The views of the islands in the bay and the Izu Seven Islands are stunning. The attentive service down to the smallest details and the kindness of the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely like to stay again. One concern: when entering for dinner, a tall bearded white male staff member spoke in an overbearing manner and told us to wait outside. Please address and improve this. A female staff member quickly came over and kindly assisted us. Aside from that, the food was excellent, and the open-air bath was amazing—I would love to return again.

I’d heard the breakfast at Hotel Hokke Club was good, but it was surprisingly delicious. The menu was full of local specialties, including mentaiko, motsunabe, and fried chicken seasoned with ago-dashi. The Japanese dishes were especially excellent. There was also a great selection of drinks—I’d never stayed at a Hotel that offered almond milk. I made an almond milk latte with espresso, just like a Starbucks-style drink. Beyond the meals, the front desk staff were kind and helpful, and they took great care of us when storing our luggage after checkout. A very satisfying stay at this Hotel.

This was my second stay. This time, I traveled with my elderly mother. They accommodated the Room request I had shared in advance, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

The shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka Station was very helpful. We opted out of housekeeping during our two-night stay, and we received coins that could be used at the vending machines in the 1st-floor lobby, which made us happy because we could buy snacks. I also appreciated having a desk lamp, as I needed to do some writing. The only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush well.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the location was very convenient. Afternoon tea and the evening cocktail hour were excellent, including light snacks. The large public bath was also great. When I come to Kyoto again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

Conveniently located near the station and featuring a large public bath, it was perfect for soothing my tired body after a long day of walking. I was very satisfied with the thoughtful services for women, such as being able to choose shampoo and conditioner and borrowing a hair iron.

This is my third stay here. The direct connection to the station is a real highlight. The Hotel room is clean and very comfortable to use. Breakfast also offers many Nagoya specialties, which I enjoyed. I also appreciated the service of making a café latte upon request. With restaurants, a convenience store selling souvenirs, a pharmacy, and Starbucks all in the same building, it’s very convenient, so I would stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

I was shown to a Room larger than expected. Since I planned to work remotely in the Hotel, the large desk was a huge help! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and black tea in the lobby. I also appreciated being able to borrow bath salts and a rubber duck. It was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

The cuisine was simply outstanding, and every dish moved me. Each course had a gentle flavor while still showcasing the natural strength of the ingredients, allowing me to fully savor its deep, nourishing taste. The menu explanations also offered insight into Niigata’s food culture and the stories behind the local ingredients, bringing new discoveries with every plate. The rice experience was equally exceptional. At dinner, I enjoyed the transition in flavor from “Niebana” to freshly steamed rice, and even the late-night onigiri had evolved into a different taste. At breakfast, I tried different varieties of rice and truly appreciated the richness of Niigata as Japan’s premier rice region. Although it was cloudy, soaking in the hot spring surrounded by vast nature was a special moment that made me forget everyday life. In the quiet outdoors, I was able to spend precious time entirely my own. Connecting with the land’s climate and culture through food and unwinding in nature—this stay became an unforgettable experience filled with what only Satoyama Jujo can offer.

I chose this property for its location and was very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to visit Tachikawa again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I always stay at this Hotel. If you’re visiting Shima City, I highly recommend it. You can enjoy a comfortable stay at the Hotel. Breakfast also features delicious local specialties, so you can enjoy them at the Hotel if you missed out elsewhere. It’s a great Hotel.

I stayed in a twin room in the Main Building the night before, but there was no availability for the second night, so I moved to a twin room in the East Building. The East Building is newer than the Main Building and has two elevators. Although I checked out once, there was a service where the staff moved my luggage to the new room. The room had a calm, modern atmosphere, and you can see the river from the window—I imagine it must be wonderful during cherry blossom season. The toilet and bath have no step at the entrance, making it easy to get in and out. There is also a handrail by the bathtub. This room also had their special ion water, which I enjoyed. A safe is provided as well, so valuables feel secure. An early-morning walking event was planned, and it seems the president personally guides guests along the riverside. I wanted to join, but unfortunately it rained. I was also looking forward to an excellent breakfast after the walk. Perhaps because it was a weekday, breakfast wasn’t very crowded—when I went at 6:30 a.m., there was no wait. There were plenty of restaurant staff; dishes were replenished constantly, and tables were cleared and reset quickly whenever they opened up—very pleasant service. There are several local specialties, introduced with informational panels. One minor inconvenience: if you stay in the East Building, you need to go down to the first floor before heading to the Main Building’s breakfast venue. Also, since both the coin laundry and hot spring are on an upper floor of the East Building, staying in the Main Building might feel less convenient for those facilities. I regret not using onsen this time. When traveling toward Fukui again, this is a hotel I would choose on purpose. A great choice—highly recommended.

This was the best value for money among all the hotels I’ve booked through Ikkyu. It may have been because it was late August, but I was very happy to stay in a large twin room at a four-star level for this price. The front desk staff were also excellent. I would appreciate a bit more variety at the breakfast buffet. I was impressed by how new, clean, and spacious the in-room bathroom was. I’d definitely like to stay again when rates are reasonable. The facilities are new, modern, and stylish, which made me feel great and excited throughout my stay. It was disappointing that the lobby air conditioning was so cold that I couldn’t relax there.

When I arrived at Sapporo Station, it was drizzling, but I didn’t feel like taking an umbrella out of my luggage. I crossed the crosswalk without one, and the entrance was right there. It was very convenient to plan my schedule with the station as a starting point for getting anywhere. The staff were also very kind and helpful, so I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Our return flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so we urgently requested an additional night on top of our planned two-night stay. The staff kindly accommodated us, which was a huge help. We had breakfast for two days, and the menu changed properly each day. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean, making this a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

While some Hotels are rigid and overly formal, here I was truly able to relax thanks to the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. Their service reflected the values of the manager and leadership, as well as the Hotel’s overall commitment to welcoming guests. I stayed for six nights, and I sincerely appreciate all your kindness—thank you very much.

Everything was truly wonderful. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and they knew a lot about my hometown, so we had a great conversation—they even said they would love to visit someday. My room was upgraded as well, and it was the best room I could have asked for. Last year I stayed at Dogo Onsen, and after hiking I considered going to the hot springs again, but the bath in the room was amazing—so I decided to fully enjoy relaxing in my room instead. There was also a massage chair, which helped me unwind completely and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast was packed with seafood and absolutely delicious. This hotel was excellent in every way. Since I travel often, I’d like to stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotels in other cities too. It was fantastic!!! Matsuyama Castle, Tadao Ando’s museum, and Shimonada Station were all wonderful as well. The food everywhere was amazing—I definitely want to come back to Matsuyama!!!

Staying here makes my memories of Osaka even warmer—this is my favorite and best Accommodation. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

It was a very comfortable and wonderful villa. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the bath was absolutely lovely. I will definitely stay here again.
