The Room was also kept very clean. Given the current situation, I’d say it offers outstanding value for money, including meals! It seems a new location will be opening near my hometown as well, and I’ll definitely use it.

This was my second stay. I stayed in a non-smoking single Room on the 3rd floor. The building is old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy. In the hallway, there were glasses, teacups, and paper cups, along with tea service, a hot/cold water dispenser, a microwave, and separated trash bins, which was very helpful. Inside the Room there was a small refrigerator, as well as a mirror and hair dryer. Amenities were provided next to the front desk, and guests take what they need themselves. The large public bath was spacious enough and felt great with free-flowing hot spring water straight from the source; I could relax and relieve my fatigue. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

This time I stayed as a solo traveler. Even during meals, I didn’t feel self-conscious at all and was able to fully enjoy the dining experience. I used the Onsen upon arrival and again for a morning bath, and it felt wonderful—especially the carbonated bath, which I loved. I’d like to visit again. It was also an excellent base for sightseeing.

This was our first stay. Three of us—female high school classmates—traveled together, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time here. The inn had a calm atmosphere, everything was impeccably clean, and many of the staff had a soothing, welcoming manner. The meals were delicious, with many dishes that felt nourishing and made us happy. For us in our 60s the portions were a little generous, but we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again with our families as well. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

This was my second stay, and it’s still a wonderful Ryokan. As soon as you enter the Room, you’re greeted by the sea of Munakata. You can hear the waves too—it’s truly soothing. That alone filled my heart.\n\nThe public bath that eases a tired body felt authentic and nostalgic, yet it was incredibly clean. You can even see the ocean from there.\n\nAfterward, the coffee milk at the community hall bar was amazing. Dinner with local fish was pure bliss, and for breakfast, the wakame seaweed shabu-shabu was outstanding. I enjoyed everything to the fullest.\n\nThe staff were also kind, with a lovely warm atmosphere.

Thank you for promptly accommodating the request for a non-smoking Room.

Three colleagues and I stayed here. We were very satisfied with the variety of dishes at dinner and breakfast, the service, and the bath. Great value for money.

I truly appreciate that you arranged all of my requests. The property is thoroughly cleaned, and although compact, the rooms are functional and kept impeccably tidy. Most notably, the simple breakfast is wonderfully delicious—especially the miso soup, which is outstanding. The morning miso soup alone is reason enough for me to promise I’ll return.

All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and wonderful!! Even though it was very reasonably priced, the Room was clean, there was a private bath, a relaxing area with manga and games, free drinks, a microwave, and access to the rooftop—our kids were delighted! Overall it was compact and easy to get around, making it very comfortable to stay! This time we booked No Meals Included, but next time we’d like to come back and relax with meals included as well! Thank you very much!

I stayed here on a solo trip, and it was a truly special getaway that let me fully experience the unique atmosphere of Rebun Island. I was very satisfied to enjoy fresh seafood that you can only taste on Rebun Island. The Room was comfortable, and I was able to relax at my own pace. The staff were warm and welcoming, and it was memorable to feel the homey atmosphere that’s unique to an island Accommodation. It was also great to soothe my travel fatigue in the Onsen in the large public bath. Even at breakfast, I could enjoy Rebun’s seafood, which made the trip feel even more fulfilling. Overall, my satisfaction level was genuinely high—rather than one standout point, everything was excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again, and I highly recommend it.

The view from the room is simply spectacular! Suruga Bay, Mt. Fuji, and the night scenery are all amazing! I turned off the lights in the room and fully enjoyed the night view. The French dinner was outstanding—every dish was exquisite. Even though I was traveling solo, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal, which was also excellent. A perfect stay with nothing to complain about—I’d love to come back again.

We stayed during Silver Week. Even with many guests, it never felt noisy, and the restaurant was run smoothly. There was a notice in the lobby with the sunset time, and the sunset over Ago Bay seen from our Room was very beautiful. The grounds are spacious, and the early-morning walking route was refreshing.

Close to the station, with an outlet mall just nearby, so the location is very convenient. Also, since we have children, we signed up for Picchio’s animal tour and insect tour within the Hotel and joined in. The guide explained everything carefully, and we enjoyed it a lot, so I highly recommend it. The Hotel grounds are vast, and shuttle buses run until late between Karuizawa Prince West, Animal, Hot Spring, and the outlet mall, which was very convenient. We woke up early and took a walk around the Hotel grounds. The fresh air was wonderful, and the sun filtering through the trees was truly soothing. The Onsen was great as well, and above all, all of the staff were very kind and pleasant—it really felt like they are well trained. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Thank you for upgrading our room—it allowed us to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. The bathtub was not overly large, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing bath. Even though we stayed until just before departure, the bus stop right in front of the property made it easy to keep to our schedule. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

The hospitality is outstanding. This was my first stay, and the staff’s service was excellent! Dinner featuring creative cuisine while enjoying Nara’s night view feels truly extraordinary. The complimentary private open-air bath was also amazing.

The Room is compact, but it is sufficient for a solo stay. At check-in, a female staff member came over right away and explained everything. Another female staff member also answered my questions politely. Both of them provided excellent service. As expected from APA Hotel. I also like APA Hotel’s high bed. I did not use the Onsen, so I rated it 1.

There was a Shuttle Service from Kyoto Station to the Hotel, and both the facilities and our Room were spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind. Although we were worried about the weather, we were able to enjoy dinner on the riverside platform without any issues, and the Tankuma breakfast was also delicious. The selection at the Hotel gift shop and the staff’s service were excellent, so we had a great shopping experience. It is also close to Nishi Honganji Temple, so we could join the morning service and fully enjoy Kyoto.

I stayed here while traveling last year and again this year. Since it’s located in a covered arcade, you can go shopping without an umbrella even when it rains, and the location is also convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is clean, and the staff greet you with a smile, making it a very pleasant place to stay.

I chose this Hotel because it offers excellent access within walking distance to the Shinkansen, Hankyu Railway, and the Midosuji subway line. The cleaning was thorough, and both the building and the Room were spotless. There are three elevators, so there was no waiting time. It perfectly matched my criteria when choosing a Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

Truly dog-first, with every comfort thoughtfully provided… You can enjoy everything with your dog except the bath (the private bath is probably OK). The shop, meals, and even co-sleeping… It’s a long-established inn, but the rooms have been renovated and were very clean and comfortable. Having a water dispenser in the room was also a nice touch. The bed was quite high, but there were steps in the room so our dogs could get up and down freely. There’s also a dog run, and the sea is nearby, so we went for walks there many times during our stay. It’s an inn that makes you want to come back.
