The staff were very friendly, and the Onsen was great with pleasantly salty water. The meals were exactly as shown in the photos—fresh and delicious—and the portions were generous. I would like you to prevent cigarette smoke from the smoking area from drifting over.

Unbeatable value for money. I was satisfied with everything.

The meals were delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh. There were several types of open-air baths, which we really enjoyed. The owner couple were very kind and even helped us with local sightseeing recommendations, which was greatly appreciated.

After touring the Komoro Distillery, we walked from Komoro Station to this Ryokan. The website said it was a 20-minute walk, but it took us about 30 minutes. We took a taxi on the way back. At the front desk, we were served plum soda and then shown to our Room. This time we stayed in a Room with a private indoor Onsen bath. It was a bit old, but very clean and well maintained. There is also a large public bath, but it is up quite a steep stone staircase, and my husband said it would be safer to use the bath in our Room instead—so we did. The Onsen left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth. I have had dinner at many Ryokan over the years, but every dish here was truly delicious. You could call it creative Japanese cuisine—both the presentation and flavors were excellent. They served salt-grilled ayu (sweetfish). I usually give ayu to my husband because of all the bones, but they told us you can even eat the bones in the head here, so I tried it for the first time—and really didn’t notice any bones at all. Because the food was so good, we also enjoyed it with their sake tasting set. Having an in-room bath meant we could enjoy it whenever we liked, which was wonderful. Breakfast included barley rice with grated yam (mugi-toro), grilled fish, ginger-flavored Onsen egg, and many other dishes—we enjoyed everything. A taxi to Komoro Station costs 1,000 yen, which is much better than walking for 30 minutes. It made me want to visit Komoro again next time as well.

I was able to make a Reservation easily, and since I linked it with PayPay, payment was also simple. I’m satisfied because it was cheaper than other sites.

The rooms, terrace, and BBQ area were all very clean, and it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. The grill we reserved in advance was perfectly prepared, and there was a great selection of insect repellent items, dog supplies, indoor games, and welcome drinks—our whole family was more than satisfied. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!!!

Booked a twin room urgently for a memorial service. I knew it was right in front of the Yaizu Interchange, and overall, it was a satisfying Business Hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Room, large public bath, and breakfast area were compact yet clean, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast had many options, but I wished there were more fish dishes to reflect Yaizu's local flavor. The only concern was the smell from the unit bath's drainage system.

My husband liked it, and this was our second stay due to other commitments. This time we couldn’t book a single room and stayed in a twin, but he said it was spacious and he was satisfied. The large public bath is also spacious, and he really likes this Route Inn. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

When I arrived at the Hotel, I tried scanning the check-in QR code at the check-in machine, but it didn’t work. The front desk staff helped me right away, and I was able to check in without any issues. When I entered the Room, I was satisfied with the space and cleanliness. The bed was large, and for a business stay the bathroom was also very good—I had a comfortable night. I could see Kumamoto Castle from my Room, which made it even better. For this price, the level of satisfaction was more than enough. It’s located in the city center, so it was convenient to go out for meals. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Kumamoto.

Despite its name, this is a very ordinary Hotel. Since there is no staff at the front desk, it may be a good choice for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The services are neither particularly good nor bad. The biggest advantage of this Hotel is that you can stay at a low price despite its convenient location.

For the past few years, we have stayed here almost every year. It reminds us how wonderful it is to spend time with family in nature. The Room and the surrounding greenery are beautifully maintained, and we also enjoy the delicious meals. The fun activities and the relaxing time are both fantastic. Above all, all of the staff are truly wonderful, and it became a joyful summer family memory. Thank you again for this year.

Our family of six stayed for two nights (Multiple Night Stay). The building itself feels a bit old-fashioned, but it was kept very clean. Above all, the meals were incredibly delicious and truly impressed us. We’re sorry we couldn’t finish everything on the first day. On the second day, the menu was different, and we managed to finish it all. It was genuinely wonderful. Whenever we visit Nanyo or Kochi again, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a women-only private room. The room was stylish, and the futon was spacious enough. The bath, toilets, and wash area were all kept very clean. Paid amenities were also affordable—some items were available for just 100 yen, which was really helpful. It was also great that I could drink water, tea, and coffee for free. I heard the water is pumped from groundwater, and it tasted amazing. The other guests had good manners as well, so I slept soundly at night. The owner at reception and the female staff were very polite and helpful, and they even stored my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot. On my way out, I also received a card for free amenities to use next time. I’m grateful to have received this level of service for under 5,000 yen. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

This was my second stay, and it was great again. The Room is functional, and the amenities—shampoo and conditioner included—smelled wonderful and left my hair feeling amazingly smooth. Of course, there’s such a wide variety of food that you can’t possibly try everything, but the shrimp tempura was perfectly fried—not overdone—and incredibly delicious. I could eat as much medium-fatty tuna as I wanted and was completely satisfied. Everything else, like the steak and seafood, was also excellent. But the best part, just like last time, was how pleasant all the staff are. The front desk team and the dining staff were all warm and welcoming, and it felt great to see how much they genuinely want guests to enjoy themselves—and how much they seem to enjoy their work too. That’s why it’s still so good!! I’d love to stay again.

The guest lounge was great. On the day I stayed, there was an event where I could meet Qoo, and it was amazing. So cute!! The breakfast was delicious too!

I stayed here for a fan trip, and I felt safe thanks to the women-only area and the key-access system that prevents the door from opening without tapping your key. I was also happy that there was a private, lockable shower room. This was my first stay, but I’d definitely like to stay again.

This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

I stayed here solo as a reward to myself after working hard through the summer. Perched on a hill with ocean views, about 15 minutes from Atami Station by Shuttle Service, it’s only around two hours from my home in Tokyo but felt like a real getaway. From the welcome afternoon tea while soaking in the footbath to the Onsen and delicious meals, I enjoyed everything to the fullest. I’d heard that drinks at dinner were free, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected—even I, who rarely drink alcohol, ended up having sparkling wine and fruit liqueur. This Hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced for what it offers, and you can really feel the effort behind that throughout. The Room was a bit dated and there were some scratches on the fittings and furniture, but details like simple, stylish glasses and cups; using local ingredients even if not luxury items; and keeping amenities to only what’s necessary actually left me with a very positive impression. In earlier Reviews I saw comments such as indoor footwear being wooden geta sandals that were hard to walk in, or that things had become digital and explanations at reception were confusing. However, they now provide stylish slippers indoors, and they also gave clear guidance—including how to use your smartphone—so I felt they genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. All of the staff were pleasant right down to housekeeping. As we left in the Shuttle Service car and passed through the gate, I looked back and saw an adorable female staff member waving enthusiastically goodbye—it really warmed my heart. There are a few minor shortcomings if you look for them, but considering the price it’s truly excellent, and I’d love to stay again. Maybe it’s just my bad luck with weather: despite a sunny forecast it stayed cloudy throughout so the sea didn’t look its best. That’s something I’d love to come back for revenge next time (lol).
