if that doesn’t bother you, I think you can have a comfortable stay. It’s very close to Motomachi Station, the shopping street, and Nankinmachi (Chinatown), making it easy to get around. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you.

Used for a trip. Both the lobby and the room were tastefully furnished, and the welcome drinks and other amenities were plentiful. The double bed was king-size, so we stayed very comfortably. Great value for money.
