I always stay here on my way to Shinshu. The dining-out map was very helpful.

All the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The bed in the Room was also cozy, and we slept well. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. For dinner, instead of white rice, we had kiritanpo hot pot. At first I missed having rice and felt it might not be enough, but the kiritanpo was incredibly tasty and left us completely full. The breakfast buffet was good, but I felt there weren’t many local specialties. The milk is delicious. The bath feels more like a health Facility that local residents also use for day trips; it’s not an Onsen with much atmosphere. However, there is a pool, so it may be great for families with children. Come to think of it, since there were several families with small children, they seemed to separate the dinner seating areas—so we adults could enjoy a quiet, relaxed meal. We really appreciated that consideration. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very satisfied. You can refresh yourself in this lush green area. The nearby waterfall is well worth seeing too.

I stayed for three nights. I was a bit surprised that the light meal was a frozen bento, but it helped me save on dinner. The room felt like a private space, so I could relax. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the shampoo, but it was good quality. There’s a Lamū supermarket across the national highway, so you can shop even late at night. I forgot something, and they promptly sent it to me cash on delivery. Thank you for the quick response. If there’s an R9 in other destinations, I’d like to stay again on future trips.

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.

This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

I stayed here for a trip departing from Narita Airport. The Facility isn’t brand-new, but it’s more than sufficient for the price. The bath was spacious, so I could soak and relieve my fatigue. Amenities, including bath salts, are selected from in front of the front desk. There was a wide variety of tea, and options like honey tea were delicious. Buses to Narita Airport ran every hour starting in the 6 a.m. hour, so I took the first one and had plenty of time. When I wasn’t sure which departure time to choose, the front desk staff kindly said, “If it were me, I’d choose an earlier time,” which made me very happy.

My first trip to Onomichi. I chose Hansei, highly rated for its outstanding cuisine. The kaiseki meals made with seasonal Setouchi ingredients were exceptional—each dish carefully prepared, and while true to classic kaiseki, they also incorporated new ingredients in a way that was both impressive and delicious. Even the pickles were finely scored with hidden knife work, showing thoughtful consideration for the guest. I was amazed by the high level of quality. The special sea bream chazuke (with sesame sauce) at breakfast was also superb.

As wonderful as the food was, what moved me most was the attentiveness and care shown by all the staff. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was excellent. One member of staff in charge of dining even quietly placed an extra dish beside a photo of a family member who could not join us at breakfast and dinner—an incredibly touching gesture.

The “Travel Memory Book” was something that staff had written for the first time, but it became a truly lovely keepsake—the carefully drawn illustration and message conveyed their warmth so clearly.

With such wonderful staff and delicious food, Hansei is a place I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

A family member became unwell, and we arrived at the Hotel before 3:00 PM. When we explained the situation, they quickly prepared a Room that was not yet ready and arranged for us to check in. Thanks to that, we were able to rest properly. Thank you very much. The Hotel itself is new, very beautiful, and clean. If I had to mention one issue, the bathroom seems to be separated, but when you step out of the bath area there is a toilet right there, and with clear glass it is completely visible from both sides. That part was difficult. The Bikan Historical Quarter is very close by, so you can take your time sightseeing. It was an excellent Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I love the calm atmosphere of Tateshina Tokyu Hotel and have stayed here several times. Its setting in the forest, the dignified yet unpretentious interiors, and the quiet time you can spend here offer a charm that is hard to find at other hotels. This time was no different, and it reminded me again how much I like this hotel. Also, though it’s a small thing, I really like the toothbrushes in the guest rooms. They’re comfortable to use, and I can feel the hotel’s thoughtfulness even in these details. I hope you will continue with the current ones. On the other hand, precisely because I’ve been coming for many years, there are a few things that disappointed me. The biggest one is that Japanese dinner has been discontinued since this year. On a Multiple Night Stay, we used to enjoy being able to choose “Western tonight, Japanese tomorrow” within the hotel itself. Especially for us—who prefer not to drive once we arrive and instead relax in the forest or inside—the option was very important. French cuisine certainly has its appeal, but having Western meals both nights makes it feel like a slightly different hotel than before. I would be happy if Japanese dinner becomes an option again someday. I was also sorry to hear that the garden pool, long loved by guests, has ended operations starting this year. I understand it was due to aging facilities (Facility), but combined with the end of Japanese dinner options (Facility), it feels as though some of what made Tateshina Tokyu special is gradually disappearing. One more thing I would love to see enhanced is the in-house library collection (Facility). This is such a quiet Hotel where you can relax while looking out at the forest—perfect for reading. The current selection feels lacking not so much in quantity as in curation quality. If there were more books that you’d want to pick up specifically because you came to Tateshina—on Shinshu’s nature and culture, mountains, architecture, travel writing, literature—it would make time spent at this Hotel even richer. I’m not asking for new facilities or services one after another. Rather, I hope you will continue cherishing and preserving what makes this Hotel unique. These comments come from someone who truly likes this Hotel—and I hope to keep visiting for many years to come.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live show at Kanda Myojin Hall. Check-in was at 14:00, but I arrived at 13:45 and they let me into my Room right away, which was very helpful. The bathroom area in the Room was clean, and since it was hot, it was great to be able to have a cold drink immediately from the free drinks in the lobby. Breakfast was also a set meal with plenty of food—nothing to complain about. I’d like to stay here again if I have plans nearby next time.

Conveniently located next to the station, making it very easy to use. The cleaning staff were very polite in their interactions. One concern was that the hairdryer had some dust or debris tangled in it. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance (such as giving us a tour of the facilities and lending us tools to clear snow from our car). At dinner, the timing of each course being served in order was excellent—they seemed to watch our pace as we enjoyed drinks and ate slowly. I was impressed by their professional attentiveness.

I stay here when attending night games at Koshien. This is my third time, and every visit I’m impressed by the courteous service from the front desk and lobby lounge staff, as well as the restaurant staff—truly what you’d expect from a Miyako Hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and I really appreciate being able to leave my luggage in the Room beforehand. Breakfast is open even if you arrive a little before 7:00 AM. It’s mainly Japanese-style, but one of the highlights is having fried eggs cooked to order on the spot, and I also enjoy that they offer Amagasaki champon. The Facility is a bit old, but it’s very comfortable, and I’d like to stay here again in the future.

Within walking distance of Tomari Port, it’s an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. There’s nothing to fault—everything from the cleanliness of the Room to the front desk service is excellent. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It feels like there are many international guests and a lively crowd. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet area away from the city, and it was wonderful with the ocean right in front of it and beautiful ocean views. For breakfast and dinner, you can enjoy either a buffet or BBQ. Lunch is available for a short time, but there are light meals as well, so you can comfortably spend the whole day relaxing at the Hotel. Perhaps because of that, there were overwhelmingly many families. With the pool right in front of you, being able to enjoy both the pool and the sea at the same time feels safe and nice. That said, it may not be ideal for those who want to spend their time in complete quiet. It was also great that there is a large public bath. It’s not very big, but it was really helpful this time. The most disappointing thing was that I noticed quite a bit of mold in the Room bathroom. If not for that, it would have been excellent. Cleanliness around water areas stands out especially, so improving this would make it an even better Hotel. One more thing: I couldn’t use the outlet near the bed, so I borrowed an extension cord from the front desk. Other than that, the staff were wonderful—everyone throughout the building was very pleasant—and it made our stay a fun trip. The food was delicious. The buffet offered a very large amount of food, so I think it would be great to also have an option with smaller portions at a slightly lower price for lighter eaters. Thank you very much.

It’s about a 15-minute walk from Morioka Station, and it makes for a pleasant stroll while enjoying the scenery and shopping streets. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and there’s also a FamilyMart on the first floor, so we had no trouble finding food and really enjoyed it. We’d definitely like to stay here again.

I woke up, took a shower, and had a meal—just like any usual day, but I didn’t feel tired at all. The Hotel was very comfortable. Starting the day well makes the whole day GOOD!!! Also, breakfast was truly wonderful—everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

I arrived by motorcycle. At first, the parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but luckily there was an available space and I was able to park on the property. For breakfast, they served a local specialty—hittsumi soup—which was great and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!
