Our return flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so we urgently requested an additional night on top of our planned two-night stay. The staff kindly accommodated us, which was a huge help. We had breakfast for two days, and the menu changed properly each day. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean, making this a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

While some Hotels are rigid and overly formal, here I was truly able to relax thanks to the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. Their service reflected the values of the manager and leadership, as well as the Hotel’s overall commitment to welcoming guests. I stayed for six nights, and I sincerely appreciate all your kindness—thank you very much.

Everything was truly wonderful. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and they knew a lot about my hometown, so we had a great conversation—they even said they would love to visit someday. My room was upgraded as well, and it was the best room I could have asked for. Last year I stayed at Dogo Onsen, and after hiking I considered going to the hot springs again, but the bath in the room was amazing—so I decided to fully enjoy relaxing in my room instead. There was also a massage chair, which helped me unwind completely and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast was packed with seafood and absolutely delicious. This hotel was excellent in every way. Since I travel often, I’d like to stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotels in other cities too. It was fantastic!!! Matsuyama Castle, Tadao Ando’s museum, and Shimonada Station were all wonderful as well. The food everywhere was amazing—I definitely want to come back to Matsuyama!!!

Thank you always for such a comfortable stay. Everyone at the front desk and in the lobby, as well as the housekeeping staff, is truly friendly and kind. Staying here makes my memories of Osaka even warmer—this is my favorite and best Accommodation. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

It was a very comfortable and wonderful villa. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the bath was absolutely lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

I was able to relax and enjoy a very peaceful stay. It was a wonderful hotel that felt comfortable and unpretentious, yet still had a sense of elegance and refinement. The high-quality but down-to-earth atmosphere left a strong impression, and I was able to spend my time at ease. The staff’s service was also excellent—their thoughtful attention was subtle and never overbearing. The refined yet unpretentious ambiance was truly comfortable, allowing me to unwind from the heart. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

I loved both the hot springs and the meals. I tried several other hot springs as well, but this one was the best. The newly renovated wood-grain bath was wonderful, and the open-air bath was especially relaxing. The meals—both dinner and breakfast—were far more generous and higher quality than expected. Everything felt wholesome and well-balanced, with natural dishes throughout. Even after eating a lot, I didn’t feel heavy or get heartburn—I could tell my body truly appreciated it. This is a hot spring inn I’d love to visit again.

I came back to Nasushiobara, Tochigi—an unforgettable place for me and my boyfriend of six years—for the first time in a while. We’ve traveled together about ten times, but this stay was truly exceptional. The location and the breathtaking starry sky seen from the private open-air bath in our room made it a wonderfully luxurious experience. The staff were kind and welcoming, and we felt genuinely at ease throughout our stay. In such a special place, he proposed to me. On my birthday, I was able to create my most cherished memory at this beautiful ryokan in a place full of meaning for us. I would love to return again. Thank you so much.

I was satisfied with everything: the forest view from the room’s deck, the atmosphere and food at the dinner restaurant, the excellent hospitality, and the well-rounded breakfast. The only area for improvement was that the meat at dinner was a bit tough and hard to chew due to sinew.

I stayed on the 14th floor. This is my regular Accommodation when I’m in Osaka. This time, I was reminded again how helpful it is to have a mirror in the Room that I can use for makeup. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels as well, but they didn’t have a mirror, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but it matters to me. I’ll be back again.

As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. During Silver Week, we dined at the Chinese restaurant Keikaen and the restaurant Chef’s Terrace. Both the food and hospitality were excellent, and I highly recommend them. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again.

Completely satisfied with everything—the bath, amenities, beds, sleepwear and bedding, access, and surroundings! I stay here regularly. The cleanliness and housekeeping are excellent.

When visiting Disney, this is the first hotel I search for. If there’s availability, I feel lucky—and if the dates work, I book immediately. Compared with hotels around Shin-Urayasu, taxi fares can add up, so it’s great that I can put that money toward upgrading our meals instead.

I’m a repeat guest every time. It’s conveniently located near the station, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The free breakfast (light meal: toast) is delicious as well. It’s quiet and I can sleep comfortably. I’ll stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

The property was very clean and excellent. Even without dinner, the complimentary drinks, snacks, and late-night meal were more than enough. The hot spring was wonderful—perfect when you want to relax and unwind.

An incredible price of just 4,860 yen for one night with breakfast, plus a welcome drink and ochazuke service in the evening, and even a large public bath with natural Onsen. Breakfast offers a wide variety, there is also a manga corner, and it’s amazing that the bath in the Room also has Onsen water. While it does show some age, I was very satisfied. I’d like to stay again.

My monthly staycation is usually at a Hotel in my local Minato Mirai area, but this time I went a bit farther to Hotel Indigo Gora. I drove there alone, and the winding mountain roads in Hakone were a little tiring. I arrived before check-in and planned to relax at the footbath, but as soon as I parked in the outdoor lot in front of the Hotel, a staff member came right away and helped with my luggage. The welcome drink and Umaibo snack were a nice touch, and being able to check in comfortably while seated is one of those pleasures you expect from a Hotel of this class. When I entered my Room with the staff’s guidance, I couldn’t help saying, “Beautiful!” out loud. It’s a compact Hotel with around 100 rooms, but the Japanese-modern design—combining a raised tatami area with beds—was truly charming. I usually prefer modern Hotels, but this stay reminded me how calming and appealing Japanese-modern style can be. For dinner, I ordered à la carte at the on-site restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and abalone in the bouillabaisse were surprisingly tender; the burrata was rich and paired perfectly with tomato and basil. The white wine went down easily. Since I don’t eat much, I also appreciated having à la carte options instead of only set courses. The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could make at home. Even as someone who eats lightly (and can be picky), it was more than satisfying. The hospitality from everyone on staff was excellent, and the entire property was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to return again.
