This Hotel was featured on TV during the camp event held on February 1 this year. Autographs from Nippon-Ham Fighters players were on display. I would have bought everything if there had been more merchandise, so it was disappointing that there wasn’t much. The Room was spacious, and although Okinawa is often seen as expensive, the price was reasonable.

I had reserved a single Room, but due to an issue with the Room, I was offered a larger twin Room instead. It felt almost too spacious for one person, but the extra space was very helpful for everything. It felt more like being at home than staying at a Hotel. The bathroom was also large, and although it was just one night, I was able to relax. The items in the Room were simple and included only what I needed, which suited me perfectly. The Hotel is also very close to the station, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants along the way, making it a convenient location. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much.

This is a wonderful Hotel where you can fully enjoy the great nature of Lake Akan. The woody interior seems to have been recently renovated and is very relaxing. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby, and luggage storage is done by choosing your own code and using a locker. We splurged on a nicer Room, and it had an outstanding view, plenty of space, and even a microwave. Breakfast was excellent—true to Hokkaido—with not only seafood but also delicious pizza and hamburgers, plus smoothies. We also heard we could use the baths at the main Tsuruga Group building, so we went. There is a shuttle bus, but it’s about a 7-minute walk along the lakeside as well. The baths at the main building were incredibly luxurious.

I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Friends came from Mie and Nara and stayed here. Everyone was delighted with the shampoo bar when taking a bath, and they were impressed by how comfortable the bed was—they slept soundly and said their backs didn’t hurt. They left happily, saying they want to come again. This is my second stay, and I’d love to return again.

My son planned a relaxed, unhurried trip to visit Kasama Inari Shrine, Nakaminato Market, and buy melons in Hokota, and chose this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel itself may be older, but it has been beautifully renovated. The lobby and entrance are stylish spaces, and the view opens from the inlet out to the sea right in front of you—making a great first impression. The Room was also well designed with unnecessary items kept to a minimum. It felt clean and comfortable. Dinner was pleasantly healthy for us seniors, and we enjoyed it very much. It seemed a little light for my son’s generation, but the late-night ramen service is a nice touch (we missed it because our dinner was late). We wanted to enjoy dinner quietly and at a relaxed pace, but unfortunately it was noisy that day because we were dining alongside a large group of older guests. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety across different categories, and everything was tasty. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and it’s a Hotel we would like to visit again.

Stayed with my mother. The meals were absolutely exquisite, just as expected. The service was attentive, and the clean room made for a comfortable stay. Although the bath was slightly small, we were fortunate that there were only a few other guests, allowing us to relax and enjoy it. If I may suggest, it would be convenient to have hand towels in the room's washbasin area matching the number of guests staying in that room for face washing purposes. Even with that minor point, it was a very satisfying accommodation.

The area around the Hotel is quiet, allowing for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are two convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I will use this place again when visiting Kimitsu. Thank you!

I don’t travel very often, so this may not be the best reference, but among the Hotels I’ve stayed at in various prefectures, this was the best. I was surprised that welcome drinks and alcohol were available to enjoy freely! If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the sink was small, and sometimes water splashed onto the floor when washing my face. All of the front desk staff were polite and kind, and my whole family praised them highly. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was our first stay at the REI Hotel. The location was very convenient, and since we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel, we appreciated being able to focus on sleep—the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable. After the live show, we were completely exhausted, so we’re glad we chose this place to rest.

Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.

We chose the BBH Group for the first time based on our junior-high and high-school children’s wishes: they wanted a buffet-style meal and, if possible, karaoke or table tennis. The Reviews here were very helpful. We arrived around 2:30 p.m., and we were able to check in; Happy Hour had already started as well, which we appreciated. There was no explanation about karaoke, so we had to ask ourselves, but we were able to make a Reservation. Badminton and table tennis could be enjoyed without a Reservation. We brought our own badminton rackets. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed BBH’s signature Happy Hour oden and drinks, the buffet meals, and the late-night soba served from 9:00 p.m. We also enjoyed items like minced tuna and salmon at breakfast, though I felt they could have been offered at dinner as well. Since everyone seems to have dinner at the same time, waiting for the only elevator took a while, so we used the stairs. Even if it’s not used often, there was far too much dust buildup. In the game corner as well, there were visible streaks of dust on top of surfaces. With 30% PayPay points applied, our out-of-pocket cost came to just under ¥10,000 per person, which felt reasonable.

I stayed on the first day of the latter half of Golden Week. I arrived before noon, but they kindly stored my luggage so I could enjoy sightseeing in the afternoon hands-free. They also kept my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help. On top of that, breakfast was delicious. When a Hotel provides great service, it makes for a fun trip that stays in your memory.

We always stay here when traveling with three generations, and we truly appreciate your hospitality. (It also feels nostalgic because my father worked here back in the Kanpo days!) Since the renovation, it has become even more comfortable for children, and we made more wonderful memories again this time. As part of the summer vacation program, our kids were thrilled right after arrival with the cardboard maze and the guests-only soft-serve ice cream and ice pops! At dinner, there were also summer-only treats like chocolate bananas and shaved ice—like a fun festival. They were set up so they couldn’t be seen from our seats at first, so after the kids finished their meal and we told them about it, they happily went to get some. We really like that both breakfast and dinner are served at the table rather than buffet-style, so we can relax and enjoy our meal. The dishes used Yaizu sashimi and rice, and we could feel the care put into the food. And we were absolutely full!!! The Onsen water quality has been great for years, and my mother and daughter were able to relax together. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and had a welcome little visitor (a cicada)! The kids loved it (it was gone by morning). The staff at the front desk and shop were kind and helpful as well—this is a Hotel where we can feel safe and comfortable. If there were a Room that could accommodate six people, that would be perfect; from next time we will need to book two rooms. We would be very happy if there were an option where everyone could stay together. Thank you again for your continued support.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting August 19. According to the Hotel website, some parts of the Facility were affected by Typhoon No. 13, but we were able to spend our time with almost no inconvenience. The private beach, the restaurants (Piki, Anelia, and Premium BBQ), and the snorkeling tour—all exceeded our expectations. The beachside villa with an outdoor jacuzzi was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable! Relaxing at the beach café with a cold drink while gazing at the Yoron Blue sea was simply the best!! Above all, we were truly moved by the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality. Just one small point: the refrigerator was only about what you’d find in a Business Hotel... Since the first floor had a full dining area and kitchen, we wished there had been at least a small household refrigerator. This was our first trip to Yoron Island. Thanks to Pricia Resort, we enjoyed an exceptional paradise stay. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.

They securely stored my suitcase early in the morning, and I checked in when I returned. The only downside was that there’s just one elevator (it might be best to allow extra time, especially when you’re in a hurry). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hopping pass to head over to Nono Annex and enjoyed the black Onsen. I also made sure to enjoy the late-night soba, and then had some ice cream available in front of the Onsen on the 10th floor of this Hotel… (there were four flavors, but two were sold out… it was disappointing that the one I really wanted was gone). While relaxing with it in my Room… I could hear the guest next door snoring—honestly funny. The walls must be thin. Bad luck with this Room. The next morning, I enjoyed the 10th-floor Onsen again and had some drinks as well, and I successfully caught the early-morning Spacia X departing from Tobu Asakusa Station. Since it was so early, I only glanced at what looked like a delicious breakfast… I chose this Accommodation solely because it’s close to Tobu Asakusa Station, and aside from bad luck with my Room, everything else was completely satisfying. Thank you very much. If I asked at reception, would they have given me earplugs? lol

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated my late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer and the shampoo and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful in this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest well. I used the Room until just before check-out and even finished my work there.

I came to visit friends. The hotel is on a quiet street with easy parking, and I was able to relax in the large public bath and rest well. The staff were very kind, which was wonderful!

We stayed at Cottage Yucca in luxury with five people. There were other cottages we wanted to try, but we chose this one because it has four bedrooms—most others have about three. It’s designed with a great sense of openness, and we were able to relax and take our time. The BBQ on the terrace is highly recommended—the portions are so generous you won’t be able to finish it all. The breakfast delivered in a basket is also very filling. If you’re looking for a holiday where you can enjoy private space while gazing at the sea, this is the place!

- Located within the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, most shops are nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Odori or Susukino, making it very convenient. Even on rainy days, you can move around without getting wet thanks to the arcade and underground walkway. - As a "Books Café," guests can borrow books to take to their rooms. Walking around for sightseeing during the day and relaxing with a book in your room at night is wonderful. - The room might feel small, but it's spacious enough for one person. It has a calm and stylish atmosphere. The luggage storage is convenient, and having a bath with a washing area is rare compared to other accommodations. However, the shower water pressure is too strong; if left in its holder, shorter individuals like me may find that the water goes over their head... Also, since there’s a café on the first floor, only powdered green tea is provided in the room—no mineral water service either. Using the café every time can be costly, so I brought my own tea bags and water instead; this was slightly disappointing. As someone who always buys lots of books while traveling, I think this accommodation where you can borrow books is fantastic. I’d love to stay here again if I have another chance!
