We stayed with our 5-year-old daughter to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were originally looking for an auberge around the Yatsugatake area, but there are only a limited number of Accommodations that welcome small children. This Accommodation not only allows children (they truly make them feel welcome!), and I had long been interested in aqua tourism, so we decided right away. It turned out to be the perfect choice! We were moved by the open, expansive view from the living room and impressed by the tasteful touches throughout. Soon after arriving, we walked to a nearby field for the vegetable harvesting experience our daughter had been looking forward to. Surrounded by clear air at the foot of Yatsugatake’s magnificent nature, she touched the soil and picked colorful seasonal vegetables—an incredibly fresh and valuable experience that’s hard to have in the city. Our daughter is usually very shy with strangers, but she quickly warmed up to the owners’ kind personalities. We were amazed to see her happily harvesting vegetables with the husband on her own, away from us. The meals honored the natural flavors of each ingredient, and our whole family was genuinely impressed. The husband mentioned his cooking isn’t flashy, but it was truly exceptional—food that conveyed his love for ingredients and his desire to share deliciousness with others, nourishing both body and soul. They also pay great attention to tableware, so it was a pleasure enjoying not only the food but also admiring each piece. They prepared a children’s meal plate for our daughter, but it was so delicious that she also ate from our dishes—and even had seconds at breakfast and finished everything. Before checkout on day two, we joined a herbal tea blending experience. The wife taught us gently and carefully, and our daughter enjoyed it as well. It was educational, and her calm presence made it a soothing time. At checkout, while we were busy getting ready to leave, they kindly kept our daughter company. Seeing how attached she had become truly touched us. The couple’s warm personalities and thoughtful care, wonderful food, rich surrounding nature setting,, beautiful interior details—everything was outstandingand left us feeling warm inside.. I think this is an ideal Accommodation for relaxing slowly at your own pace. Onon thhe way home,, myy daughteer murmured,, “I won’t getto see big brotherand big sister anymore? I wantto see them again.” We would lovee tto return in another season. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed with three families and one dog. The place was spotless, the Facilities were well equipped, and we were extremely satisfied! The BBQ, pool, and sauna were all amazing. The high fence meant we didn’t have to worry about the surroundings at all. We’ve stayed at various dog-friendly villas before, but this one is the best.

This time, I stayed in a corner Room (Type C) on the top floor (4th floor). Because it was a semi-open-air bath with 24-hour circulation, I could use it anytime without the hassle of filling the tub, which was great. I chose a Plan without meals, so I stocked up at a local supermarket before arriving, but the selection of frozen foods and boxed meals there was limited and overpriced—I wish I had shopped at Don Quijote across from Marine Town instead. The check-in process at the Accommodation is a bit unfriendly and may be confusing for first-time guests. You open the sliding window by the stairs on the 1st floor and operate via a touch-panel monitor, but you need to enter your Reservation Number or QR code. You also need to enter information for accompanying guests along with the Reserver’s details, so it would be better if this were explained in advance in the Reservation instructions. It also would have helped to know beforehand that you must pay a Hot Spring Tax of 300 yen per person at check-in. *Depending on the booking site, this information may have been provided. The Room was very clean, and unlike typical hotels, there are plenty of power outlets—so charging devices shouldn’t be an issue. There are also outlets by the bedside (upper area) along with lighting, which is convenient if you charge your phone while sleeping. Free Wi-Fi was available; with three other guest groups (judging by the number of cars in the parking lot), speeds were reasonably good. Getting to the Accommodation may take some effort due to rough road conditions. If you take the road marked “No entry except Minori Village personnel,” it works as a shortcut and you can reach it without problems; however, if you simply follow GPS directions, you may end up on narrow roads and taking a longer route—so checking in advance is recommended. If you’re lucky with other guests, it’s quiet and ideal for relaxing indoors at your own pace. If that concept suits you, I think it’s an excellent Accommodation.

We stayed with a group of five—close friends and family. It was the first weekend of August, and we arrived smoothly with no traffic on the way there. The place was spacious, very clean, and had a great atmosphere—we almost didn’t want to leave the Room, but since the ocean was right in front of us, we headed out. The waves were calm, making it perfect for a relaxing time by the sea. There are probably no beach huts or vending machines nearby, so we recommend bringing your own drinks and other essentials. In the evening we chatted while having a BBQ, then played games together at night—and slept soundly in our beds. The next morning we enjoyed Kamogawa Sea World before heading home. A fully serviced Hotel is comfortable too, but for groups who want to enjoy preparing everything themselves—with plenty of equipment provided—this place is ideal!

I planned a trip to Fukuoka as a birthday treat for myself, and I had a very comfortable stay at the Miyako Hotel. The Facility and Room were, of course, wonderful, but what I remember most is how courteous and kind all the staff were. Even as a foreign guest, they treated me warmly and gladly accommodated several requests. Thanks to them, it was truly a pleasant trip. I sincerely appreciate it.

Check-in is streamlined but fully sufficient. With a coffee in hand, head to your Room. Security isn’t excessive, yet it feels very safe. The Room is clean and stylish. Best of all, the scenic-view bath is a wonderful amenity. Just grabbing a light dinner at one of the shops inside HIC and then taking a bath made me feel completely refreshed. Even though I had an early flight the next morning, there was also a shuttle bus for guests making rounds—another welcome service.

We stayed in a Courtyard Deluxe Twin Room with a balcony. The autumn leaves had not yet turned, but we were blessed with clear weather and felt soothed by the dappled sunlight on the balcony. The room felt spacious, and after taking an early-morning stroll around Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza and returning, we cut the limes prepared in the cabinet and enjoyed them with Perrier, relaxing until checkout. We booked a plan with breakfast included and could choose room service, but we were told the half-buffet style offered more variety, so we went to the restaurant and chose Eggs Benedict as our main dish. The SILENT SPA (men’s bath) was quiet—perhaps because of the time of day—and just as its name suggests, we were able to unwind in a calm atmosphere under softly dimmed lighting. Also, since we traveled by train, the shuttle service to/from Karuizawa Station was extremely helpful.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to what kind of excitement awaits us next time!

I visited with friends from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and it far exceeded our expectations. The ocean view beyond the water feature seen from the lobby, the complimentary free-flow drinks, and at night a sky full of stars. It was a truly wonderful holiday. I would love to visit again.

With an in-room open-air bath, in-room dining, and even having the futon laid out for us, everything was taken care of and we could truly relax. The large public bath was great too! The food was delicious, and the room was nicely divided into a sofa/window-side area—so we could switch between this side for meals and sleeping, and that side for relaxing while looking at the sea. The retro fan matched the vibe of Yamato-kan’s red roof perfectly and really made us feel like we’d come to the seaside (lol).

I’d heard this hotel was recommended even by locals in Kyoto, so I’d been wanting to stay here—and I finally did on this trip. A perfect 5 out of 5 almost feels impossible, but no matter how hard I try, I can’t find a single thing to complain about. The location and convenience are flawless! From the hotel’s basement level, the subway ticket gates are right in front of you, and JR and Keihan lines are also connected via underground passages. Breakfast was just as delicious as everyone says. I’ll definitely keep this hotel on my shortlist whenever I stay overnight in Kyoto.

A truly wonderful, antique-style hotel that feels quintessentially Kitano, Kobe. It felt like staying in a Western-style residence. It was like being invited to stay at someone’s private home. The bathroom was spacious and had a window, so it was bright during the day, and the bubble bath was incredibly relaxing. Checkout was nice and late, so I even enjoyed a morning bath. With the morning light streaming in, it was simply perfect. It even made me think I’d love to live in such a calm room. Breakfast was served on the terrace. They picked me up and dropped me off in a beautiful car, which made it feel even more elegant—absolutely wonderful. I’m grateful for the chance to fully enjoy such an extraordinary escape. Nothing to complain about!

It was close to the station, and the child-friendly atmosphere was truly relaxing. The fireworks were launched right in front of our room—hands down the best fireworks of my life!! The hot spring bath was spacious, with a comfortable temperature, and very pleasant. Perhaps due to increasing inbound tourism, I saw a woman with long hair soaking it fully in the bath without tying it up, so it might be good to put up a notice. At check-in, it may also help to give foreign guests a brief explanation of basic hot spring etiquette… The food was delicious, and even though we had children with us, we were seated along the wall and could enjoy our meal calmly. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We were also happy to use the private bath as a family. It turned into a trip we were completely satisfied with.

Even though I’ve walked along Teramachi Street many times, I never noticed this Hotel. It’s also very close to Sanjo Keihan, and it was easy to get there even in the extreme heat because I could walk through the covered shopping arcade. There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs, so there was no trouble at all with shopping or meals. The Room is compact but very functional, and I love that the bath and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a washing area and even a chair—everything you could ask for. There’s also drink service, and many international guests stay here; it seems everyone really appreciates the coin laundry. It’s also convenient for accessing the Tozai Subway Line, which helped me a lot on this trip. Despite all these services, the price is very reasonable. This may become my regular place to stay. Breakfast included eel, so I got a great nutritional boost first thing in the morning. And amazingly, there was an automatic rice dispenser where you press a button and it serves exactly the amount you choose—so impressive. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first stay, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The in-room bath and open-air bath were wonderful and felt amazing. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was full and satisfied—it was delicious. I’d love to visit again.

Although it was a No Meals Included stay, the service was pleasant and made my stay very comfortable. The Onsen was also wonderful—before I knew it, time had passed while I was soaking (sweat). I visit Kochi Prefecture about twice a year, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I didn’t have high expectations for the Club Lounge food, but the selection was slightly different from the previous day, and I was happy to see that they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights. That said, since it’s a Club Lounge, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t an afternoon tea service—it would have made the experience feel more complete. Since this is Kagoshima, I would have liked to see some local sweets (for example, purple sweet potato meringues or Kastadon). That part was disappointing. Sheraton always keeps the Room thoroughly cleaned and spotless. It’s my favorite Hotel. However, I didn’t like that the toothpaste in the amenities had been changed to paper packaging—it was inconvenient to use.

It was a very comfortable stay. The French dinner was outstanding, and we were truly satisfied! The bread was also excellent. We hope you will maintain this level of quality. The bath and the room layout were well designed, and we felt thoughtful attention to detail from the guest’s perspective. We would love to visit again.

This was my third stay in a row (three consecutive years), and once again I had a very satisfying stay. I feel this Hotel is thoughtful in every way. They have a large public bath, a pool, and dedicated areas for washing and drying diving gear. The in-house voucher service for choosing light cleaning, hangers in the bathroom, and charging cables for smartphones are also services I truly appreciate. Honestly, there are probably many more luxurious Hotels in terms of facilities, but at a reasonable price you can fully enjoy a resort atmosphere here—and when you consider cleanliness and an overall satisfying Hotel stay, I don’t think there’s anything better on Ishigaki Island. I’m usually the type who wants to try different Hotels each time, so I rarely stay at the same place repeatedly, but I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would like to return again next year as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if you could add more reclining chairs by the pool (even if it makes the regular seating area a bit tighter).

While urgently looking for an affordable Onsen Accommodation near Kagoshima Airport, I came across this place. I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was spacious and clean, the open-air Onsen bath was very relaxing, and there was also a cold plunge in the indoor bath—overall, I was very satisfied. I didn’t make a Reservation with meals included, so I arranged it directly at the Accommodation, and it turned out to be a delicious meal made with local ingredients. The breakfast in particular was excellent.
