Whenever I go out for drinks in Yuda, I stay here. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the hot spring is excellent. It’s no exaggeration to say I stay here just for this hot spring. I’ll be back again soon.

The staff, including international team members, were friendly and great. They were great both in the lobby and at the dining venue. It was a wonderful Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—exactly what you’d hope for. The slightly no-frills service actually made it feel more relaxed and comfortable. If I had to mention just one thing, I think it would be better to replace the mirrors in the large public bath.

It was a truly wonderful Accommodation! It’s a private, whole-house traditional home, and I arrived wondering what it would be like to have a foot bath and karaoke in the living room. It was exactly as imagined—both were boldly set up, and both adults and children enjoyed them. In particular, the donut-shaped foot bath (Onsen) was fantastic; as soon as we arrived, we all gathered around it and had a great time. With a table in the center, it was convenient for placing drinks and more. There is no front desk, so communication with the Accommodation is only by email or phone. Even so, we really felt their hospitality: before check-in on the day of arrival, the manager had already started running the Room air conditioning and preparing the Onsen in the bathroom. They also provided Nespresso and bottled water. There were also handy extras like a Bluetooth speaker, some magazines, puzzles, and other small items—there was never a dull moment. Fun for both adults and kids all day long! The only thing that concerned me was the river. Perhaps due to several days of heavy rain, at bedtime we could hear the roaring sound of the river right next to us, which made us feel slightly uneasy. However, by checking river information and making sure our child didn’t open any windows, we were able to stay without any issues. It was such a unique Room experience that we had an amazing time—we’d definitely love to stay again!

Pros: Friendly service. Great location—close to Yubatake and with parking available. Clean and well maintained. I used the bath at night and in the morning, and had it all to myself both times. The bread was delicious. Cons: The TV screen is small, so keep that in mind if you plan to watch TV. You can hear footsteps in the hallway. There were no slippers (they might be available), which wasn’t a big issue but felt a bit unusual.

I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan. I really liked the Room and was able to spend a fulfilling time. The staff were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It rained this time, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to relax on the rooftop.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. I choose this Business Hotel for its great value, the surprisingly spacious bathroom (like a love hotel), and the separate bath and toilet. The friendly and courteous service from the front desk staff also makes my stay very pleasant. The location is convenient too, with a Tanimachi Line station within walking distance, and I’m always soothed by the lush greenery of Ikutama Shrine visible from the window.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All of the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

Above all, the location is excellent. The Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby. You can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There is Ramen Ajisai right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson. We were also able to try out different shampoo and conditioner. After the bath, there were probiotic drinks and ice pops. We enjoyed salmon roe at breakfast and were very satisfied. My husband especially enjoyed the desserts. We’d love to stay again.

I checked in on Saturday night and went to the large public bath. It was crowded, but it moved along smoothly, and the bath was spacious so I could relax and soak comfortably. The twin room was compact yet functional, and I had a comfortable stay.

The woman who greeted us upon arrival at the Hotel was exceptionally attentive, and her escort service was wonderful. The other staff members also paid attention to even the smallest details, allowing us to stay comfortably. In particular, the service from the international staff felt natural and kind, and it seemed overwhelmingly higher in quality than at other hotels. It reminded me once again that human service is even more important than the Facility or meals. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

A truly restorative stay, thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality. Taking paid leave to get away from my busy workdays, I stayed at this Accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff members from overseas spoke fluent Japanese and carefully explained each dish one by one, and with every piece of tableware beautifully designed, the delicious food tasted even better. I enjoyed it with both my eyes and my palate. Their gentle way of placing the plates, the timing of serving each course, and the timing of clearing dishes were all excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy the meal. The open-air bath in the Room was also fantastic. I was surprised by how many amenities were provided. The scenery was superb as well. It was raining, but the rainy view—with mist hanging in the distance—was a beautiful sight in its own right. The large public bath felt great with its dark-colored water. The objects displayed throughout the Hotel were fascinating; I found myself staring closely at a dragon made from driftwood. It was fun searching for all the different pieces around the property, and they’ll be great inspiration for ideas in my own work. Above all, I was impressed by how thoughtfully every staff member interacted with guests in every situation. For this price point, this Hotel offers exceptional hospitality—I highly recommend it. Even though I stay at Hotels about three to four times a month, this is one that truly stood out after quite some time. I also liked that altitude above sea level is shown on floors 2, 7, and 8. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

This was my first stay here. I was worried about the rain, but it stayed cloudy, so we managed. The scenic-view bath was incredibly relaxing—simply the best. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of tasty fish. We chose the light-meal course, but it was still more than enough. We also enjoyed a variety of drinks, and I’d definitely like to stay again. The samue was extremely comfortable too!

Our family of four stayed in the Black Ship Suite for two nights and three days. We found this room last year and had been wanting to stay ever since. It was spacious and very clean, and outside the window was the black ship (the Susquehanna). It truly was an amazing space! Because we stayed two nights, we spent the entire second day in the room, enjoying the open-air bath, hinoki bath (cold plunge), and sauna all day long. We cooled down on the reclining chairs in the large changing area, relaxed in the massage chair, and lounged on the Yogibo—each of us was able to enjoy a wonderfully luxurious time. It was also great that amenities included CHANEL, Dior, Shu Uemura, and more. We were happy that on the second day they replenished not only bath towels but also mineral water, beer and juice in the refrigerator, plus different snacks and sweets from day one. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes with beautiful presentation; everything was delicious. The menus were completely different over the two days (with different ingredients as well), and we could really feel the chef’s thoughtfulness. All of the staff were kind and courteous, and we felt their hospitality came from the heart. Everyone’s smiles were wonderful. After breakfast on our third day, as we were leaving the restaurant they said to us, “Thank you for staying with us for two days,” which surprised us—and made us feel grateful as well. The hotel itself has a Showa-era retro feel to it due to its age, but it became a place we definitely want to return to. (It’s a shame I couldn’t upload photos for some reason.)

I was in Otaru on business from Kanagawa, but I was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Next time, I’d like to come when it’s not for work, and I would definitely love to stay here again with my family. The bath and the food were excellent.

All staff were kind and courteous. It’s a wonderful hotel with an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, table tennis, a hot stone sauna, and a large public bath—plenty to enjoy even on rainy days. The room was spacious and clean, with the toilet and bathroom separated, so we had a very comfortable stay. When we come to Ishigaki Island again, this is the hotel we’d like to stay at.

The hot spring water felt gentle on the skin and very pleasant. I stayed in the “Japanese-Modern Junior Suite (Japanese-Western Style)” room, and for this price it was an excellent value—there was even a cypress bath, the room was bright, spacious, and nicely renovated, and in-room drinks such as water and coffee were provided free of charge. It was also nice to see thoughtful touches like towels prepared in a carry bag. That said, for an onsen ryokan I would have liked a haori jacket, and since it is a Western-style room, I think having chairs to sit on is essential. I hope for a little more improvement from the guest’s perspective. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast; there was a wide selection of dishes and the service was polite and pleasant.

Thank you for letting us stay at a place we had always wanted to visit. Although it is far from central Kyoto, the facilities, hospitality, and food were all outstanding. We would love to stay again, and we look forward to visiting in the future.
